I visited Stegbar Pooraka to purchase new seals for existing Stegbar shower screen . The sales representative Patrick Spencer was extremely helpful in ensuring Stegbar supplied the correct pieces at good price. His customer service and thoroughness was greatly appreciated by my wife and myself. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
although Patrick Spencer and Cathy Bundoc were unable to help us with our spare parts they were incredibly helpful in pointing us to where we needed to go to get the parts required. This was much appreciated.
Last week Stegbar returned to our property to do some warrenty work. The Stegbar installer was professional and keep us informed of the work he was doing. He was friendly and a pleasure to have in the house doing the work. Thank you.

New home shower screens. An issue occurred, which with the excellent help of Lisa was dealt with the best understanding and resolution I have come across in many years. Rep contacted me within the hour with news that the issue is scheduled to be rectified. FYI issue was not of Stegbar but the aluminum extrusion supplier.

Great Service
Excellent service from Cathy when looking for a replacement aluminium sliding door lock mechanism. Although the item was discontinued, Cathy search for, and located the item from the old stock.
Knowledgeable staff
Visited the showroom and spoke with Ms Jacquie Wong. She was very knowledgeable of the products and helpful with the process. We have not yet purchased from the company but applaud her service.
Extremely pleased with service
Contractor was prompt, polite, efficient and well mannered. All communication and work practices were of high professional standard. Once completed an unexpected problem surfaced and Chris his staff dealt with the problem swiftly and effectively. Would recommend C. Ermes Home Improvement & C. I was served by Cathy and she was very helpful and friendly. needed replacement parts for a shower screen. Renovated about 7 years ago and dealt with Stegbar then as liked their products and I've also used Stegbar for built in robes. recommend them.

I would normally not write a review but these guys were outstanding. From the person who held the door open for me to the receptionist who was just delightful...genuine warm and helpful, but the person l was there to see was AJ in sales. AJ couldn't have done more. I was after some parts to do a repair on my Stegbar semi frameless shower and I was a bit doubtful I would be able to get anything but AJ sorted it all out, he got the parts; arranged to have 2 extrusions cut to size and offered advice... Great product and a great team Thanks Andrew
Mark A went above and beyond
I recently got a replacement sliding patio door handle and managed to damage it when installing it myself. Rang and spoke to Mark A who said bring it back and we will see what we can do. Mark very kindly replaced the bit I broke for no charge. What a legend

Outstanding service in providing spare parts for shower door, and sliding door
First impressions are most important, and we were pleased that the receptionist who greeted us was courteous, efficient, with a high emphasis on Customer Service, that put us at ease for the rest of our visit At our request she guided us to the Spare Parts Showroom where we were introduced to AJ. I am a bit of a handyman, but must confess to knowing nothing of shower door seals, or sliding door rollers. I need not have been concerned, as AJ's product knowledge was all that could be desired,and coupled with this he had a clear and concise manner of passing on this info. He was understanding at my doubt, as to the suitability of the parts he offered us, but his description of how they fitted and functioned, filled me with the necessary confidence to carry out these repairs, which I am pleased to say were performed satisfactorily. Based on our experience with the service we received from these employees, we would not hesitate to recommend Stegbar to our circle of friends.

The sales team at Stegbar were very professional and assisted me with an installation of a shower screen in a very timely, cost effective and professional manner. From the sales manager to the Screen installer, ALL staff were very friendly and no problem seemed to difficult. I would definitely use their product again.
Every detail covered, no hassel, perfect advice, wonderful result.
After moving to Australia 10 years ago and doing lots of different projects, adventures etc, we found for this project the most wonderful helper and adviser with KIRSTIE at Poortaka SA. We are not a builders but KIRSTIE knew what I was talking about immediately, advised on things which I was not using the proper technical details for and guided us through the window catalogue . Time was not an issue, samples of aluminum sliders and tracks were supplied without asking. Delivery was organised 300Km round trip exactly on time, drivers were outstanding with help etc. 'WINDOWS ARE PERFECT', from the smallest to the biggest 3.5mtr triple sliding doors. We just love what we call the 'Café Windows' both sections go up or down half way (bottom half glides up on springs!! that was a surprise, works perfectly). Most importantly the end result is fantastic, we are so please with our new area. Thank you Kirstie and thank you Stegbar.
