It was my first time using brightline. I asked your the attendant, Cameron, jokingly can I be premium guest for a sec and he said Sure! I explained I have never used brightline and I wasn't sure how to book my reservation. Cameron walked with me to the kiosk and explained the process and times. He was patient and very kind as I repeated what he had showed me. I booked my reservation with ticket in hand and left as my fare was for the next day.

Announcements are WAY too loud, long and disruptive!
I've traveled on Brightline MCO-MIA about 30 times + and always love it. Lately, though, I've noticed the announcements on every stop are extremely loud and long. And frankly, super annoying. Especially for us working on the train ride. Because I know Brightline cares, I decided to leave a review here. I hope this is taken into consideration. Thanks!

There was a guy walking through the cart, claiming that he was just stretching his legs. He was walking back and forth through the cart. I like the fact that the cabin attendant advised him that if he didn’t have a premium ticket, he could not be in the premium area walking. If you want to be in the upgraded area, pay for the upgraded services.

The train was very clean, cleaner than most domestic planes. The Miami station was also very clean with many different food choices. Specifically sushi, South American, Cuban sandwiches, and Turkish gyros! If you are a sweet tooth there is also a Crepe station. I did not expect this from a train station. It was much better than any airport food! Very pleasant atmosphere and great food!

Brightline is a great commute experience that was a pleasant surprise after moving here from DFW area in Texas. Connecting Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca is really convenient for either a work or leisure trip with the stops being close enough to the respective downtown with easy access to entertainment and dining. West Palm Station is very convenient with convenient parking options. Most people I introduce to the Brightline are pleasantly surprised by the station freshness, amenities, lobby area. Brightline is definitely plan of the South Florida landscape to include access to Orlando. The route is very scenic and a much better way to beat the monotony of the 2 hour drive alternative. I cant wait for the final connection into Tampa so now we can explore Tampa by commuting there in a relaxing day trip way.

Great prices! No flexibility!
I am becoming a frequent traveler with Brightline and recently made an error when booking a round-trip ticket. I intended to book a trip from Orlando to Aventura on Thursday night, and then return from Boca Raton to Orlando on Monday, August 10th! When I called customer service to modify my ticket, the representative was very helpful and issued a courtesy refund. However, when I rebooked the correct itinerary, the new ticket price was double the original amount. I noticed that the ticket from Boca Raton was more expensive, even though it is closer to my destination. As I am fairly new to booking with Brightline, I was unfamiliar with the fare differences and the modification process. I recently moved to Tampa and plan to use your services frequently to visit family and friends in Boca Raton and Aventura and I intend to become a loyalty member. I enjoy the friendliness, comfort, amenities, and cleanliness of the Brightline experience! Given the circumstances, I asked if Brightline could offer a one-time courtesy refund for the price difference or issue a future travel credit. They said no! I will now book my ticket and purchase two individual one way tickets instead of a round trip so I can choose different departure cities!

My first time riding the brightline. I opted for premium because i had to check a bag, which is free with premium and made the cost difference an easy upgrade. The premium lounge was very clean, nice atmosphere, everything was nicely laid out. Everything was functional and felt fresh. I will say the regular lounge was just as clean and fresh, it just didnt offer all the freebies that premium offered. Same experience on the train. While the cars are separate, the cleanliness and comfort in all the cars looked very similar. The experience in premium having a butler come around with fresh hand towels, coffee, snacks etc is the upgrade. Great ride, can't wait to use it again, wish they would finish the leg to Tampa!

It was such a wonderful experience! From when I first arrived I was greeted with care and kindness as well as clear instructions. When I entered the departing station, there was plenty of aesthetic and comfy seating. There was a bar, food area, and quick grab drinks. Once I boarded the train, it was cozy seating and straight forward. The whole ride was smooth from west palm beach to miami central. Only complaint is that i wish there was more stops east and west coast. I need more brightline all over miami!

Great Saturday promo with discounted price! Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Immaculate stations, including the restrooms. Pleasant ride with food and drinks available. Much safer than being on the road with all of the crazy and distracted drivers. I was definitely looking forward to riding again often, but the prices have just gotten to expensive for a roundtrip! It started out very reasonable, but with their increases, we are all unfortunately, going to be back on I 95 instead of relaxing on a train. So sad.

All in all, it was just a smooth ride from Ft. Lauderdale to WPB and vice-versa! Didn’t eat anything on the ride, but there were no noice complaints, I got to my destination decently quick and all the staff was helpful.
Station is very spacious and clean. Parking in the garage was difficult, many floors to go up and limited parking. Get there early. Plenty of services available once inside. Easy to find train with signage.

THE WHOLE STAFF ! I'm a first time rider and needed to change flights from West Palm beach to Fort Lauderdale. My Admin set up the Bright. Everyone was EXTREMELY helpful as I had no clue to the process. The security/Xray guy showed me how to even get through the gate scan to enter and then he scanned my bag and pointed me in the right direction. Then a general worker said I should be in the premium lounge and I stayed because it was already comfortable enough. Then the train guides were super nice and the train ride was Excellent! This station is wonderful. Centrally located so that if you wanted to do so (and the weather cooperates) you could walk to downtown/Clematis street. There is pickup and drop off parking on the street in front of the station. It was busy, but we got there early enough to find a space. We were picking up friends arriving from Fort Lauderdale. Outside, there's seating and a bicycle rack. Inside, downstairs, there are a couple seats, and a sanitizer station, and bathrooms. Also inside downstairs, is a posting with all the trains for that day organized by direction and routings. They also tell you whether the specific train is on time or not. When I came in to check out the station, I was immediately greeted and welcomed and offered assistance. Those that need help are directed to the customer service desk. To access the trains, you need to go up the escalator right next to the service desk. Inside, everything was spotlessly clean and comfortably air conditioned. It was suggested that you download their app for the easiest convenience. Our friends liked their trip experience so much, that they plan to take Brightline to Orlando sometime.

