The sales person ´Angelina’ had a pair of moon boots herself. And was able to share her great experience with it. Also she was very well dressed, seemed like someone with great taste and knew about the footwear I was looking for. She helped me assist very well with my moon boots size since I was confused and also introduced another great footwear brand for office wear which was perfect for winter / waterproof.

I remember speaking to them about a bad experience me and my twin sister had with ordering online and receiving the wrong packaging. And it has been happening so much that even returning the shoes was a whole process and getting the money too. But once I told them about the experience, the manager and staff made us feel heard and told us it won’t happen to us if we got it from Brown shoes. And the manager gave us her card so we can keep in contact with her when our package gets delivered to our house. To ensure we got the right package. Her doing that and the staff giving me the right shoes and just speaking to us about the feeling of the shoe made me and my sister wanna continue to purchase more items from brown shoes. As they won’t mess up our order and, can always trust the staff members. Moral of the story, the shoes came and were the right size and ordering and delivery process was on time. So thank you Brown Shoes!!! We really appreciate it ❤️.

Love that you carry designer brands but wish more were carried in the store rather than ordering on-line. Often need to try on multiple sizes as I have narrow feet so not all shoes work for me. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ordering on line is unbelievably fast which I appreciate.

Naomi was AMAZING! I have really small size 5 feet, flat feet, and slim ankles, so it's almost impossible for me to find heels that fit well and are comfortable enough to walk and stand in for hours. She was so patient, brought out so many different styles and sizes, and recommended Wishbone because it runs smaller than other brands. I ended up finding a pair that's comfortable, stays on my feet, and works for both work events and dressier occasions. Really appreciate all her help. If you're shopping at Browns Yorkdale, definitely ask for Naomi!

Two weeks or so I bought a pair of winter boots and I finally found a pair that fit, were comfortable and I was happy I had lovely customer service. I bought the boots and left. I began wearing the boots and everything was great, after wearing them a couple times I noticed they were ripping where the loop was to help pull them on. I said this is not good. I called Browns to find out what I should do. They told me that they have a 1 year warranty and that I did not need to deal with the brand of the boot. I took the boots back and all the Browns protection products which I had not used yet and I got all my money back no questions asked. This is an AMAZING service and policy. Thank you Brown Shoes. I will be back.

This is the best Browns location I’ve been to! I shop at Browns often, and this specific store at Yorkdale really stood out. The staff are attentive, friendly, and easy to approach. They even offer real socks (not the flimsy nylon ones) to try on shoes, and water too, such a nice touch.

Came in last Sunday to buy shoes and the service was fantastic! Alalin I believe was his name was super friendly and warm. I told him my shoe situation and he gave me his input based on shoes that he owns and he recommended me to give Hokas a try specifically the Clifton 10s. Safe to say I bought them and have worn them throughout these past 2 weeks and I love them!! Very enthusiastic, charismatic worker that was easy to talk to. I noticed he had passed the shoe off to a different sales associate to get and I had asked why and he stated he wasn’t doing sales he was in a different position on the floor and that completely blew me away. The unselfishness in this establishment is remarkable and if this is the calibre of staff Brown’s has, that’s amazing. I’ll be back for sure!
I went to Brown's Yorkdale looking for shoes for Pickleball. I went to 2 sports stores first. At one store, there seemed to be only one staff member who was busy with a customer and at the other store the staff member ignored me and then I felt like I was 'bothering' her. The staff at Brown's went above and beyond to help me find the specific shoe. Unfortunately they didn't have it but recommended the first store I was at so I went back there. The staff at Brown's helped with sizing, my orthotics and more. They were great and I wish I could have bought shoes there!

