The style of athletic casual shoe (can you call it a sneaker when it is covered in rhinestones?) that I went in for was in stock, however, not in my size. He immediately reminded me about your free shipping policy and offered to have me try on the same shoe in a different colour to ensure the sizing was correct. I received them in less than a week, even to a remote northern town! Awesome experience!!

Went in to get some dress shoes to match my suit for grad and had the pleasure of being helped by Yasmina (absolute goat). I had zero clue on what to get and what was appropriate for the occasion, luckily Yasmina jumps in with the greatest recommendations and shoe knowledge you can find. She’s got incredible service and knows what shes talking about. If you’re headed to Browns try your best to get Yasmina, she wont disappoint. I am writing to provide feedback on one of your employees Belal Deni. Belal provided me with the most exceptional customer service the other day. I came in to purchase Blundstone boots. I have gone out to purchase Blundstones twice before but have always left empty handed because I find the choices overwhelming. Belal informed me that he himself wears Blundstones and he proceeded to walk me through all the different choices - winterized versus non-winterized, squared toe versus rounded toe, their grip implications, whether it hugs the ankle or not; as well as all the different colours available to me. I was completely indecisive, but he patiently brought out different sizes, styles and colours and encouraged me to walk around and see which one felt best. He was also full of useful tips on how to maintain them with protector spray and mink oil, how often to do it, and he demonstrated how it changed the colour of the boot making a little more dark when you applied the oil. Other useful tips included how to wear Blundstones, when to wear them and which styles are appropriate for office wear. Belal is just fantastic at his job, and I just had to leave a review and tell you what an asset he is to your team. Next, I needed to purchase some casual shoes Belal recommend some great options even some that were great prices with their additional 20% off he brought out many different styles but one he brought out that stood out from the others was the cole haan I was hesitant because it wasn’t on sale but he sold me on it due to the amazing comfort, great quality and water proof which is good to have living in Alberta. I felt more like I was shopping with a friend than just being sold shoes. The best customer service I’ve received. Thank you Belal for the service!!

Me and my mom went to the mall then seeing the winter boots from the floor so we went inside to then one of staff almost ran over come to us and started to help us. Her name is Alicia. She was very nice, kind and helpful staff. We were very surprised and impressed. She suggested to us good deal products than we wanted at the first time and it was even more comfortable so yes definitely we choose the one that she picked for us. Brownshoes should keep kind of this awesome staff. Also I was going to pay for mom’s boots then cashier even nice too.. what a bonus day. She told me Alicia’s name and wrote down for me just incase. I visited Browns shoe store at West Edmonton Mall the other day and was so impressed by the treatment I got from the store manager Abdullah and all of his staff. I shopped for shoes for my elderly father and had couple of special requests that other stores could not fulfil. To have been welcomed with immediate solutions and in a humble elegant way was special to experience. I will definitely be shopping again at this Browns' location! :) Thank you everyone!

I would like to give 5 stars to Annik, manager at West Edmonton Mall branch. We had some issues with returning our items and there was an error in amount refunded with an employee at the counter. I went to West Edmonton Mall to buy a few pairs of shoes for myself. As I shopped around at a few select stores that I usually go to I thought to stop by Browns and check out their selection. The store was really busy and there were people all over the place getting helped out so I started browsing some shoes and within minutes I was greeted by Sasha and although she was helping other customers at the time (like all of the other employees were) she was able to cater to both me and a few other customers and was very prompt when providing service to us. There was never a delay, or any mismanagement on her end while going to the back, bringing shoes for us to try on. Actually, I was treated a lot more professional by her than I was at the higher end stores where I usually shop and where they know me by name. As I went to pay for the two pairs that I was buying I was introduced to Belal, a young man who was also very friendly and really knows his product. Overall I had a very good experience at Browns and that is all thanks to both Sasha and Belal. Amazing job you guys!

I never buy my shoes from Browns as despite having the most beautiful collection, whenever I go to the store, all the products are pricey, and I go out immediately. Having said that, the other day, I went to the WEM branch, and a saleswoman named Samane with a shiny super-friendly attitude helped me find the perfect new balance shoes that were in my budget range. So anyone has the same feeling about Browns just ask for her and buy what you are looking for :))

The staff at Browns West Edmonton Mall went far above and beyond for me today! The zipper broke on my shoe and I lost the receipt. They went through months of purchase history and even another location to find my purchase in order to exchange for a new pair!! Thank you to Jashanpal for his exceptional customer service. It was very busy there and yet he went above and beyond to help me find something in my size. I'm a size 12 and so that's not always easy to do. Also I love that they carry up to size 12 in the store, shoe shopping can be such a demoralizing experience for us with abnormally large feet but carrying cute styles in large sizes plus the excellent customer care made it such a fun experience.

Bought a pair of Michael Kors shoes at the Southgate location which needed a repair & this location helped me out after the Southgate location wouldn't. The first time I walked into Browns in West Edmonton Mall, I thought it would be another Town Shoes- flashy shoes with sky high price tags. I was right, and wrong at the same time. Yes they do have a lot of similar shoes like Town Shoes. A lot of brand names like Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Christian Audigier, Puma, Timberland, Geox, and others. I'm also glad that I was wrong about the prices- they're much cheaper than Town Shoes, and they often have sales, making their prices very attractive. Their huge selection can be dangerous- you'll usually find something for yourself. The sales staff was also very friendly, and never did I feel like he was watching over me and expecting me to buy the shoes. When looking for sizes, he had trouble finding the right as someone had switched the boxes, but he offered me a similar style so I could gauge the size and feel of the shoe.