Used brightline for 1st on a Saturday to go my nephew's karate tournament. Hopefully brightline trains worked things out to be around for long time. It's a long drive to Orlando and back almost over 2 hours each way the Florida turnpike only 2 lanes for each way. Brightline from Orlando to Miami with the bonus of Central Fare food court
My wife and I travelled on a Premium fare from Orlando to Miami. We had a great trip, and we would use Brightline again. Advantages were:
- Smooth and quiet and on-time. About 3 hours travel time. There was no loud talking or annoying tech use. Policy on the Premium car was to not use tech without headphones, earbuds. - Staff was very pleasant especially Caleb in our section. - Light chips/cookies and some alcohol was included in our early morning train. Later trains have lunch service. Lounge includes some basic food options and self-serve drinks. - Track was fast and smooth coming out of Orlando. Ride was a little less smooth once we got onto the coastal freight/Amtrak tracks, but nothing jostling. - The train option allowed us to not have a rental car either in Orlando or Miami. - The Brightline station in Miami is well connected to public transit options and there were plenty of taxis right outside the front door. The Brightline station in Miami has Central Fare food court with some fabulous options and a nice bar. We actually returned there later in our Miami stay for lunch. Everything was top notch. Put some time in your schedule to dine in. --
Disadvantages:
The premium lounge in Orlando had problems with both latte machines going down causing some stress for morning passengers. - At one end of the premium lounge, were three families with children travelling together. Their children were screaming, running amok and climbing all over the furniture. We watched older passengers come in, sit down near them, and then make a quick defensive move to the other end of the lounge near us. No staff intervened or was even visible other than to restock food. But this highlights the Orlando lounge is not setup for children. Brightline really needs a separate family area lounge or at least a designated play area.

From booking to riding. I LOVED it. Our premium, I booked for four, experience was delightful. We were in coach 3 outbound WPB-Miami 9:35 and Miami-WPB coach 3 7:45p. Service could not have been better both ways. But especially on the return to WPM. Our service gentleman handled a tricky situation that led to a hour delay and police officers boarding the train. He handled it all with such grace and calm. I’m only sorry my slight hearing impairment was unable to capture his name. He was wonderful. 😇 can’t wait to take another ride on the Brightline!!!

Everything is built for comfort from the station to the train. Very fast and smooth. I also like that they keep everyone within the wait area instead of by the tracks, I think that eases the pressure of going to the wrong track for the train. We should board. However, I think more signs in Miami’s station would help. It is rather large and easy for first time brightline users to get lost (especially because there are 5 tracks and we do not know which track to go to until 5-10 minutes before boarding). Maybe it would help placing the track on our ticket or the tv boards, so that we make sure we are in the right area.

Reviews said parking was $8.00/day but it's Waaay more than that. So lost a star out of disappointment. Adding the current rates from the pay by phone website you have to use. Overall clean and safe feeling. Spaces are super tight and not angled so don't expect to fit any large truck or SUV even. It's always disappointing when people build parking with zero room to get in and out of your car.

For those planning transportation, know that Brightline website and Goggle answers do not correlate (like hours of operation and transfers services) and can be confusing when planning timely. I did easily find a transfer bus from Ft Lauderdale station to the FLL airport before 8 am stated hours. Transfer with road traffic will take at least 15 minutes so give yourself a good window of time for that. After 11 pm transfers can be more difficult to find.

Love the Brightline! Wish they had more destinations up North. Wish all the cities provided the same integrated offshoots like Miami. The comfort and cleanliness of the waiting area and bathrooms. My only 2 negatives are the seats are not as comfy for a 2 hour train ride. Not just the seat pads but ergonomically. Also the tray tables are too high and just overall awkward.

I met Jon Bon Jovi on Brightline???!! I bought a first class ticket from West Palm Beach to MiamiI since I had a bag to cheek (Headed to MIA and didn’t want to leave my car parked there for 2 weeks) The first class lounge with the buffet and drinks beforehand was a nice surprise that I was not expecting. While on the train, the premier class attendant was lovely and warm. It was a smooth experience from beginning to end. Very pleasant. And it doesn’t hurt that Jon Bon Jovi was riding on my train car and I got to take a picture with him when we got off at the station in Miami. This was my first time on Brightline and I really enjoyed it anyway, regardless of seeing JBJ (Which pretty much made it the Best experience ever! 😆)

Most aspects of Brighline's service are exceptional, from the station experience to your trains and schedules. However, as someone that takes the train to Miami 3-4 times a week, the price is too high. I take Tri-rail and while the service and experience with Brightline is much superior, paying $94 round trip to Miami vs $17 for Tri-rail is not a justifiable difference for most commuters. I will use Brighline's service, sporadically, but it's not an option for regular use. Please consider bringing back your monthly pass option.

The booking process was straightforward and efficient. The ticket, which could be downloaded to a digital wallet, added to the convenience upon arriving at the train station. The service in West Palm Beach was exceptional, with staff providing excellent assistance. As this was my first time taking the train, they were very helpful and accommodating, guiding me to my destination and explaining the procedures clearly and simply. However, the experience on the return trip from Orlando was markedly different. The staff was unfriendly, and their attitude was dismissive. There was a significant delay without any explanation, and when inquiring about it, the staff appeared irritated and failed to provide a clear reason for the delay. Their behavior suggested frustration rather than concern for customer service. The two young attendants who were yelling at passengers exemplified this negative attitude. Overall, the return journey was disappointing, with an hour-long wait and a lack of courteous communication regarding the delay. Once the train arrived, the process was smooth again. Improvements in staff professionalism and communication would significantly enhance the travel experience.