Visited browns at Yorkdale mall to purchase a pair of running shoes because my pair got stolen out of my car & I have an upcoming race I’m running so it was something I needed to buy. Unfortunately I didn’t buy anything but the sales associate who helped me today named Dante was extremely helpful and did more then just sell but provided an experience and demonstrated a high level of hospitality with a great personal twist , extremely charismatic and fun. whatever you do make sure to keep people like this on your team he feeds more then just sales but to your culture as a whole. Fantastic service here, it’s nice to be able to relax and find the shoes I want with my mom and auntie. These days is so hard to find places that put customer first and Browns Shoes done a fanatic job to make us feel like home and we get a huge variety of select selections for most trendy most popular shoes that are great for our needs. Shoutout to Higor, he really made us feel comfortable to try things out and omg even offering water, my elderly auntie feels extremely grateful for his service. Sadly we can’t tip at the store otherwise we 100% would. Will return just to buy shoes from Higor but also every staff at store seems very approachable. Super friendly professional team 10/10! The store can get very crowded but luckily it seems like once you talk to a staff member, they will be able to help you all your needs, we were able to get seated right away to try things. But I’d still recommend to avoid high traffic time. Week day or early morning probably the best time to shop.

Truly such a happy sole and was in such a great mood, even though it was beyond busy he stayed so calm and offered to get us whatever we needed. I knew what shoes I wanted and the moment I walked in the store, one of the sales reps over heard me and came to assist me right away. The store was very busy so I was surprised that I got assistance right away. The selection of shoes is pretty impressive, they had the exact shoes and size I was looking for. I couldn’t even find this color of shoes on the brands website so I was glad to see they had the exact shoes I was looking for. They also have really comfy chairs though I’m not sure how important that is. The sales rep that helped me was not pushy at all, she quickly got the shoes and sizes I requested and left me to make the decision on my own. I will definitely be going back when I need more shoes, especially sneakers and casual shoes because they have a fairly good selection of those.

I was at Brown’s back in December and had the absolute pleasure of entering the store and being served by a lovely sales rep by the name of Jana (or Jenna)! For context, I have a really hard time finding shoes that I like in my size due to my larger shoe size. I had been looking for winter boots in particular and at this point had visited over 10-12 stores across various cities and have had no luck finding shoes that work for me. At this point, I was giving up hope but I came across Brown’s in the Eaton and decided to go in and check it out. I enter the store and am immediately greeted by a smiling face. This sales rep (by the name of Jana), came up to me and asked me if I needed assistance. I explained my story to her and gave her a description of what I was looking for and she immediately got to work, pulling out different options for me (IN MY SHOE SIZE !!!!). The options were vast and fit the perfect description of what I was looking for. I went through a lot of pairs and kept asking Jana for more options until I found the perfect one and Jana was resourceful and she did not give up until I found the perfect shoe. She was patient, kind, funny, friendly, and all good things a sales rep should be. She wasn’t just looking to hit a quota but to genuinely help out her customers and she went above and beyond doing that. I am extremely content with my pair of shoes and with the service provided with this specific location and staff. Great job to Jana and the managers :)

I want to share my experience, I bought sneakers, everything is great everything liked, especially pleasant and communicative Neel Vaya, a very nice person, helped with literally all questions and it is clear that the man likes his work and he is in his place! What can not be said about the rest of the workers, all the customers literally go only to Neel, the other girls just stand and look at it, and only when he asks them to come up and start doing something, they start working, it looks quite strange, as if they just do not want to work.... But overall it was good, Neel helped with all my questions and told me how to solve my issue better.

