Very good experience last time I went with a newly purchased car and they helped me and worked with what I had to keep my car running. Definitely going back for all my oil changes.

Lillie is amazing!!! She is very gentle with the patients. Dr. B is very personable and gives great advice. Tn Smiles is a huge asset to Monore County.
My kids have been going here for a couple of years and always enjoy their visit. The are always excited about going to get their teeth cleaned and even more excited to get their coin for a prize at the end. The staff are very thorough and answer any questions you may have. They are professional and it is a very pleasant atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a dental facility for their children.
Amazing staff and they truly care about their patients. They are so kind and gentle with my girls, and we absolutely LOVE them!
I don’t usually leave reviews. I live 2 1/2 hours away from this facility. My son needed to be put under general anesthesia and no one in my area or with an hour away would take my son. I called Tennessee smiles. They had him an appointment the following morning got him in seen was super friendly, amazing with him cured all my anxiousness cured all his anxiousness. They got our paperwork, filled out quick fast in a hurry and got us on the waiting list to be approved for anesthesia. We showed up that morning. Staff from smiles and anesthesia. Group were absolutely fantastic with my son . They have headphones and TVs super kid friendly
My children are 3 years old, and nonverbal. They are very sensitive to people touching them, and experiencing new things isn't easy for them always. Every person in this office is incredibly kind to them. It makes you feel better when people take the time to show your nonverbal children the same respect they would any other child. I will absolutely be taking my children here for their dental needs. Thank you for the kindness and care.
We have been exceptionally happy with TN Smiles! I started taking my daughter to TN Smiles. She previously went to a pediatric dentist an hour away in Knox. I was happy to hear of this practice opening! The staff have been super friendly and kind. My daughter who actually loves going to the dentist loved this practice even more than the one in Knox. My daughter had braces previously and had retainer issues and without any trouble they even took care of our orthodontic needs as well and bc took excellent care of my girl!
My little guy started going a couple of years ago and he is no small feat to treat but they did awesome with him! To put the icing on the cake my son knocked a tooth loose over the weekend I was able to call and speak directly to Dr. Phillips who gave me instruction on what to do before they open back up on Monday! His knowledge and professionalism really put this momma at ease! I recommend them and am so thankful for this practice much closer to home than the other loved Pediatric dentist in Knox! Keep up the great work TN Smiles! We love that you care about your patients and parents anxieties!
They are fabulous! My son had to be sedated and the whole process was flawless! The are great with kids!!!
They are a warm and caring staff. They worked well with my daughter each time we have been there. I plan on taking my son there to. Pleasent experience it has been both times.
Took my girls to get a dental checkup. One is 5 and wasn’t scared at all and one is almost 2 and it was her first time so she was scared. I want to start by saying I feel so much better sitting in my car to wait on the office to be safe from other patients at this time. Also, I want to say that the staff was so kind and explained everything and made sure my girls were as comfortable as they could be. When my almost 2 year old had her turn and got scared they were quick to clean her teeth so that she wouldn’t stay so upset but still got her exam done. I am so glad. I definitely recommend taking your babies here! ❤️

They pay attention to detail in a kid friendly/clean office to making every patient feel at ease and them not even realize procedures are being done! I often refer this practice to friends and new comers in the area! If you don’t have a pediatric dentist/orthodontist I highly recommend this practice. They are all a pleasure to work with!