We recently traveled with Brightline and had a wonderful experience overall. The trains were clean, comfortable, and very punctual, which made the trip smooth and stress-free for our family. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the stations were easy to navigate. The kids especially enjoyed the ride — it felt like a fun adventure for them. One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that children under 12 are automatically seated with their parents or guardians. Families feel more at ease when younger kids are seated together without needing to request changes. Overall, we were very pleased with our trip and look forward to riding Brightline again soon!

I loved my Brightline experience from WPB to FTL!! I chose the Premium (first class) option as a birthday gift to myself. Everything from booking to checking in, to the Premium Lounge experience, was so awesome. Only $44 for first class blew my mind with all the complimentary things offered!! I loved the free light meals, open bar, and free stuff. The lounge was much smaller than I expected and the seats weren’t very comfortable in the lounge but I loved how quiet and pleasant it was. Plenty of outlets to charge my devices. When it was time to board, the pre-trip announcements were very helpful. Boarding the train was very easy. I’ve never been on a train so I had to adjust to the very quick entering-and-exiting process when my stop arrived but it was fine. Loved the free rosé on the train and the seat was super comfy. No seatbelts which I thought was odd. Overall an AMAZING experience and I highly recommend!

Just got back from MIA boatshow. Took the Brightline Train from West Palm to MIA. I can say it was a stressless ride down and back. The train was very clean and presented new. I purchased the upgrade “Premier” seats which allowed VIP boarding and snacks and unlimited beverages including alcohol. There was a stop in Boca, Aventura, FLL and then MIA. The terminals are clean and staffed well. I was surprised how comfortable the ride was ! I had a late departure time but was able to update it to an earlier time (seats available and with Premier ticketing) Overall, the cost for 2 round trip was $268 and $12 parking at WPB indoor garage. For me the comfort and stress free I95 driving was worth it. You can only spoil yourself a few times in life , so we did. I give this trip an 9 out of 10 because of cost. I would recommend a 1st time adventure on Brightline for the experience. Now if Fort Pierce or Stuart would get the ball rolling for a stop here and other points north of us towards Orlando airport (it’s final stop before it returns back to MIA) Cheers Glad to be home, worn out

The station itself is beautiful, clean, and has clear signage. Plenty of spaces in front to stop for a quick drop off or pick up, plus street parking nearby. One disappointment was that if you are checking any bags, you need to do that more than 20 minutes before your train leaves, and that could be made more clear.

If I can coment on a couple areas that need improvement: the agents booking tickets in the station could be more helpful and friendly, and... more effort needs to be taken to keep the noise and disruption from the unruly passengers on the train. It has become much more noisy and messy...it's a disregard to the other passengers and to the staff. Brightline is way better than that, and needs to keep the wonderful image, comfort and experience as great as I knew it to be. Thank you.
Okay, so this was fun! Grab your ticket online or downstairs, jet through security, do a shot of fireball at the bar, and board the train! Station was clean, employees friendly, it was a seamless process. If you're riding for the first time (like me) I was able to overhear some conversations of first time riders as well -- all generations! Everyone was excited but had no clue what to do! Don't fear! You cannot mess this up...un-like trains in New York and Chicago. There's TV monitors with the schedule of coming and goings, and announcements playing at that time. This was great! Pretty pricy (west Palm -- Orlando) However I was in it more for the experience. I hope in the future the tickets become more affordable, so I can be a regular on here and venture to Miami! Such a cool way to travel!

This is the second time I have ridden Brightline, and so far have brought six others to experience the secret to getting to Miami from WPB. First time we went to the airport, this time we went to the Frost Museum. I have only experienced the premium, and for me it's worth the money. It feels like I am being transported to a different country since I haven't been to Miami in fifteen years. 1. No traffic. 2. Clean, spacious, comfortable cars. 3. Really smooth ride. 4. The staff is always helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. 5. The lounge is a great perk. Hot food, etc. I plan on organizing a weekend in Orlando. ONLY because I can avoid the hassle of the drive, tolls, traffic, parking, etc.

11/19-25. WPB to Orl-MCO. End-to-end was an excellent experience. Very impressed. It might seem a bit pricey to some, but once you factor in the car operating cost at IRS levels, the gas and tolls, and the parking up at the airport, it is really a reasonable price to have such a nice ride up to MCO. The movement from where the train comes into MCO in Terminal C to the other terminals we normally fly out of was very easy and not too much walking. It would be amazing if you could check your luggage in WPB and have it automatically transferred to the airline - but hopefully they will do that in the future. The other thing to remember is that this is not a train through the Austrian Alps with majestic scenery every mile along the route. Hey, it's on train tracks - that were built to be hidden from view as much as possible, and you travel along the same routes as trains hauling freight. There are a few nice views, but that is not what you are paying for. But, it is very fast, very clean, with a very smooth and quiet ride, and on the trip I took just to check it out, all the employees were very courteous and professional.

FYI: Don’t get scammed. Easy on and off. Smooth ride and fair fare. The only issue I had was, I boarded in west Palm and didn’t pay for my suitcase going to Miami. When purchasing my return ticket in Miami someone approached me, really without properly introducing themselves and proceeded to tell me I needed to pay him $20 for my what he called my oversized suitcase. The same suitcase I boarded with in west Palm days before. I Feel I was put in a very bad situation and so did other passengers around me with the same situation. Company policies should be implemented at every station so passengers don’t feel like they’re being scammed.

