Susan was the most helpful associate I have ever had the pleasure interacting with. Very polite and knowledgeable. She got every single shoe for me to try on easily, and then when the pair of shoes I wanted was not in the store she gave me an accurate time frame of how long it would take her to get them. I returned in the time frame, went to the register and was on my way. I will only shop at Browns when I am at the Eaton center, I have had such terrible customer service at other stores.

Ola, Nigel and Almera were so beyond helpful! I was with my friend and her two dogs on a hot day, they were thoughtful enough to bring over and hand feed the dogs water while my friend tried on shoes. Browns always has very good service, but if you really want to experience excellent customer service, you should visit this branch. The manager and the staff here are amazing. Every time I come, everything feels easy, smooth, and very comfortable. Today I was there, and Qudus helped me. He was very fast and supportive because I already knew I was looking for walking shoes. He quickly understood what I needed and helped me right away. Atiyeh was also very kind and helpful and lovely. They are both very friendly and professional, and in my opinion, this is one of the best Browns branches. I always enjoy coming here.

Two staff to call out: Nahin - fabulous, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and warm, she was very patient as we had to keep trying different shoes and sizes... and also Ishna who checked me out, arranged for the shoes to be delivered and was also super friendly and professional. Browns has been around forever and great customer service is just one of the many reasons why.

I had a really great experience here. The customer service was honestly 10/10. Joey and Alvin took the time to really help me out, especially since I have a foot injury and needed something comfortable. They didn’t rush me at all and kept bringing different options until we found the right fit. You can tell they actually know what they’re talking about and care about helping customers, not just making a sale. That made a big difference for me. I got a warm welcome and great service from a sales rep in this store (D295). She went out of her way to find the right pair of waterproof boots for this non-Canadian to wear on Toronto’s icy, snowy streets in winter. She cheerfully sorted sizes and answered questions to get me in the right boots, which were even on sale. Plus she made sure I can work the retractable ice grips on the soles. I could not be happier with my purchase or the service I received.

Love this Brown Shoes store. From the manager to the staff, the employees at this store are courteous and helpful. We were there on the weekend, and the manager tried to fix a shoe that my husband damaged, and while he wasn't able to due to the immense damage, the care and attention he took as well as the suggestions for where we could go to try and repair it were above and beyond. Our salesperson was also very nice and not to overbearing as you find in many commission style stores.

The store is nice and offers plenty of options to choose from. The shoes are of good quality, and Browns staff provided friendly and helpful customer service today. However, the cashier appeared to struggle with fitting the shoe into the box, forcing it in without success, and eventually gave up, leaving it improperly packaged. Attention to detail matters.

Now I don’t usually write reviews but after a long day at work, and seeing that’s UGG were on sale (which never happens) I decided to head to the eaton center and pick up some new winter boots. Now let me tell you it was an AMAZING experience!!!!!!! Giuseppe and Ryan both greeted me from different angles, and right away offered their assistance. Giuseppe was kind and let Ryan take the lead, but still chatted and helped decide on what’s the best boot. I was unsure between two UGG boots, and a third I was eyeing didn’t have my size- but Ryan got right on the computer and told me they could ship it to my house. I decided upon a pair and had the one shipped to my house, so headed to the check out. Where Orianne assisted me, she double checked my address was correct (which I truly appreciate) and processed my sale. All three of these employees were an absolute pleasure to come across after a long tiring day- they were so friendly, helpful and experts in assisting me make the right choice for the long cold winter that’s around that corner. Browns shoes- you should truly appreciate these three employees!! They made the rest of my day and I’m loving my new boots and super excited for my other ones to come right to my door :)

I had a great experience today at Browns Eaton Centre location! I knew what boot I was looking for and easily found it on display. A man named Daniel saw I was looking for a size and helped me immediately. There was only one left in my size but unfortunately the right side of the pair had been misplaced. He apologized and offered right away to order it for me or check another location!! He came back with great news that as he was about to check another location he noticed there was another pair in my size in their offsite stock location. The team was very quick and got it in a timely manner! Daniel was very kind and helpful. I was actually in a little bit of a rush which I didn’t mention so I greatly appreciate how fast they were while still offering great customer service. Would definitely shop at this location again!