The Original Shops and Dining
Before Yorkdale and West Edmonton Mall, there was no indoor shopping centre except Harrod’s in London, England. The beauty of Yorkdale is it’s at the accessible intersections of highway 401/Allen Rd.-Dufferin Street, near Highway 400/Black Creek & opposite the Toronto Transit Commission subway station. Good as new, the renovated food court above the ‘illy’ mezzanine is very international. Accessible washrooms are available below there by the West hall/ Starbucks, too. For brunch, I love ordering Israeli haloumi shakshuka at Cafe Landwer’s at the far corner (with covered outdoor patio), where Restoration Hardware dining used to be. Then, finish nearby there with iced latte (dark or matcha $7) at %Arabica, just inside the doors of G /“H Southwest” close to the Apple computer and Plus shoe stores. At night, Cheesecake Factory beside the Hudson’s Bay and Joey’s (G/H entrance) light up. If it’s a special occasion, you can even pick up birthday candles at Shoppers Drug Mart by Harry Rosen menswear—the opposite far end of the mall by Dufferin and not the benches near the skypass to reach the TTC station. Underground parking there (close to TTC) and beside Holt Renfrew are the best places to find a spot if arriving in the morning. Otherwise, there’s sometimes covered spots in the older lot by SportChek/Taiwanese bubble tea, Northeast entrance (near Crate & Barrel or where Chapters’ Indigo bookstore used to be). If you’re not in a rush, escalators above the Uniqlo facing H&M feature movies in the theatre on the East side for catching a late night show. Women’s wear is past there by walking South toward Tiffany’s. The centre hall also has Coach handbags, Pottery Barn and Burberry stores, intersecting with Santa’s accessory lane (shoes and jewellery) before Michel’s Baguette cafe. There’s something for literally everybody in this shopping mall. My only recommendation would be avoiding the parking lot when it’s busiest: holiday weekends and Professional Development days…when youth are allowed to skip school on a Friday afternoon. To get away from the noise, there are some other dining options outside the mall, on the opposite side from Dufferin’s gas station on Orfus (e.g. Seoul House). Beware the potholes, and enjoy a day at North America’s first indoor mall of the savvy Eastern shopper!

After having a meal at the Cheesecake factory we decided to access this place for a bit of retail therapy:
- this place is massive, so I suggest to take a map and learn where you want to go
- a good mix of international designers where staff wants to know your name even before purchasing something and cheaper shops where everything is very accessible
- I was pleased to discover that Lush has a presence in Canada, just like in the UK as I could not find it in the USA during my travels - I love their bubble bars they keep surprising me with
- clean cut place with lots of nicely done toilets too, lots of chocolate shops and anything you fancy
- we came here during the week and apart from the above mentioned restaurant, the main mall was not busy - I suspect at the weekend could be madness

I live in Mississauga but will never shop at OVO store in Square One Mall the staff at OVO store at Square One mall are very rude and extremely misbehaved. BEST mall in Canada
Hands down, feet up the best luxury shopping mall in Canada. You get to shop the most exclusive brands like Vacheron Constantin or Valentino, while also getting the chance to shop at flagships for several major retailers such as Nike, Sporting Life, etc. The Holt Renfrew is also worth a visit!

Enorm groot en veel winkels van grote (Designer) merken. Hierdoor zijn bepaalde winkels net even een drempel te hoog. Er zijn ook kleinere winkels maar ook hier soms te exclusief. Bijvoorbeeld een schattig theewinkeltje. We vonden hier een heerlijk thee maar 90 dollar voor 100 gram? Sorry dat is net iets te exclusief.

Three different folks helped me — the cashier looked up sizes, and two different sales people patiently worked through best fit and size for me between men's and women's sizes. They were friendly, down to earth, and calm. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the sales people could have sold me my own shoes. From the world class fashion brands to electronics and accessories, there is something for every taste. Yorkdale Mall has many items that makes it a great place to spend a few hours or all day. It is centrally located in Ontario with lots of parking space, however it is ALWAYS busy and is considered the busiest Mall in North America per capita. Many high end stores like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Holt Renfrew, just to name a few, but there some smaller brand stores like Old Navy, H&M. Many great restaurants of all price ranges. The mall is quite large, but is well designed laid out to find what you are looking for. I really enjoy shopping here, don't always spend a lot, but like looking at the window displays, and have a nice lunch.
High End Shopping Experience for Less
So many luxury branded stores to shop in with many great eats, this place is truly a shopper's paradise. I will definetly come back again on my next visit to Toronto. The only complaint I have is that parking is hard to find but I guess that's normal for anywhere you visit in Toronto, right? Regardless, still worth it to shop here. 😉

My wife and I went for an early Valentine's Day dinner to celebrate our love for each other. We had such a wonderful time. Our server was just excellent, amiable, and very engaging. She had such a winning personality. Her name was Zahraa and was nice to converse with while she took our orders. We had chicken wings, calamari, fish tacos, and Pepsi's. Zahraa's level of service was excellent and she was very attentive. She did not just request our orders but made us feel appreciated and welcomed. She was a lovely young lady who knows how to do her job well. She's a boon to Moxie's!!! The management should recognize how well she treats patrons.