The station experience at the West Palm Beach Station was smooth and easy to navigate. Everyone working that day was very nice, courteous, and made our experience wonderful. The only issue I had with Brightline was the shuttle service. I feel that if two people are using the shuttle to the airport, the cost should be $18 total instead of $12 per person. At that rate, it ends up being more expensive than using an Uber.

The app made it very easy to book the trip and pay for parking. It has an intuitive design and is simple to set up an account. Parking and station navigation were straightforward; the station was very clean, and security was efficient. One aspect that could improve this experience to make it 5-star is to announce at certain stations that specific car doors won't open for a particular stop. More advance notice would help. I had to hustle from car ten to six to get off at the Aventura stop so I could exit the train. Having used public transportation quite a bit (including LI Railway), I know they usually make such announcements with enough time to either change your seat or move to the correct car. Additionally, all of the coffee was sold out on the 9:34 AM train. I wasn't able to buy coffee at the station before boarding the train, but that was my poor planning; I wouldn't have expected coffee to be sold out that early in the day. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would certainly travel by Brightline again!

What a wonderful experience the Brightline offers. The stations are beautiful, clean and smell nice. The bar looked really nice. I was a little confused at first on how to get to the platform, but found the escalator. I treated myself to a premium seat. I had trouble figuring out how access this car. Would’ve been nice for the platform attendant to stop his conversation with another employee to answer my question. Onboard, my premium seat was a very comfortable lots of legroom a great tray table, and an outlet for me to charge my iPhone. Great views as you ride along the train tracks going down south Fort Lauderdale from West Palm Beach. The premium snacks offered are a nice touch. I chose the hummus meal, but the hummus wasn’t very good. I also treated myself to a half bottle of wine at $29. I thought that was kind of pricey for a bottle of wine that you’re not going to finish before you get to your stop if are traveling alone. I arrived at my stop quicker than I thought. Getting off the bright line was simple getting down the stairs and finding the airport shuttle was a breeze. The airport shuttle cost $12 and you pay the driver directly. And it was a no fuss arrival to the airport. If you choose to take the Brightline to the airport to catch a flight, make sure you give yourself enough time to get a drink at the station and extra time to get to the airport. I highly recommend the Brightline to the airport. Avoid all the traffic Returning a rental car, etc.

My only concern was at the West Palm station: the signs pointed left for the southbound train to Miami, but the actual train was behind me. I almost missed it! Clearer signage or an announcement like “This train is going to Miami” would really help. The staff were polite but a little too relaxed when people asked for direction. Other than that, everything was smooth — I’ll definitely keep riding Brightline!

You guys should really add lockers to your stations - all of them. I was at the WPB and Fort Lauderdale stations and in both places I would have liked to have walked around a bit without my luggage. I would have been happy to pay a nominal fee (under $20) for that service. And yes, I know you offer baggage storage for outgoing trains on Premium. But once you arrive at a station, it would be nice to be able to store my luggage for a couple of hours as I wasn't in an immediate need to get to the airport, had some time to kill. Thank you.

I love everything about brightline. In the past I have struggled to find transportation to and from airports. I love the fact there is a shuttle available from the stations to and from the airport. The only thing I believe needs work is the signage at the airport to locate the shuttle pick up location. If it your first time, there are not as many signs to direct you.

The train was clean, the environment was peaceful, and the noise level was just right—people were chatting, but nothing over the top or disruptive. It felt relaxing, which is rare for public transit, and definitely appreciated. You’re doing a great job—keep that same energy. If I had one suggestion, maybe offer some warm muffins instead of the cold ones. Just a small touch, but overall, Brightline continues to impress. Keep it up

I have several trips using Brightline and so far it never let me down. They always on time on departure, have clean couch and staff who’re courteous. One thing to note for long journey trip you must be prepared that there’s something that you can’t control and it can cause a slight or some delays. So if the time is your essence here, get a flight. Other than that it safe to go!

We had a generally smooth experience travelling in Premium. One small thing, we apparently (just) missed the deadline for checking our bags in, but the train was actually (about 15 mins) late. I felt maybe the checking of bags could have been accommodated. This wasn't a big deal BUT there wasn't really adequate space in the cabin for all the guest bags, the bag area was completely stuffed and people's bags were in the corridor. But the Lounge and actual ride experience were very nice.

We have had family travel several times from Orlando to Miami and all had great things to say. So we booked it when we had to fly into Miami to get home in Orlando. I have only positive things to say. The staff in Miami and Orlando both went out of their way to help us. (I was traveling with a family member in a wheelchair.). We checked our big bag, and someone went with us to the train, provided a ramp and helped us get settled. The ride was quiet, comfortable. We ordered a sandwich with a QR code on the seat. Had wi-fi to catch up on some work things. Orlando was the same. Someone met us to help us get off the train and went to pick up our checked suitcase. I would definitely use it again. It cost the same as an Uber did from the Orlando station to my house!

We took Brightline from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale, our first experience with service was not the best. However, on our way back to Orlando, Ana C from coach 1 on brightline pink was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to ensure our family was taken care of and made us feel very comfortable. Often times when we travel with our young kids we get lots of stares or are made to feel like we don’t belong there or are an inconvenience, but Ana C was so sweet and exceptional in her service. I am a huge fan of the Brightline, I use it frequently whether I'm traveling south toward Miami or north to Orlando. My only gripe is that it can be expensive. Parking is super convenient in West Palm, but you do have to go to the upper levels, as the lower ones are reserved. It'll cost you $10 a day.

Brightline is a quick and fast way to travel across south Florida on the other hand the check in lady when you enter before you take the escalator upstairs at the west palm station leaves a lot to be desired cut me off when I asked her a question about booking and demeanor was unpleasant very much I don’t want to be bothered …all the other staff from the security lady that scanned our bags and the other lady upstairs that works in the condiments section by the bar was pleasant.. I understand customer facing positions can be tough but she’s the first interaction you encounter at this station if you have questions maybe she can be switched to another position that’s not so front facing all the other staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating maybe it was an off day for her but this is the first person you encounter at the desk at this station.

