Great customer service at Browns!! Paola put my shoes on hold when I called to ask if they had the chisel toe winter thermal Blundstones. Alexa was very helpful, kind and patient! I was grateful for the amazing customer service she provided. She got me different pairs and sizes to try on because Winter thermal fit differently than regular Blundstones. She also was detail oriented and double checked that the insoles and their sizes were the correct ones for the Blundstone boots. I really appreciated her work ethic, her helpfulness and for her going the extra mile to double check on things. I highly recommend this store because of her great customer service! Another employee whom I didn’t catch their name ( she had black hair) was nice too and went to back to see of they had extra insoles in my size.

I just brought in a pair of shoes to return. It was past the 30 day window by about 10 days, the shoes were dirty from wearing them outside, and I didn't have the box I bought them in. I explained that after 40 days the shoes were still making my feet bleed, so the manager allowed me to exchange them anyway. Needless to say, I was very happy with the customer service, and I'll be sure to do all my shoe shopping here going forward.

Had a pair of MK shoes start to fall apart after only wearing them to work over the course of a couple of weeks. The return policy only allows unworn items, but the ladies at the counter were super understanding and exchanged a new pair for me without any hassle. The Hugo Boss shoes here are absolutely beautiful. Love how the sales staff aren't annoying.... they only have a few pairs of shoes for each brand... you don't need any assistance here other than asking for a specific size when you find a nice pair (which you will find)

Despite my last experience at this Brown's shoe store, I decided to give it a second go. First of all, I must tell you all how convenient it is to have a Brown's shoe store not only located directly off the C-Train line, but to have it located in The Bay? Brilliant. Second of all, this time when I walked in, I had some good service!!! I was approached in a timely manner and was quite impressed with their selection of winter boots! They are having a huge sale on right now and I had been to about a dozen shoe stores that same day and Brown's had the most selection. They even had thigh-high boots in stock...and THOSE, I hadn't seen all day! I'm so glad I gave these guys another go because my most recent visit left me very pleased. If you haven't been yet, definitely head over to The Bay downtown and check out their in-house Brown's Shoe Store. Get all your shopping done in one place - what could be better?!?!?
