Visionary Hired a company to put in a line in an alley where I park my vehicles. Instead of anyone letting us know this was being done that went ahead and did it. The company they hired hit a gas line right behind my driveway which not only blocked my daughter from leaving it also could have ended very badly for everyone around there. My problem with Visionary is we have reached out a number of times for someone to call us back. I called the day this happened upset because my daughter could not leave in her car and we have called 3 times since trying to get some information on who we can get to fix the concrete that was broke due to the gas line being fixed. This happened over a week ago and still after several messages we have gotten no call back.