First Train Ride
Never been on a train before, until now. There's a parking garage next door. It'll remember your plate you just have to pay upon exiting. Go down to the sidewalk and cross over to the station. You do have to make plans and pay via their computer screen but it is very easy to understand. One way ticket to Miami was a little over 49 dollars. It's a great resource and you should give it a try some time. The only down side is. Once you get to the city you want to go it doesn't take you to places you really want to go. So you'll have to call a taxi or rent a car once you get there. There's a restroom on board and they do serve drinks and food at a price. Very fast.

My first time traveling on Brightline, very senior lady and Solo. I found the attendants very friendly and helpful as I navigated the terminals. The waiting lounge was beautiful. Getting on the train was very organized. The train ride was quiet, clean with a cart that came by with food. A very nice experience!

Parking spaces at the Brightline station fill up fast, so plan on traveling up several floors to park. But, there is an elevator to the street and the station is just a few steps away. Very futuristic experience for a state that lacks public transportation. The lobby, the facilities and the trains are overall very clean and modern, staff are courteous. The lack of reliability was my reason for 4 star. When the train is on time, it's amazing, when one is delayed, domino effects! Worse, they don't have estimated time. Today I waited for 2 hours, had to take a uber for 100 to Miami and barely made it on the plane on time.

Overall the experience is good for me as I am using the train for work commute twice per month. I would say the staff when you arrive and the staff on the train have been a great experience. However, the staff that work in the bar/food service area are horrible. I have used only Fort lauderdale and Orlando and for 8 trips so far, they are all rude, short with no pleasant behavior or customer oriented behavior. No thank you, no please, nothing. Seriously need training. Today 1/11, I tried to purchase food in Orlando before the 3:50 train; no acknowledgement that I was sitting there, had to ask twice for service, put the food in front of me without one word and just walked away. I heard two other customers complaining about how rude she was. Please, some training.

The bright line is a fabulous idea! I live right in Boca Raton and the train station and premium lounge areor impeccably clean and outstanding! The employees that work, there are very professional and personable as well. I love that an Uber pick me up from my home 3 miles away and took me right to the station. I did have a premium seat and the only reason why I give it to four is because when I arrived in my seat, there was still trash from the last passenger. Additionally, I was told that someone would come by for snacks and drinks but that didn’t happen. I know the trip was short but I heard that when you do premium you were supposed to get that as a service otherwise what a beautiful way to get some more quickly.

The cleanliness level of the brightline is far and above that of other trains ive been on. The stations are very nice and offer other accommodations such as clean bathrooms, restaurants bars, etc. The seats are comfortable also. My only complaint about the brightline, not specifically the west palm station, is that security is lacking in the evening. There is almost no screening of tickets in the later trains, which allows for some pretty sketchy individuals to wander onto the trains.

Took this round trip from west Palm to Miami with my kids. The trains are beautiful and comfortable as are stations and it was a great day trip. It is very expensive ($62 RT p/p plus $15 to park in west palm garage. The reservation system is very wonky as is the parking system which is all automated and needs tweaking. But I would do this again.

I ride brightline daily as a commuter and the on-train experience is amazing. You can really tell that the attendants that care, really really care. It's honestly worth the money for the service. Some really great people up there. There are a few names I want to shout out in particular that make my daily rides worth it. LuLu is one of my absolute favorites. I actually miss you doing nights. You always had those bento boxes and tequila and OJs on deck for me. I know that I'm going to be well-taken care of when I hear her over the PA.

I took Brightline from Miami to Fort Lauderdale and back. Once at Fort Lauderdale, I took Lyft between the Brightline station and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The cost of a train/Lyft combo was a @$10 dollars higher than a Lyft only option in the morning, in part because the $17 fare was sold out so I paid $22 for a ticket. In the evening, I managed to get a $17 ticket so the train/Lyft combo was only a few dollars more than the Lyft only option. The train ride on Brightline was very enjoyable.
Looking forward to Miami to Orlando service, and hopefully Tampa/St. Petersburg someday.

I took the Miami MetroRail to the Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre stop which is right next to the Brightline station, the signage at the station made it very easy to find.
The MiamiCentral station - Brand new and gorgeous. I was happy my big checked bag did not need to be checked on the train. Security was very easy, just putting bags through the scanner.
Miami Premium Lounge - extremely clean with everything I was expecting, charcuterie style offerings with fresh veggies and other snacks. The pour your own beer and wine was a lovely touch and very worth the premium ticket price when you compare it to sitting at the bar in the station. The manager (didn’t get his name) was making sure everything in the lounge was in perfect shape and it showed.
Train - Clean and glowing blue, gave a very futuristic feel. Room for my luggage and huge seat back tables to do whatever you need. The attendant Lulu was amazing getting everyone towels, snacks and drinks on the short 30 min ride to Fort Lauderdale. There were multiple outlets and USB ports at each seat too
Fort Lauderdale Station Arrival - Smaller than Miami to be expected but looked very nice and clean. I had to book last minute so couldn’t take advantage of booking a private ride to my final destination included with the premium ticket. I asked the mobility person at the station and he said unfortunately it isn’t possible to add them last minute. However, after going to the bathroom Jay found me and said they had a cancellation and I could take one if I still wanted. Thanks Jay!! Impeccable customer service!
Private Tesla Ride from Station - I am within the 5 mile service area so was able to take a free Tesla ride with my premium ticket. My driver Brian was super friendly and welcoming even though I wasn’t on his schedule. The ride was very smooth and short, and I didn’t have to wait, the car was already waiting out front. Thanks Brian!