Bei unseren 6-tägigen Aufenthalt in Toronto waren wir mind vier mal hier. Das "Yorkdale" ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Shops sind mit Hilfe von Info Tafeln gut erreichbar ! Der Parkplatz ist übersichtlich, so dass man auch sein Auto nach dem Einkauf leicht wieder findet! Den food court im oberen Stockwerk nutzten wir täglich wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Angebot und Leistung ! Wenn ich Toronto wieder besuche ist das eine meiner ersten Shopping Mals !

The location is easy to find and parking was easy in attached ramp. Plenty of stores to browse but many will end up mainly mere curiosity destinations for most. The usual Gucci, Rolex,...etc, and Tesla cars in case you fancied placing an order. Free wifi but need to sign with Facebook or similar.

Multi-Shopping Galore
This is a great shopping center in Toronto. It has both high end and regularly priced stores, with lots of options for both young and old. I went there specifically to check out the Forever 21 store which was closing all of its locations in Canada. It was definitely one of the better locations in town and still had its wares neatly organized and easy to go through unlike some of the other locations which seemed more like a bargain basement discount warehouse. I was happy to find the items I was in search of at a reduced price:) Unfortunately I did not have enough time to shop through the other stores in the mall. I can say is that they were very tempting and if I'm ever in Toronto again I may well do that. Easy to get to by public transit it is a mall I would recommend.

We arrived at Yorkdale just around opening so the parking lot was virtually empty, the facilities were clean as always - the washrooms are always lovely. The gender fluid washroom by PBK was a bit confusing but I love the inclusive nature, other bathrooms are still male/female based. Can’t wait to go back!

Best Mall in the GTA
I've been visiting this mall for years and consider it to be the best mall in the GTA, if not, Ontario. It's easily accessible using public transportation (Yorkdale subway station) or if you drive, indoor and outdoor parking is available.
It's a massive, impressive, clean mall. There's something here for everyone: major retailers, high-end shops and exclusive global brands. Check out their website at Yorkdale.com as a great reference.
There's no shortage of restaurants and specialty shops to eat including my favourites: Ladurée patisserie from Paris, Colette Grand Café (inside Holt Renfrew), Jamie's Italian and TORA (Japanese sushi concierge system). Of course, there's a large food court to satisfy any palate or take-out options.
Shopping is a pleasure and you can virtually find anything you need here from books to boots. The only thing missing is a high-end food shop for gourmet and artisanal products.

What's all the fuss?
This is just another, albeit bigger, shopping mall. There is a corner with high-end shops that aren't in other malls, but otherwise, it's just another mall. It's big, the aisles are spacious, and it's laid out with parallel aisles, so it's easy to get around. There's lots of parking, but far too many cars are parked in fire lanes. Also, too many drivers ignore the crosswalk markings, putting pedestrians entering and leaving the mall at risk.

Loved the mall, they had all my favourite stores ... i wish they had more exclusive places like laduree in the mall ... they have holt renfrew and Louis Vuitton but they did not have too many high end options when it came to food.

Took a metro ride to yorkdale mall. Great mall with lots of space to move around. Great range of shops. Something for everyone. Staff in the shops we visited were very helpful and polite.

OVO did not disappoint
My small town western teens wanted to see what TO shopping was like. Yorkdale was a great place to stop. We were lucky that centre was not busy at all. Kids got to see October's Very Own along with some other high end stores. It really has stores for everyone. And a great food area according to my youngest! There are signs with how many parking spots are available, suggesting that the mall gets VERY busy.

I grew up in the area. Yorkdale has changed remarkably and the shopping experience has not suffered.

One of the best malls in Toronto
Large mall with a wide variety of stores. Has high end stores and other stores like H&M, uniqlo, top shop, steve madden, nike and many more. The mall is not congested and there are many seating areas. Washrooms are clean. The only downside is the food court, which does not have many options.

