For my recent visit, the check in process was seamless. The technician who went through all the eye charts was excellent -- very thorough and explained in detail everything that was going on. The internal eye scan was quick and easy. Dr. Wilkerson was pleasant and engaging, and asked about some of my other health concerns. The check out lady was very nice, and made sure to ask if I had sunglasses since my eyes had been dilated. So, from start to finish, with lots of different people touchpoints, it was a great appointment. Their system works, and it's why I always return to Wilkinson Eye Center!

Such a warm, kind staff—every person I interact with there! Dr. Schmitz is very thorough and so personable. He has provided me with wonderful advice on maintaining my eye health. The staff in the eyeglass shop are extremely helpful in finding glasses that are comfortable, stylish and right for my face! They have always helped me choose glasses I love to wear!

Dr. Wilkinson is very thorough, really helped me get through my issues and actually listened to what I had to say (rate these days!!) This office has been so wonderful! I am a newer patient but have needed a few appointments already this month. About a month ago I was having some issues with my eyes and my PCP told me I needed to see the eye Dr as soon as possible. I called this office the same day I left the PCP and they got me right in, and the treatment the Dr recommended provided instant relief. They have been nothing but friendly and professional. They have been attentive and exremely accommodating. The Dr. is timely and personable. I have switched to this office for all of my eye care needs and it's been a great experience every visit. Highly recommend!

I've had glasses since 8th grade. I'm 65. I never wore the glasses because they made my vision worse. Finally, I stumbled (pun intended) across Dr. Dustman's office. She changed my life. She understood what I'd been trying to explain to all the other drs I've seen and FINALLY, I have glasses I can actually SEE through, and it's incredible! I highly recommend Dr. Dustman. She's professional, very pleasant, answers questions, takes her time and makes you feel like you're the only patient she has all day. I'll never visit another opthamologist.
Dr. Dustman is the perfect blending of competence and concern. She is extremely thorough and careful in her diagnoses and treatment prescriptions, but also very aware of how important vision is to each patient and therefore endeavors to inform and reassure the patient. She commits herself to providing the best care possible to that patient and that inspires a feeling that one is receiving the best care possible.
Longevity of the staff and the fact that when staff members leave they always want to come back! leave but almost always want to return!

I've been with this practice for over 30 years & have had no problems. In an emergency they got me in that day to resolve the problem & put my mind at ease. Would not change.
If I could give a 10 star I would... My doctor was Doctor Lee an amazing ,wonderful ,true to hearted lady that just wants u to feel better about your vision and self!!! All the way through surgery and even after she and doctor Daniel took really good care of me and I'm so happy with my producer and blessed to have gone through with it with them

I became a patient here this Summer and have been extremely happy with the people there. Everyone that I dealt with there was competent and capable. The results of the eye surgeries Dr. Wilkinson performed on me were excellent. I went there barely able to see well enough to drive and now my vision is slightly better than 20/20.
The only thing I was even slightly disappointed with was that it took a month to get an initial appointment. But after that appointment everything else went swiftly and my experience was wholly positive.

I called for an emergency appointment because I was leaving out of town the next day and knew something was wrong with my eye. The office squeezed me in at the last minute and I was grateful for that. I highly recommend this practice!

A good place to work but the office staff had trouble controlling drama with younger technicians. Dr. Wilkinson is an amazing man to work for. He has a truly wonderful heart and understands that every person in the practice has value.

I am very happy I went to her to be treated for severe seaonal eye allergies. I had gone to another doctor twice before deciding to visit her. In two days my week long of suffering dimnished to not noticeable.

She listens well and does a fine job in explaining her approach to handling the situation. I'm very grateful for working me in on her busy schedule to take care of my problem.

Very well run office. Prompt, curtious care. I have a difficult prescription, and the Doctor's spent the right amount of time needed to help me with my glasses and contact lenses. Kelly adjusted my frames for the other day, and mae them more comfortable to wear. Great office!