LOL! Apparently I reviewed the garage! A dash to Miami to catch the Marlins - with a quick jaunt to Bayside - commenced at the West Palm Beach Brightline station on Evernia Street. Station parking is $8 daily or $5 overnight. When you purchase a ticket on-line, you can add Parking at checkout. You’ll use the barcode on your ticket - accessible via smart phone - to enter the garage and to board your train. The station is modern, bright and airy - and it smells clean! You can purchase tickets at the station, confirm return times, get directions to local venues and more from the staff. Everyone there, aboard the train and at our destination was helpful and friendly. I’m pretty sure that every member of the Brightline team smiled or waved at us! Even the Engineer at the end of our return trip opened the window and wished us a pleasant good evening! We had purchased a “4 for $44” fare on-line, which Brightline graciously changed when a less expensive “flash fare” became available. As planed, we enjoyed hors d'oeuvres and cocktails prior to arriving at the station, so we’d purchased tickets in the Smart cabin rather than Premium. The Premium cabin offers wider seats than in the Smart cabin, where the seats already are a comfortable width. Premium also includes snacks and sips - a paid amenity in the Smart cabin. Each station has touch-less turnstiles. You simply scan through using the barcode on your ticket (on your phone). You’ll enjoy free and powerful WiFi in-station and on board. There is also Mary Mary, a new in-station bar and an autonomous convenience store. It was a pleasant one hour and fifteen minutes ride to the Miami station, which is on NW 1st Avenue. This puts you within easy range of Brickell, Edgewater, Little Havana, Midtown, Overtown and Wynwood. There also are convenient connections to Metrorail, Metrobus, MetroMover and Miami Trolley - so you can see all of Miami by train! Prior to heading from the station to Bayside, we confirmed departure times for the free buses to the Marlins game that evening. In no way do I want to detract from my five-star review of Brightline - and it is well deserved - but I do want to suggest that you realize that there is something of a “disconnect” between the bus service to and from LoanDepot Park - home of Major League Baseball's Miami Marlins - and the Brightline station. For example, a bus may not leave the stadium when it is “supposed” to. Last night, we left the game early to board an earlier bus so as to account for the possibility of the bridge being raised and ease any worries about catching the last train home. For all our good planning, we could have spent an extra almost 40 minutes in the stadium cheering on the team instead of waiting aboard the “earlier” bus with nothing to do but check text messages. Um hmm. So we continued to sit just steps away from the stadium on that bus and wait with no word as to when we would actually depart for the station - this being Miami, the driver immediately had gone MIA (cafe Cubano break) until the moment of departure. Yep, just a bunch of people sitting on a bus but finally getting smart enough to use our phones to hear the game announced. And to learn of a score - one of only two versus the winning Rays - we could have still been inside watching had we not thought to catch the “earlier” bus. Despite the bus issues - again, not on Brightline - if you plan to catch a specific train - or to be aboard the last one of the night - know that you can get delayed by a bridge opening or other conditions. Planning to take an earlier train - and knowing there will be another train behind that one should you be delayed beyond departure time - will eliminate a huge potential source of stress and frustration. Our return trip home from Miami was uneventful. Passengers in our cabin were mostly boisterous upon boarding, but quiet soon ensued as most folks quickly were lulled to sleep by the gentle rocking of the train. Brightline is infinitely preferable to the drive - and drivers - to and in Miami. Thus speaks the Native!
Miami Brightline Station good for us
From the moment I walked in and inhaled a very clean and fresh scent the trip back to Ft. Laud was a pleasure. Had the Premium ticket and we made our way to the Premium Lounge. Security was nice and quick. Lounge was nice and clean. Beer, Wine, soda, fruits, vegggies, desserts were available to all here. Complimentary wi-fi and plenty of plugs for our electronics were also available. Walk to train was a bit further than I thought but not bad. Premium coach was at front of train. Had to go through other coaches to get there as we didn't want to have the train close its doors prior to our getting in. Inside coach was nice clean, good leg room also had access to wi-fi, plugs for electronics as well as drinks and snacks for those in coach. Book early and you will get complementary private ride to/from you location before/after the ride with 5 miles from station.

Quality on wheels
We used Brightline (premium class) to travel from Miami Beach to Fort Lauderdale. Brightline has taken a wholly fresh approach to running trains. Top notch service: an example to all train operators, not just those in the US.
Sparkling new stations, luxurious trains and superb on-board service. In the station (Miami Central), the shop was impressive as was the bar. The premium lounge was very well equipped offering everything you could want - arguably more than you need for such a short journey, but in anticipation of the planned extension to Orlando, brilliantly thought out. The ride quality once on the move was extremely smooth which can't always be said of US trains. Sure, the trains are new but the track must also be good.
We used the Brightline+ service to pick us up from Miami Beach and to take us from Fort Lauderdale station to Port Everglades to join our ship. While this was included in our ticket price I think it will come at an additional charge soon. Even when it does, I wouldn't hesitate to use it again.
The checked baggage service is excellent: simple check in and equally simple collection a minute or two after getting off the train.
Staff cheerful and helpful throughout.
Travelling with heavy luggage we could easily just have taken a cab all the way from Miami Beach to Port Everglades. That would have been a mistake: Brightline is easy, good value and the way to do it.
I have used trains a lot throughout Europe and North America: Brightline ranks with the very best.

