A special thanks to Leah — she went above and beyond to make my shopping experience smooth. She was very attentive, helped me try multiple sizes, and checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable. I had a fantastic experience at Browns! The gentleman in the black suit went above and beyond to help me with my shoe purchase. Not only was he friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, but he also noticed some blue stains on the shoes I was interested in and took the time to carefully remove them. On top of that, he recommended a great product to help keep my white shoes clean. His attention to detail and excellent customer service really made a difference. Highly recommend shopping here — especially with his help!

I visited this location In hopes to finding Some last-minute Christmas gifts And was helped by a very charming employee by the name of Christian if I remember correctly. He was helpful and very knowledgable of my needs But unfortunately, all the sizes I needed were sold out. But he worked very hard to find alternatives for me, but it just didn’t work out. Yesterday early morning, I had the most amazing shopping experience at Browns at Toronto Premium Outlets. I found the cutest black boots (seriously, they’re perfect), and the customer service was beyond exceptional. The employee who helped me—Harleen, if I remember her name correctly—was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. When it came time to check out, we ran into a little hiccup: the box for my boots didn’t fit into a bag. That’s when the manager stepped in with some next-level engineering skills! They creatively used a rope to secure the box so I could carry it and continue shopping without any hassle. I was blown away by how thoughtful and innovative the staff was. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, but Browns nailed it. Huge shoutout to the team—thank you for making my day so smooth and enjoyable! I’ll definitely be back.

Customer service at this location always forces me to write a review. I went there in March 17 2024 to look for markdown shoes. I miss read the sign and did not buy. But this amazing girl who was trying to help me …I needed a sneaker cleaner thing. She got a cleaner and cleaned my sneakers. She did not have to touch my sneakers but she did and showed me how well it works. On receipt her name is Puneet. Very professional and a level of service that is very rare. As a first time shopper here, I was absolutely blown away to put things lightly. Zahraa, a saleswoman, was super energetic and welcoming along with countless other ideal traits an employee should have. She was quick to recommend great shoes given the specific criteria I provided. I went there last month to check a shoe size. I had already bought a pair but was not sure if I need a size smaller. It was on running shoes. A young lady I think named Kam dealth with me. It was a sheer pleasure. Even she knew that I was just check the sizes, first she got from the back various sizes for me to check. Even then I was not sure and then she got a foot measuring thing. She did all this with a smile, no wrinkle on her forehead. Very pleasant. I wish I could get people like her in my business.

Went in with my daughter to pick out a pair of adidas superstars for her, we had been looking everywhere for them in her size but when we first entered the store, we were instantly greeted by zara, she sat my daughter down and asked her what size she wanted and then went to the back to get her them, unfortunately the original colour of the shoe wasn’t available but zara recommended a pair that my daughter instantly fell in love with. Browns has very good costumer service and I will be coming back here to get a pair of shoes for me.

The great thing is this store offers name brand shoes at a discounted rate. The surprising thing, to someone who buys new shoes every year ($40-$60 pairs) is that these shoes are $200+++ after the discount! :O I was shocked. Mind you, I don't normally buy high-end shoes. So if you are someone who does, this is the place to go.

I don't usually shop here (I might have received snooty service downtown once) but there was a specific shoe I had to get and was planning to purchase online. Wasn't looking for this store when I was at Halton Hills but glad I found it. Sales guy was super nice, didn't rush and answered all my questions. Someone who I think was the manager was nice too. Brown's now offers the option of paying in instalments - it's called PayBright. No interest! And I walked out with the shoes. Just takes a few minutes to set up your account online. I'm glad there was no line up. Pretty happy how it all went down.
