Took my boyfriend to see IIse Strauss PA-C at Schweiger Dermatology in Stonybrook the other day. The office was immaculate and the staff was very pleasant. We made an appt Friday and was seen as a new patient that following Monday. The PA that we saw was wonderful. They are great, but the prescription place they use is horrible, why does it take so long to get medication when you are suffering, long Island Apothecary care is terrible. See if you can get your prescription somewhere else.

I would like to say everything about my experience at Schweitzer dermatology has been amazing . It was my 3rd visit and they are the most professional place I’ve been to in a long time. You are in and out with no waiting. The front desk is friendly Dr Ilse Strauss is very knowledgeable. I’ve been loosing my hair for 6 years and finally she has given me hope , after 3 months my hair is coming In slowing but I finally see a difference . I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dermatologist.

I had an appointment with at Schweiger Dermatology in Stony Brook on Tuesday 7/6/21. I saw Dr. Ilse Strauss (PAC). The check in process was easy, using an iPad type tablet. The office staff (Joanna) was pleasant, welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. My wait time was about ten minutes...if that. Dr. Strauss and her assistant (Kristen) were the consummate professionals. caring, attentive, personable. Exam results and explanations were clear, concise and readily understandable. This is the way a practice should be run! I highly recommend them!

Schweiger Dermatology in Stony Brook was excellent. So grateful to the receptionist who said to call back after the Holiday weekend that there may be a cancellation. I called at 8:30am and had a 9:15 appt because someone cancelled. Another Dr. had scared me that I may have had a basel cell and it was a raised mole that had lifted. They froze it and I didn't have to wait weeks for piece of mind. Thank you Dr. Strauss!