From the moment we walked in the doors we were greeted by Jeff who was a great help by getting us booked on the next train as we missed our reservation. He handed my son(7)and daughter(4) a goodie bag with an activity book, crayons, a train pin, goldfish crackers and a capri sun. As we were leaving the station the workers all waved goodbye from the platform. Gina our attendant on the way to Ft Lauderdale was so sweet and patient with the kids as they made a snack selection. When arriving at Ft Lauderdale our driver Ed was just amazing. He even drove us through the McDonalds drive through to grab some food!! My son was begging for a train ride for months and I finally decided to take him. What a wonderful experience every single person made it for us. Brightline obviously has a high standard on passengers experience and each and every one of them lived up to it!! Highly recommend it and we can’t wait to go back soon!!

It takes the stress out of parking before riding the train when you know you have prepaid for the garage parking along with your train ticket. Clean well lit garage with electric car chargers, good signage and proximity to the Brightline station itself all show good planning. The experience continues in the Brightline station, on board, as well as in Ft Lauderdale and Miami stations.

It was my first time traveling using the Brightline and it was a great experience. It has a modern lounges and amenities. It will be my new only way to travel down to Miami because how convenient and affordable it is. The only issue I had was with a security guard at check in, he had a very condescending tone and was very rude to us because we didn’t somehow know all the procedures to go thru security, it was very unprofessional seeing how we never gave him a reason to talk to us like that but We didn’t let that ruin our experience. Overall I recommend this service to anyone looking to travel!

This was the savior of our trip. We had to change flights abruptly and landed in West Palm Beach airport and needed to get to Miami in a few hours for a cruise. Uber wanted nearly $300, so we decided to stay the night and deal with it in the morning.
$25 / ticket for my wife and I. And the waiting area was great. Free bag check and clean up environment. The ride was excellent, quick and everything was user friendly and good quality chairs and tables.
Once in Miami, it was tricky getting our checked bags but people were there to assist you. (There is no area really, just meet in lobby)
Once there we got a Brightline car ride to the cruise terminal and it was free of charge. Gave the driver a good tip to make up the difference!

I have worn slippahs all my life. I wore rubber "locals" purchased at the Waikiki Longs stores. Eventually, I stepped up to Reefs. With my upcoming trip to Maui, I wanted to break in a pair of Reefs. For the best selection, I ordered online. I picked a relatively new style, the Reef Cushion Dawn. They come with soft vegan padded straps with a brushed cushion footbed. So comfy, like walking barefoot on a shag carpet. The lightweight outsole is cushy and good on wet surfaces. Whole sizes only and they run small. Measured them with my Birkenstocks soles and they are the same. Guess the toe strap needs a break in. Still, so nice, I ordered the slippahs for GF too! A nice touch is Reef offers free shipping on all orders over $55. Free Returns within 30 days of your order delivery.

What a way to avoid I-95!
Brightline is phenomenal. Not only are the stations in Miami, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach all impeccably maintained, modern and inviting, but the purpose of being there -- to travel by train -- is fabulous. The trains are beautiful and clean, with plenty of space and overhead shelf storage, the staff are warm and friendly, and the ride makes you wonder why you ever get on I-95 by car! I'm a repeat traveler and plan to continue.
Easy Breezy Traveling
I love taking the Brightline. I take it 2-4 times a week and I love every moment. Always clean and tidy. The stations remind me of being in Europe and the staff is always so friendly! I recommend my friends and family to use it as much as they can. Its very reasonable and 10 times faster than driving and getting stuck in traffic. Kudos Richard!! Cant wait for more stops to be added up the East Coast!
My ride on bright-line
my wife and I decided to take bright-line we were going to a doctor's appointment down in South Beach Miami and instead of having to deal with all the traffic and driving 70 miles one way we decided to try bright-line. My wife in a wheelchair at the time and soon as we enter brightlines doors I felt like a red carpet was rolled out everyone was very friendly very helpful being that this was our first time ever on bright-line or 4 train at that, they helped us get to r train once we boarded and got into our seats and started to leave they came around and get drinks and snacks we did do the upgrade but it was well worth it the whole experience was amazing everybody was so friendly and helpful the ride itself was amazing again just to be able to sit back and not have to worry about driving and when we got to Miami we took an Uber and when we came back to board we had missed our original departure train and it was no big deal they helped us get on the next train back to West Palm Beach in again everybody was very helpful, they even helped me was pushing my wife out to where the cars were. I was so amazed by how Queen and how great the atmosphere was and how much brightline employees went above and beyond to help us I've never experienced anything like this in my life if you've never been on bright-line give it a try and you will be hooked as I am. I'm looking forward to taking bright-line on the 10th to go again to the doctor with my wife and taking bright-line to save the hassle of driving and driving in traffic especially down in South Miami. Thank you bright line for everything keep up the good work!

These trains are super clean and very nice inside and offer great luxury if you want it and a budget experience that is also extremely nice. We took this train back and forth to Miami from Fort Lauderdale and found it so much better than sitting in traffic on the freeways.

Brightline offers a clean, professional, top-notch service for transportation. Only problem was having a DJ on my train car?!
I traveled on SuperBowl Sunday and for some reason they thought it was a good idea. The extremely loud group of ladies in the back of the car had to scream louder to talk above the music (at least that's why I think they were screaming). BTW, this was the upgraded (Select) ticket and I thought ppl like that would be removed to another area (DJ and all). Guessing those bottles of wine they were dragging off in the lounge might have turned up their volume.
That aside, the snacks were awesome, with a variety of croissants, mini-muffins, fruit and more. At around 11am they changed it out to chips, a variety of snack bars, fruit and added wine. The coolers were stocked with water, soft drinks and beer.
On the train, the seats were comfortable, electronic friendly and roomy. Food and drink carts offered more of same plus candy and Bento boxes. I enjoyed hummus, pita bread and Mediterranean olives, with a Bloody Mary (helped drown out noise).
The connection between the Metrorail and Brightline has to be a 'Safe-Passage' and it is NOT. Daytime not too bad but no signage to connect the 2 venues. Night time was a bit frightening. I walked right past the alley that goes to the Metrorail, without knowing. It's not a far walk, only about 1/2 a block but no signs and poorly lit. Someone needs to step-up their game. Though they may be separate entities, it was my biggest fear for the trip and clearly something to address.
Purchased regular (Smart) ticket on return and offered bottled water but seat was equally comfortable.
Overall, I will definitely do it again and looking forward to the Orlando route.

