No. You can use myPresences without entering card details to start your free 14 day trial.
You only need to enter your payment details when you decide to start a plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting support or chatting to us in the lower right.
We will close your account and get back to you to confirm your account is closed.
You will not be billed from the next billing period.
Do you have contracts?
We don’t have contracts. We don’t have contracts and will bill monthly or yearly depending on which billing period you choose.
If you cancel you will not be billed from the next billing period.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plans whenever you like.
Do you provide discounts?
Yes. We provide a 16% (2 months free) discount on our yearly plans. We may provide discounts and offers occasionally, these will be listed on the pricing page whenever available.
Right now we have 30% off for 6 months on any plan when you choose a plan during the trial (This is a big discount to get you started, especially when paired with yearly plans).
Do you provide volume discounts?
Yes. Our prices decrease as you add more locations automatically. See our multi location page for more information.
We also have an agency platform if you’re managing multiple locations for your clients.
Do you provide a money back guarantee?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within 30 days we will provide a full refund.
Do you accept crypto currencies?
Yes. But only for yearly plans. Please contact us with your preferred coin and we will provide our wallet address. We prefer Bitcoin or Ethereum. Once payment is confirmed we will update your plan.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes. We offer 1 year subscriptions via PayPal. PayPal subscriptions are not renewable so your plan will be active for 1 year.
Please contact us in chat or at [email protected] and let us know you want to use PayPal and we will send you a payment link. Alternatively you can make the payment to [email protected] and include the name of your business with the payment.
Your subscription will then be updated.
