Shawn Paul provided a quote for the custom wardrobe and took all the necessary measurements. He created and sent me the design the same day, followed by the quote the next week, demonstrating excellent professionalism and customer service throughout to Sukh with the wardrobe installation process. Sukh dedicated significant effort to ensure it aligned perfectly with the older home walls, and I am thrilled with the final result it's a stunning quality finish. Can’t wait to finish other rooms. Thank you, Stegbar Wardrobe!
Friendly polite efficient service - sales rep. arrived on time - explained everything, and product delivered and instaled as promised.
Quick & efficient communication, from ordering to measure up then to installation. Easy and very reasonably priced.
I just had a 3m x 2m mirror installed in my home. The guys measured up and then arrived on time for the install. Seamless experience
We were looking for cabinet makers and came upon Stegbar and were impressed with their quality of workmanship at their Rowville Branch display (Geelong on Renovation). Shaun gave an on-site solution on how to optimise the space with his customised design (Well experienced and knowledgeable) and quoted us. Pricing, we never took another quote as we were fixed with Stegbar due to their quality and always support local bussiness which has an display! Dave was in communication with the logistics and arrival time for the trades. Sukh and his team came on-site for installation, took his shoes off (Good Tradesman), ran us through the design again and installed the cabinets laying the drip sheets, not an mess and cleaned up all the dust Would always use them for future Alfreco and Stacker Doors
I purchased some gorgeous double glazed doors from Stegbar one year ago. Upon removing the doors i damaged the screws and coriander replace them locally. I rang and spoke to Amanda Kendall. She got me to send photos and had the correct screws delivered free of charge. She was friendly, knowledgeable and got back to me in a timely manner. I will definitely use Stegbar in the future. Absolutely stoked with our new windows from Stegbar! From the first conversation right through to installation, Riley R. was fantastic to deal with. He was professional, responsive, and always happy to answer my questions throughout our owner-builder journey. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his advice made the whole process incredibly easy. Now that the windows are installed, I honestly couldn't be happier. The quality is outstanding, they look absolutely amazing, and they've completely transformed the look of our home. The finish and attention to detail are exactly what we were hoping for. A huge thank you to Riley R. and the Stegbar team for delivering such a great experience. It's rare these days to find a company that combines a quality product with genuinely great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone building or renovating.
I went to the Rowville store to specifically see if Stegbar window winders could replace the poor quality brand used on my windows. Amanda at reception assisted me. Amanda was very knowledgeable about the winders and was very helpful in providing the measurements that I needed. Great service! Gordon 17/7/2026
Dani did a wonderful job talking us through our options with regard to windows. Extremely practical and thorough.
Our company has been using Stegbar for the past 15 years, the communication with the store manager David & Jenifer (customer service officer), is second to none. Products come on time and to what is ordered with every order. We would have no hesitation to recommend the Geelong team.
My dealing at Stegbar Geelong for a new bay window was first class. Thanks to Jen and David for a First Class experience.

We’ve been working with Stegbar's windows and doors across a range of projects over the last 3 years, and Nathan from Stegbar Geelong has been outstanding from the very beginning. His product knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to break down the technical aspects of aluminium windows and doors into simple, easy-to-understand advice has made the entire process seamless. Nathan has become a huge part of our project planning and decision-making, always helping us work through challenges and achieve the best possible outcome on every job. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for windows and doors and highly recommend Nathan from Stegbar Geelong.
We were so pleased to have visited the Rowville Stegbar display centre recently. It was so refreshing to be greeted by Riley Rosse. He was friendly, informative, and took the time to work through our renovation plans… providing suggestions and options to bring our ideas to life… and within our budget! Thank you Riley … your dedication and support were a stand out!

I dealt with Daniel who made my whole experience very easy from start to finish.
Listened to my needs and replied promptly with solutions. Excellent buying experience from initial consultation through to installation.
We have just had built in wardrobes installed and we could not be happier with the end result. Sales and designer Cindy Curliss provided expert advise and made the whole process very easy. The salesroom has all types of example wardrobes that really help with picturing the end result. We have had shower screens installed by Stegbar in the past and they have stood the test of time. I am confident that the wardrobes will also.
Stegbar Rowville provided excellent service and product with skilled installers. We were very happy with the end result.

My orders are often complex, but the service and support I receive from Riley Rosse make the process seamless. Riley goes above and beyond to ensure my window requirements are handled correctly, with great attention to detail and professionalism. This is why I continue to choose Stegbar for my window replacements.
Riley Rosse , was very helpful fixing an error that was caused by previous sales person. Very prompt with calling back and righting the wrong. Would deal with him again!
We had a Stegbar shower screen and wardrobe installed this month. Sallam helped us with the design, measure and quote. Her service, advice and responsiveness were exceptional. We can't thank her enough. The lead time, communication and installation also exceeded my expectations. And finally, the product is top quality. They were the final touch to our bedroom & bathroom renovation.
We recently had a new bathroom window installed by Stegbar, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The entire process was super easy and smooth from start to finish — a big credit to Riley Rosse, who made it that way. Riley was professional, helpful, and kept everything on track without any hassle. Looking forward to working together again on future projects. Highly recommend!
I needed the rear sliding door / side window / frame and a 1st floor window replaced. While I was initially confused as the door and frame delivered (before installation) weren't identical to what was being replaced, Noelle (the Installation Coordinator) and Josh (the Installer) looked into my issue (including outside of work hours - which I did not not expect, and had no right to expect) to clarify it, and put my mind at rest. Josh (the Installer) is a good tradesman, and it was great dealing with him, as he told me what he was doing and consulted with me, and made sure I was happy throughout the process. While I hope that I don't have to replace any other items in our home, if I have to I hope to deal with these staff members (as well as John, who started the process with the initial contact and quote) as they made an expensive and seemingly difficult project into a satisfying job, with a great outcome. Thank you.
Having worked with Stegbar windows on numerous residential projects, I can confidently say they’re one of the best options on the market. Stegbar has built a reputation for quality, reliability, and design flexibility, making their windows a top choice for builders and homeowners alike. Massive thank you to Dave and Jenny for their attention to detail and customer service.

Excellent service from Jay Robinson
It is very good to see that a small client like me is important to a large company like Stegbar. I guess that is how they got to be a big sector leading company. I am a home owner project managing a renovation for the first time. Jay helped me with all I needed to know to choose the right options and schedule my windows in good time for the build. Questions were dealt with quickly and answers were clear. Thanks