A Few Tips About Brightline Trains
2019 Brightline
Our county, Martin, tried to block Brightline from coming through our community. We were part of the fight. After taking the Brightline train from West Palm Beach to Miami, we are now a proponent of the train continuation to Disney World and beyond.
Our feelings are partly due of our recent trip to the Baltic area where mass transit is a priority. Brightline reminded us of the superb train travel we found in Europe.
At the time of this writing, there was just one stop between WPB and Miami, and that was Ft. Lauderdale. Taking Brightline would be a convenient way to get to the port/airport in both Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.
We were amazed how extensive Miami Central Station has developed. There is an expanding first class “food court.”
To travel beyond, the “FREE” Metromover—Wilkie D. Ferguston-- is just across the street to take you to such areas as Bayside shops along the harbor. The port is just a short Uber/Lift ride away, and the airport is less than eight miles away.
The train did not go fast as it could. There were issues along the intersections. We did arrive on-time as scheduled.
The price could be prohibitive for some. We felt riding the train was safe and extremely comfortable. We did not have to worry about driving down in Miami and even finding a place to park could be a hassle.
Brightline does have a number of tours it offers, particularly for Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. For travelers, this would be ideal for those that don’t want to drive in the heavy South Florida traffic.

Brightline isn’t cheap, but you know the saying, you get what you pay for...
We took a day trip from Ft Lauderdale down to Miami and were it not for the efforts of Bryant, our day would have ended on a very sour note.
My godson left his phone in the restroom, Bryant was able to retrieve it in record time, allowing us to catch our train home.
Parking across the street!
Using the train makes sense but add the parkin cost and it is not much of a bargain. Tri-Rail makes more sense and has more stops.

I just wanted to let the everybody know how grateful I was to find Brightline. We recently had a cruise out of Miami, but had to fly to Fort Lauderdale as Southwest Airlines does not fly to Miami. Most of our friends either flew into Miami or paid exuberant prices to catch a Lyft to and from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. My travel companion and I actually took advantage of your ‘first ride free’. Hooray! However, even if the ride was not free, the cost to ride the train is exceptionally affordable and beats out any mode of transportation between cities in Florida.
Every employee at Brightline was friendly, helpful, and professional. The stations were next level welcoming, clean, and safe. We actually found our ‘Smart’ ride on Brightline to be comfortable with all the luxuries of a first class ride. For the life of me, I could not figure out why more travelers weren’t aware of the customer focused service provided by Brightline.
We will not hesitate to use Brightline again when traveling to Florida for our transportation service between cities. The company really needs to consider bringing Brightline to Houston! We could use it for travel between the major cities:Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Galveston.

Only Way To Go
There is no better way to travel to Miami from Ft Lauderdale or Palm Beach than the Brightline. Thirty-six minutes vs 1 to 1 1/2 hours in traffic -- a no brainer!!

Totally a new convenient transportation. (This is one of grand travel on the ground) It is really doesn’t matter for those who have money for this conveniently. It is really secure and safe to go by this brightline because you have to have your bag scanned before you enter the train waiting area. The time is accurate for arrival and departure however, please put some extra time in case there might be unexpected situation happen during the taxi! There are 2 types of the tickets Select class and smart class. For select class, you will have a private lounge to wait with several kind of drink, tv to watch ! a nicer seat on the train and you will get drink and snacks serve for free during the travel time. For the smart ticket you will get a special discount price sometime! You also have a good seat and will get a free water bottle. Rather than that you have to pay. However, there are 3 stops Fort Lauderdale and Miami the train will end at Virgin MiamiCentral's Central Fare, downtown Miami's new food hall. The traveling time during the tree station would be around 1 hour 45 minutes. ( +,- in case there is emergency thing happen)
A brand new transportation facility
We expressly wanted to ride the new Brightline train from West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale to Miami, mostly because we love to ride trains. But we were very impressed with this state-of-the-art terminal and coaches. The color scheme is indeed bright and cheerful and very appealing. The staff to rider ratio is very low and there is always someone there to help you figure out the computer or the train schedule. They even waved good-bye to us from the platformas the train pulled out!
When You need To Get There...
Driving, especially in season, can be a major snarl. With parking close by, park and ride -- with Wifi -- the train. Reasonably priced, and an Uber to your final destination. What could be simpler?

Very pleasant train station, parking confusing
Very european in style, modern, clean. The only problem is parking, there is parking adjacent but they do not have clear instructions on how to pay for it. The attendant at the entrance told us we could pay on the train but there was no place to pay there, upon return we tried to find a machine or somewher to pay and found none. Then when we got to our car we had a ticket on our windshield, we called and they told us it was just a warning but it was sort of weird. We still dont know how to pay for parking if we were to go back.
Anniversary getaway
Amazing 1st time experience on a very clean and a smooth train ride. Staff was very helpful walked us right through booking our tickets and even explain how to change time to catch an earlier ride back. Lobby waiting / sitting area is large and clean also have a kids area. It took us about an hour to get to Miami from West Palm Beach with a quick stop in Fort Lauderdale. They also have an employee that comes by to offering snacks and drinks to purchase.
