I had a great experience here. The staff was very helpful. I had a very painful infection that escalated quickly and Dr. Sklar was able to see me only a few hours after I called. I was treated and my symptoms improved immediately. I would go back again.

A staff of professionals that will take care of all of your vision needs. Dr. Robert Skylar is one of the very best ophthalmologists in the area. He is a person you can trust. His staff is kind and proficient. I have been a patient for a number of years and am very satisfied. Dr Skylar is very thorough and has an extensive amount of advanced vision equipment in the office to meet your vision needs. He is also a trusted surgeon.

Each with a smile, care to ensure patients have knowledge, clearly spending the appropriate amount of time for what is .....perceived as thorough assessments. ALL measures of protocol for COVID followed and requirements for all patients enforced!! Dr. Sklar is a true medical professional and I have without reservation... felt in positive well trained hands with extensive experience. Is is a Dr. for patient CARE. Wonderful & caring staff all around! I cant even express how everyone, from reception to Opthalmologist, is so genuinely pleasant to everyone the second they pick up the phone or walk in the lobby. Exceptional & personal communication around scheduling, appointments, and notes - no web portal needed. I personally can vouch for the fact that they are wonderful for yearly exams - and the techniques they use (a mix of machine & manual exams) allow for the most thorough exam in the same timeframe. During my normal yearly exam, they were THE team that caught signs of a condition that did end up requiring further testing & treatment. Even after that exam, the ophthalmology team has hands down been the most diligent of all my care team, especially when it comes to monitoring & communicating updates, both to me AND the rest of my care team! I came here after switching insurance, and without sounding too dramatic, it was genuinely a life-changing experience, that the team here ensured continues to be dealt with in a non-stressful, non-painful (and actually enjoyable!) manner while there. :) HIGHLY recommend!
