I don’t leave many reviews on retail stores, but the service I received today from Ryn deserves recognition. I just had one of the most phenomenal customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Period. This review’s going to be so good you’re going to think I have some sort of internal connection to this guy, but I promise I have never seen him before in my life. And listen — I’ve worked many years in customer service myself, so I don’t say this lightly. Ryn was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. Also, he had a really cool haircut — a mullet. And I don’t even like mullets! Yet somehow he pulled it off, which honestly set the tone for how impressive the rest of this experience was. My friend and I really put him to work — asking for multiple sizes across multiple styles — and he still went above and beyond. He talked us through every pair we tried on, helped us make informed decisions, brought us water halfway through, kept us updated while sizes were being brought up from downstairs, and even took the time to handwrite detailed instructions on how to care for my boots. Who even does that ever?! I was absolutely floored. This kind of service is rare — thoughtful, enthusiastic, and truly above-and-beyond. Give this guy a raise. Make him store manager. Actually, if anyone reading this works in government — get this man a strategic leadership role at the White House so he can put this level of excellence to good use. The kid is going places. He made two regular 37-year-old women feel like A-list celebrities. No retail experience will ever be the same for me. We both walked away with a new pair of boots, a little damage to our wallets and zero regrets— when you’re treated like A-list talent, you shop like A-list talent.

I tried on the 4-5 pair of shoes but wasn’t feeling good in them cause of my wide feet he helped me and recommended Cliftons he was also very welcoming asked us if we wanted water or sparkling water helped us get a seat in the busy store and also gave us free shoe horn me and my husband was impressed by him my husband tried on shoes as well but he didn’t end up buying but he maintained the same positive attitude feom start till the moment we left the store gave us enough time to walk around and see how they feel and at the same time also kept checking back with us. I needed waterproof boots to use in the rain and I had gone to Aldo,Mark's wearhouse and Sketchers but couldn't find any so I walked into B2 and I was greeted by pleasant sales associates and assigned to a gentleman named Jade Sadat. Jade was efficient,Knowledgeable and hardworking. B2 had more inventory of waterproof and water resistant boots than any other store. I bought boots on that day but I wasn't satisfied so I returned it the next day then ordered online through the store. They contacted me via e-mail 2days after to come and pick up my boots. Now I have waterproof boots that are comfortable. Thank you Jade and Anthony for your assistance. I recommend B2 to anyone who needs boots that are waterproof or water resistant. Don’t buy the all black converse high tops because I bought them and I don’t like when people jack my swag, the music was a bit loud but I get that it’s cool to do that I’m just making a statement. Now that I own a pair of all black converse high tops the world is my oyster and I am revitalized from within. Came in a week or so back to return the shoes as I didn't find them very comfy, the staff was incredible! Orianne and Yulia really provided with the best service. I came in all anxious and left with a huge smile on my face! They took back the shoes with no problem and did the refund, and helped me try to find what would fit me better. Me and Orianne were also cracking jokes while she was helping me at my way out haha. Will definitely come back, love the store and the team spirit!!

I came here looking for a low block heel closed toe shoe for work. I told the sales associate Jay exactly what I was looking for and he brought me some options that matched my description, plus one pair of shoes that was his pick. I gotta say, his pick was way better than what I initially envisioned for myself and I ended up purchasing them. Jay is the first sales associate that I've met in a shoe store that actually has an eye for fashion, really understands shoes and personalizes the experience. Great experience!

Today was my first visit to B2 in the Eaton Centre, but it won't be my last. Wonderful, friendly service. I had been looking on the Brown's Website, and found some shoes I liked that were in stock at the Brown's store in the Eaton Centre, and some that were in stock at the B2 store in the Eaton Centre. I went to B2 first as it was nearest to the subway stop I got off at. When I showed the shoes I was interested in, the lovely Yuliia went to look for them, and what she didn't have in my size, she said she could have them there in 10 minutes. I was surprised at this, so I asked, and turns out they were coming from the Brown's store, which was at the other end of the mall. Two different shoe stores, but same company, and it saved me walking to the other end of the mall :) I will definitely shop here again, as well as at Brown's, where I shopped for the first time recently and also received excellent and friendly service.

I badly needed a new pair of loafers for a wedding event and B2 surpassed all my expectations. The staff were exceptionally professional and showed me variable styles of loafers that would pair with the specific outfit I had set for the event. They were very patient and caring as I’m a very indecisive person. We finally decided on a great looking pair and they sadly didn’t have my size. But the service didn’t stop there. The staff went so far as to search for and retrieve the loafers in my size from their partner store upstairs. I was also taught about shoe care and how to keep my loafers in pristine condition. I’m pretty young so this was great for me. I was ecstatic to finally have shoes for my event and the right products to help keep them looking brand new.

Very impressed with the service I received here. Looked everywhere for a specific pair of Ugg slippers for my Mother in Law, without any luck....until I stumbled upon B2. Even though they did not have a sample of the colour I needed, the Gentleman (Daniel, perhaps?) told me it would be no problem to have them ordered and shipped right to my door, free of charge. He had the girls double check my order to ensure the colour and size were correct. It only took about 5 days to receive them, in perfect condition. Thank you, B2 Team! I was out shopping since 7.00 in the morning on Black Friday, comparing with other stores B2 was a very busy crowded place to get in! Still we gave a try because of their verity of selections. We were looking to get Timberland boot size 8. And I was observing how fast and effectively staff were running back & forth to get different sizes of 6/7 items at a time without any stress on their face. The cute girl who was helping us, her name was Yoara and 2 other staff as well. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Keeping me updated while waiting on sizes and sent help with other stuff promptly. Other staff were great but confused who should helped, as more than one guest were waiting on sizes😅, but very helpful guy. Yoara came back to made sure I found my sizes and got my size and apologized for the confusion. I observed every single staff on the floor for a while and have to mention all the stuff were extremely energetic and friendly. It also tell me that how much dedicated owner of the business is! who got to choose all this extra ordinary staff's. Front cashier staff's were also very sweet. Excellent team work done in the store.
