Dr Gandelman is an outstanding dermatologist. Very knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I had an issue while I was away in Europe and she was extremely responsive. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The physical office itself is not fancy like some of those Park Avenue dermatology offices, but it is adequate and very convenient for me on the upper west side.

I had an excellent experience at Schweiger today. When cancer basel cell carcinoma Josephine has found behind my ear, she recommended Margarita Lolis, MD - plastic surgeon. Another great doctor. Margarita performed Mohs surgery, and for follow up visits I returned back to Josephine. Highly recommend this place and those two women. You will be in good hands.

Dr. Gandelman is really a great doctor. I went in today with an ongoing issue on one of my fingers , as well as needing some advice on how to clear up my face acne. She was able to diagnose my finger within a minute and discuss options for treatment. She’s very kind and down to earth. I typically don’t like going to visit doctors, as it causes me anxiety, but she really put me at ease. I had to bring my daughter with me and super stars to Dr. Gandelman for being great with kids! I have seen four dermatologists for my psoriasis over the past ten years, and I've expressed my concerns about a spot on my nose to all of them. This is the first time someone took a serious look, and it took her about half a second to remove the precancer spot. My new doctor listened to all my issues - and there are many - with compassion and kindness. The supporting staff is also very pleasant and effective. I feel I now have a doctor who is thorough, and clear in her explanations, which is is very important to me.

Why not 5 stars? Dr. Gandelman and Hannah the nurse are fantastic. They deserve a 5 star review. They listen, take the time and respond professionally. The check-in time and the 0 wait time is a blessing. So why only 4 stars? the receptionist has to go. I was there twice, and she seems like the patients bother her. She shows no passion to people who come to seek medical help, she just doesn't fit the otherwise so nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. If you don't care how the receptionists behaves, see it as a 5 star review. Will I return? probably yes, after taking a deep breath to finish the check-in steps. All in all, a good dermatology clinic.

Brittany Snyder, PA and her assistant were both incredibly helpful and friendly. Brittany Snyder, PA took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, which helped me feel at ease during the appointment. She also provided me with clear and concise information about my condition and the treatment plan she had in mind, which was very reassuring. Although there was a minor miscommunication during the booking process for the appointment, she quickly resolved the issue to ensure that I received the best possible care. She was very attentive and responsive to my needs, which was greatly appreciated. After the appointment, the follow-up regarding my prescriptions was provided in a timely manner, which made the process of getting the medications I needed efficient. I just moved to NYC. Making an appointment with the Schweiger Dermatology Group online was easy. MY appointment was right on time with Vivian Parham, MS., AGPCNP-BC who gave me my annual check up and listened to my concerns regarding my psoriasis. Vivien was very informative and as well, I thought she listened very carefully to what I had to say. Vivien took a biopsy of a suspicious area on my leg and also did a freeze of another area on my nose that I have to monitor. The psoriasis on my knee was attended to as well. I left feeling very happy with my visit and confident that I had received good care. I look forward to my follow up visit in August.

Physician's Assistant Elana Litwin is excellent. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and has a professional bedside manner. Elana thoroughly answers patients' questions in a very clear way. I'm so glad I found her. My scalp and skin issues alleviated rather quickly with her specific advice and basic prescriptions (I'm very holistic so I wanted non-invasive products). I've been so impressed now I refer others including my mature mother who has been fortunate to get Elana's help resolving her dermatological issues too. I also like how clean the office is, how the medical staff is properly masked and that they've social distanced the seats for COVID safety. This location is perfectly situated in my residential neighborhood and is also close to the trains and buses.

Had a great experience here yesterday! I visited to discuss eczema and acne. Made an appointment quickly via Zocdoc. Was greeted with exceptional warmth by Tasha at the front desk, who pointed out the restroom, water dispenser, Keurig machine, and phone charging station. Was only a short wait til a nurse, Carla, brought me back. She was incredibly sweet, efficient, and professional. She stayed while the PA, Alexandra Gold, came in. The appointment was really quick but not at all rushed. By the time I left, my new prescriptions had been sent to the pharmacy to be delivered tomorrow, I had samples in-hand, I was given hand-written instructions to follow, and I had an appointment for a follow-up. Easy and comfortable.

I had terrible acne for years but coming here was the solution I've been waiting for. I was put on antibiotics that cleared up my skin so much, plus some topical creams. They also have cortisone shots for stubborn cystic pimples that makes them go away in 3 days. After finishing the antibiotics I broke out pretty badly, but it was the same week as my period so I'm hoping that was the reason. Since then, my skin has been better and so much clearer than before I started. Absolutely recommend

I was very blessed and fortunate to have Dr. Nazarian. What can I say? She has a great staff with her, the funny assistant Dante and the wonderful and ever smiling receptionist Jessica. Dr. Nazarian is very talented with what she does. I had a cyst for a very long time in the middle of my head on display for the world to see ( it was removed before but the first doctor at a different location was not thorough with the removal). Not only was Dr. Nazarian caring, understanding, and extremely polite she took her time with the procedure and made sure that nothing was left of the cyst!!! When I told her the cyst was removed before and grew back she mentioned during the operation that she could still see the lining of the first one still there, she got rid of that as well. Throughout the operation she was always making sure I was comfortable and I truly appreciated that.Thankfully...because of her I feel like a new man! Should I ever need to visit a dermatologist again..it will definitely be with her!! Thank you Dr. Nazarian!!!
