I use Stegbar Tarenpoint for all of my door and window jobs. I’ve always dealt with Alison Reid since the start of my business. She has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Having someone like Alison, feels as though she’s an extension of my business and an asset, this makes it a lot easier to continue coming to stegbar tarenpoint for all of my door and window jobs.

Brad Reid has offered exceptional service with my last Stegbar order. He was always available to take my calls and delivery was exactly when he told me it would be.

Natalia from the Taren point store was amazing, patient, friendly and very noligable. She explained everything about the wardrobe and told me exactly what I was goint to be receiving. Amazing customer service all the way through. Robbie Castillon was also very good and super noligable making sure I was happy with my wardrobe, he came and mesasured the initial measuremnet and even on his holidays he answered his emails and even called me to talk about my queries. Natalie understood our vision for both a practical and aesthetic wardrobe and was able to quickly draw this up. Great shower screen and mirror.
Just what we wanted and result was beautiful. Due to going on holiday shower screen was installed after mirror. Screen was not installed at the same time as installer found a fault in original screen and would not install until a new one was ordered.

Shower screen installed by Eddie Gualterio and James
I ordered a shower screen from Stegbar, my old 19 year old Stegbar screen was taken out and my new screen was installed by Eddie and James. There was a problem where one part was faulty so they had to come back the following day to finish installation. Eddie kept in contact and they were very professional and cleaned up any mess.

After an unpleasant experience attempting to order our wardrobe from another company, we found Natalie from Stegbar at Taren Point. She not only furnished us with a substantially better price, she also provided us with superior customer service. Her suggestions helped to deliver the wardrobe that suited our requirements completely. Every request was handled quickly and thoroughly. Not only did we purchase our wardrobe from her, but also ordered a new showerscreen as well. Both products more than met with our expectations. In addition, we also found the installers were great to deal with...particular mention should be made of Andrew, who ensured that the wardrobes were of the highest standard. The Taren Point team have done a great job adapting to our changing brief and delivering as quickly as they could. They've been responsive and incredibly helpful with our two wardrobe orders. Good service and price
I had a good experience this week being served by Natalie. I ordered a water bar strip for my bathroom floor on Monday and picked it up on Friday. I am very pleased that Natalie went to the trouble to get me something fast under $20 without forgetting or just saying no. I also went to BBQ’s galore same day to order a BBQ part but no sign of it arriving, I think that order was forgotten about until I turned up Friday afternoon asking about it. I continually find I am let down by just about every business, the care factor just doesn’t seem to exist anymore. But with Natalie at Stegbar, I had a positive experience and could not expect any better.
Roslyn is a life saver!
Just bought a bunch of windows and some bifolds from Roslyn at Stegbar Taren Point. She was so helpful and patient with me, trying to figure out what I needed and gave me great prices too! She even helped me on her day off when I had broken some. Thanks Roslyn! You're wonderful!
