I recently visited as a new patient after booking through Zocdoc and had a great experience. Check-in was simple with just a few quick signatures as a new patient, and I was brought back almost immediately. My provider, Lindsay Mead, was very thorough and took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan, how and when to use each medication, and the possible side effects without making the appointment feel rushed. I also had a small issue with my pharmacy afterward, and the office was very easy to reach and got me in contact with my provider, who helped me resolve it quickly. Overall the visit was smooth, professional, and I feel confident returning for my follow-up.

10/2/25- I cannot say enough good things about the way I was accommodated today at this office. So a long story, short. My son is a wrestler. He has been dealing with really bad ring worm for some time now. In the summer , it must of spread to his scalp, but I was unaware because he had longer hair and I guess he didn’t think he was dealing with a huge issue on his scalp. He is only 12, so he is just a 7th grade innocent kid. For the last month, I have been pretty much been bouncing around from his pediatrician, to an online zoom dermatologist doctor to finally getting an appointment with his regular dermatologist. But the doctor is always booked so he had to see the nurse practitioner. Now I have nothing against the nurse practitioner at my sons usual office he goes to, but right now his hair is falling out and I have asked a few times to see the doctor (but I was told that the doctor is going to say the same thing the nurse practitioner says). So as a dad, I just feel so helpless. More poor boys scalp is in really bad shape. So after searching around for a new office, I found this office in Verona and they had an appointment today on the Jewish holiday. So I took my son, and I explained to the front office rep, Ana about my current situation. I originally thought that I booked a appointment online with a doctor but yet again I only booked with the assistant (my mistake). After being told this, my heart just sank (nothing against the assistant, but at this point , my son really needs to see a doctor!!). Ana in the front saw the sadness in my eyes and she went in the back and asked a doctor to see my son. Well Dr. Justin Brown came to my rescue!! He really just gave me so much hope as a father and he was so genuine and pleasant, and just such a nice patient doctor. Even though I didn’t have a appointment with him, he answered all my questions and was just so nice. I can always tell when someone has the look in their eyes like they do not want to be bothered. Well that did not happen today. This office was so accommodating for my son, and I can’t thank them enough! This is 150% my new dermatology office. Seriously, thank you so much today for helping me. I will never forget how the front desk rep Ana really helped me out today! She is the best!

Went in to get what I thought was a wart on my arm checked out. Ayate Kaced (Jeannine) was amazing. After a biopsy I was told it was positive for Squamous cell cancer. One week later I had the procedure to have it removed and it is all gone. So thankful to Jeannine for making me feel comfortable and assuring me everything would be okay. She is a real pleasure to deal with. Thank you to the whole team at Schweiger for your professionalism.

Great communication, great staff, amazing bedside manner and very accurate diagnosis. The only thing I would recommend for Schweiger Derm is to look into some more natural remedies and studies that can help with a cure because medication drugs can only help for so long. But overall, 5 stars because no matter what, they are always there for me ASAP.

Once I went to make an appointment with Dr. Shah she found the right solution that was needed for me. I never thought that something could work so well after numerous tries of trying to clear up my back acne... She is also such a sweet and caring Doctor. She cares for her patients and tries to find the best solutions for any problem.

After being numbed she came into the room, introduced herself, answered all of my questions, offered me water while I waited and was just fabulous. When she came into the room with the injector trainer she was so professional and knows what she is talking about. She really knows the muscles of the face and how much I needed so I got the results I wanted without looking crazy. Very precise, very professional. I am beyond happy! Not to mention she gave me wonderful post injection instructions about icing on and off for 20 minutes and keeping my head elevated for 4 hours. THANK YOU PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT SARAH DAOUD!!!!!

I had MOHS surgery today performed by Dr. Steven Spates and assisted by nurse Dawn. They reviewed my medical information and explained exactly how the procedure would proceed. I was set up on a comfortable table. Dr. Spates assured me I would not be in pain-he took care to thoroughly numb the area. He gave me additional numbing midway through the 2 hour procedure. He was right-I never suffered! Everything went smoothly and I was relieved to have the procedure completed successfully! They reviewed my discharge instructions carefully and gave me a paper copy. My stitches will dissolve naturally-no need for a return visit. Plus, Dr. Spates called to check on me about an hour after I was discharged. I knew I was in good hands all the way around!!! I highly recommend Dr. Spates and Schweiger Dermatology! UPDATE! It has been 2 days since my MOHS surgery! I’m fine! No pain! The office has called twice to check on me! 😊

I’m surprised by how organized everything is here. I didn’t have to call to make an appointment, I did mine through text message and got it one in a week. When I got there the check-in process was quick and I barely waited 5 minutes. The doctor and his assistant were both friendly and addressed all my questions. After the appointment I’ve been able to send some questions to a chat they have provided and it was been very efficient. We need more places like this.

However, I did have a negative experience when calling Schweiger Dermatology Group to schedule an appointment. I wanted to have my annual skin screening done during my appointment and was told I couldn’t do that, and would have to schedule two separate appointments. Once I arrived at the office, I was told that was not true, and I only needed to schedule one appointment for both my main concern, and my annual skin screening.

Despite having to have a minor surgical procedure, my experience with Dr Spates, office and nursing staff was exceptional. Due to a medical condition, scheduling the appointment required collaboration with other medical providers and it went seamlessly. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Matthew Asmar. He is straightforward and speaks a bit quickly, but he was patient and answered all my questions about the laser operation that was needed. I was informed that it would be a cosmetic procedure that was not covered by insurance, but I was okay with that since it was a simple blood vessel issue that only required laser treatment. Dr. Asmar referred me to Dr. Robert Nossa to perform the procedure the following day. The staff at the clinic set up the appointment and do charge a fee that would go towards the procedure. After doing some research, I found some negative comments about the staff were untrue on Yelp. Everyone at the clinic was professional and focused on their work. My experience with Dr. Robert Nossa was equally positive. He was clear about the procedure and even removed another blood vessel near the surface of my skin at no extra charge. Since it was really tinny and a quick zap. Overall, the procedure was quick and the cost was lower than expected. It only took about 20-30 minutes. I will recommend them to anyone seeking similar treatment. I advise doing some research beforehand and listening to the doctor's advice. For me, They genuinely want to help rather than take advantage of or your insurance. Five star to the whole staff at Schweiger Dermatology Group.

I have finally found my go to dermatologist. They had availability within 24 hours and when I got there my wait time was maybe 2 minutes. Checking in was amazing, Melissa’s staff provided great customer service. It felt like they were happy to be there and more than happy to help me. The appointment didn’t take long at all. I was in and out quickly, and still felt like all of my concerns were heard and taken care of. I got cortisone injections and it wasn’t nearly as painful as I anticipated. The pharmacy they recommended does free home deliveries which I’ve never been offered that by any other provider so I really appreciated that as well. Overall great energy, super clean office, and they are pleasant. I went there for my first time yesterday and I will definitely be coming back. P.s. they have the best mints! ;)

Came here about an issue. The front desk staff are very nice and joyful. I got into the room very quick. Dr Brown was fun, but I felt very rush. He kept on saying, “Do you know what that is?” Of course I do doctor! When I got home I had pills I needed to ask a question for but I got no response yet. Arrived 20 min early as a new patient to check in and I was seen exactly at my appt time. Matthew and the medical assistant were both very nice, quick, and efficient.
