I absolutely LOVE Dr. Mitzy and PA Gabby!!! They are both seriously the sweetest and make every appointment such a good experience. I never feel like I’m sitting in a doctor’s office it always feels so comfortable, welcoming and easy. They actually listen to every single question and concern I have, never make me feel rushed, and always give such thorough answers and explanations. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful and I only waited a few minutes before being called back. The NP I saw had a wonderful bedside manner and he took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. My daughter had an appointment with him earlier that day and he was great with her, that’s why I ended up booking an appointment with him for myself after putting it off for too long.

Established patient, same day appointment scheduled on Z Doc Provider was very positive as a clinician and person. ONe week after the visit and recommended treatment the problem grew worse. Put a call in at 9 am to the central number, only one for the whole group asking for a call back. It is 4 30 of that day, no call back. Had to use other providers Do not like it when there is a wall between providers and patients as to simple asking of a question of the Warwick NY office

Thank God I saw a real doctor and not a P.A. It was so refreshing to know he had more education and experience. It was an easy check in and the receptionists were very pleasant. Avi talked very fast, however, and did not let me ask a lot of questions or give detailed background of my condition because he made quite a few assumptions that were not necessarily true. But overall it was a hopeful experience.
