This is great internet for Torrington. I rememeber not that long ago when there weren't many options and it wasn't very fast. Now we have fiber internet. It is lightning fast and so nice. Doesn't drop very often either. Thankful for that!
Amy at the front desk is great, so friendly and helpful. The guys did a fantastic job with install, on time, friendly and no mess left behind.
I've had Visionary provide internet for multiple residences on and off since 2011/2012. They are simply the best ISP serving our area. Their technicians and tech support have all been outstanding in my dealings with them. It is nice to call tech support and talk to a human being that not only lives in the same country that I do, but also the same state. What a concept! Amazing company, amazing customer service, and amazing internet service. Choose Visionary!