This review is for Browns Online Shopping. I also went into the Eaton Centre Store and received excellent customer service, and I was only purchasing 3 pair of men's slides. Online Ordering: Browns has an amazing free refund policy, so I was able to purchase a number of items, in differing sizes, knowing some would be returned. The shipment arrived within the timeframe specified, and included was a printed out return shipping label, so no printer required. I returned the items that didn't work out and received a refund within a week or two, which is standard returns time if you shop online. I used their chat function and telephone customer service and received the same quality of customer service. The selection of shoes and bags is the best I could find online, and that includes prices. I highly recommend Browns Shoes.

Amazing customer service, I had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought 3 weeks ago and was defected. I went to the store at the Eaton Centre in the lower level (in front of the Nike Store). I was greeted by Hristo Tiholov, an amazing manager. He immediately addressed the situation and was very understandable and knowledgeable. The issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes. It was my first time buying a shoe from Brown's and because of his customer service, I will only buy shoes from them. Highly recommended.

I bought a pair of platforms a month and a half ago and one cracked in the middle for no reason. When I took them into the store to see what their policy was in a situation like this, I was greeted by a very helpful manager who asked for a new pair to be brought out and exchanged for the broken ones immediately. During our visit on Jan. 14, John expertly explained the virtues of the UGG boots. When my size didn't fit, Mr. Roberts came to help and Nigel showed how to lace them up properly. Fellow shopping activity participants and patrons of mall cruising - you understand when I say that purchasing shoes is a rather special experience. It's rather unequal from the regular "I need a new cane" or " I need a new pair of tighty whities" kind of shopping. Feel me? Browns offers a selection for all friends and family. Even 50 cent can mute his "window shopper" tune and shop for realz. We are all familiar with the hassle of trying on, changing, trying on unchanging again, trying on and OOPS they don't have your size in the secretive cave called 'the back'. Keeping all that in mind, I was happy to find what I came for and how easy it was. I decided I'd post my review into a list of few well witted, colourfully clarified and thoughtfully thunk-ed out reasons. 1- There's only so much colours you can choose from. There's no neon and pastel clashing going on here. Granted this might be a con to the random fad operational shoppers BUT when you know what you want,it makes purchasing easy peasy. 2- Free leg workout. I say this on a positive note because much like every shoe store, you have to try on the prospective pair to carefully asses if it suffices the umph your looking for. Considering how small this retail space is, you will have to do some serious crawling on top of boxes or boyfriends waiting for their gf's who decide to stand right in the middle of my way, or the ever so courteous shoppers that place all the shopping bags ON the seat forcing me to stand/work on my calves and last but not least the stealth ninja balancing you will have to prep for to dodge lost children (seriously parents, where are you? Heels are dangerous!) 3- Browns reminds me of Winners(which I also happen to enjoy). Carrying a vast selection of brands and past season styles set up around the store without any particular hierarchy to designer. So, if you are the type of apparel owner that knows what you want, this place is for you. 4- Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I must admit that this was the main reason I decided to dust my Yelp account and write a review on 1 store in a Gargantua mall. Because really, who else would appreciate a good staff service more? With that said, the staff is really friendly and super helpful. They have a casual approach and are quite knowledgeable about styles and details. Before walking into Browns I did make a quick stop at the Michael Korrs store. You see, I fancy Rain boots and every year for the past 4 years I scout on line to find a new pair to add to my collection. Based on my style and desired requirements, In January I opted on a M.Korrs pair. Unfortunately, that particular style came out a few seasons back. So the MK store did not carry it. You would assume if you go into an MK store, the all girl staff will either tell you they don't carry it or at least attempt at hiding the disgruntled "ughh you've disrupted my chit chat time" look on their faces. How rude! The first 2 ignored me completely. Another little Asian number barely looked my way as she walked right past me. I did check to see if my outfit was in camouflage. It was not. The icing? - the store is TINY. When I finally walked up to the register girl, she said " if its not there, we don't have it". Gee, thanks for checking. What the heck is with this bunch? There were 3 other customers and it seemed like they were helped fine. I really found this treatment quite offensive. Perhaps it was my lack of LV purse or the unkept hair that made me an unworthy customer, who knows .... but Fret not! Like a fairy tale ending I tip my hat off to the one customer that politely mentioned I should try the Browns right across. As soon as I walked in, a younger girl greeted me and asked if I was shopping for myself or a gift. Even though it was absolutely packed like a hunger games line up, she was pleasant and cool as a cucumber. Low and behold she knew exactly the style I was looking for.... which conveniently brings me to my last shopping bonus point! 5- Discounts on out of season purchases - They did have it! and and Huzza! my size was available in stock!!!!! How wonderful! I tried on a few more shoes and upon paying standard, the friendly rep let me know that most out of season is at discount price. Noice~!