This mall had a wide variety of stores includin uniqlo and the bay. There was also a cheesecake factory and a large food court that was discounting food at the end of the day. I thought it was worth visiting. Easy parking.
Best Mall In Toronto
This for us was by far the best mall in Toronto. It is easy to get to with the Metro, less than 30min from Union Station. You walk straight out of Yorkdale station into the mall. The mall itself is huge, with all the shops you could need, and a great food court. It really is worth taking a trip to Yorkdale centre.

High end mall in Toronto
Yorkdale is just off the 401 and Allen Road. I enjoy going to this mall as you don’t have to pay for parking like Eaton Centre and Bloor street and it has all the high end stores. It is on one floor so my daughter can take her baby and we enjoy browsing the stores. It is crowded but I have always found parking near the Bay. There are some nice restaurants and we can always spend the day there.

Yorkdale continues to expand and has an impressive collection of high end retail stores and interesting new international chains such as Muji and Massimo Dutti as well as specialty stores such as Dyson and Peloton. The mall gets extremely busy and there are often long lineups to get into stores such as Tiffany's and Canada Goose. Best to park underground near Nordstrom and do come early if you can.

Top brand shopping excellent stores. such as Holt Renfrew, Tiffanys, Apple Store, Ted Baker etc. Very busy, parking is hard to find, food court is always busy. Best to go early.

We visited Yorkdale on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy. The mall is very big with high ceilings. Lots of different stores. They also have a movie theater. I recommend getting to Yorkdale early as finding parking may be challenging.

Good mall for high end designers stores. If you don’t want to go downtown it’s perfect to get to this mall. Nordstrom is excellent for shopping. Mall has restaurants for nice dinner while you are the mall I like joeys
A lot of shops
If you like your designer brands then this is the place to go. There are loads of shops but take a bundle of cash. There are cheaper outlet malls around and we found this a little expensive. Nice food court with a wide choice.

Yorkdale Shopping Mall is the largest shopping centre that I have ever been before. As a guest who had an incredible opportunity to visit Yorkdale, this attraction literally amaze me by an enormous number of brands which include luxury ones such as Channel, Valentino, Luis Vuitton, Longchamp and a ton of worldwide labels like Apple, Samsung, Zara, H&M that actually provide many option which satisfying my need of shopping. Moreover, with a hugh foodcourt and a large playground being inside of the mall, it also a potential destination for family, friend and couples at the weekend or on special occasion. Moreover, By offering the indoor parking and being located on the subway line, it is significantly convenient for people to choose a reasonable mean of transportation in order to travel to The Yorkdale Shopping Centre.

It is a great mall with most famous brands, you can find the updated clothes with reasonable high price here, cheese cake factory and pickle barrel are also situated in this mall.

We come to this mall from Tennessee every year while visiting friends and family in Toronto. They have a huge food court and bus parking. My favorite places are Build a Bear, Dollarama, and souvenir stores.

The employees at this location are fantastic! All of them corresponded with at some point while I was in the store and the gentleman who helped me try on shoes did an amazing job. He kept bringing me sizes from the back and was helping me find boots compatible with my orthotics. About Browns: Browns is a shoe store that carries lots of brands from moderate to designer in one convenient location. I highly recommend this store and they always treat me well.

On a customer service front, this Browns location at Yorkdale mall is better than Sherway (similar in size) and waaay better than Square One, probably the worst cs with the least selection. I was ready to purchase a pair of Stuart Weitzman Nudistsong...only to find out that they didn't have the size/colour I wanted. Dante, who looks intimidating, but gets stuff done, gave me a pair in my size, but not the colour I wanted to try on. He also got his staff to call the warehouse/other stores in order to locate the shoes I wanted. (Obviously, he wants to make a sale, but I am telling you, even on commission some of these salespeople act as though they're doing you a favour. When in reality, the money is right under your nose people...as soon as I walk in. I am such an easy sale when I know what I want!) Anyway, they were unsuccessful because one of the stores was closed, so he did offer to order them for me which I thought was nice. Heck, not very many salespeople would even offer to call another location for you. This particular store is quite large and they have a big selection, so if there's anything that Browns usually carries, it's probably here!
