We’ve been incredibly happy with our experience with Stegbar throughout our renovation. We were initially a little hesitant after reading some of the Google reviews, but our own experience has been extremely positive. In particular, Daniel, our sales rep, has been amazing. We genuinely couldn’t fault his communication, responsiveness or flexibility, especially as we continued to make changes and requests throughout the process. He was always helpful, patient and easy to deal with. He updated several quotes for us as our project grew and evolved. We’ve also been really impressed with the quality of the products and workmanship, and the pricing was extremely competitive compared with other quotes we received. Renovations can be stressful and there are so many moving parts, so having someone like Daniel who communicates well and is willing to work with you makes a huge difference. I purchased some gorgeous double glazed doors from Stegbar one year ago. Upon removing the doors i damaged the screws and coriander replace them locally. I rang and spoke to Amanda Kendall. She got me to send photos and had the correct screws delivered free of charge. She was friendly, knowledgeable and got back to me in a timely manner. I will definitely use Stegbar in the future. We’ve been purchasing windows from Stegbar for our cladding projects for quite some time, and I have to say they’ve really turned a corner since Riley Rosse became our point of contact. As a cladding installation company, we rely heavily on suppliers being organised and responsive. In the past, if there was a missing part or an issue with a window, it could be incredibly frustrating to get it resolved. Communication was poor, and at times the only way I could get action was by withholding payment on future orders. Since Riley took over, the experience has been completely different. Windows are delivered on the dates promised, communication is clear and proactive, most quotations come back within 24 hours, and any amendments are re-priced quickly. On the rare occasion we do have an issue on site, Riley organises a service call straight away and gets it sorted without the runaround. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely takes ownership and understands the importance of keeping projects moving. Riley has made Stegbar a supplier we can rely on again, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended.

The salesroom has all types of example wardrobes that really help with picturing the end result. We have had shower screens installed by Stegbar in the past and they have stood the test of time. Contracted Stegbar to enclose our 3.5 square alfresco which under our existing roof line. the job took 3 days and consisted of a door and three panels of windows, sliding doors and glass panels. The installation was done by Tory and Sienna and both deserve a five star rating for the care they took of our property during the job and the excellence/appearance they achieved in the finish. There was consultation every day and Tory made a point of letting us know of any problems encountered so that we knew exactly what was going on. Having worked in a service industry for 51 years and experienced many situations i can say we are very grateful for the job they did. Sienna is just starting out learning her trade and she could have no better teacher than Tory. My wife and I became very good friends with them , it was a pleasure to have them here. Wardrobe installation. Visited Rowville showrooms to get ideas to replace old wardrobe that didn't suit our needs Cindy did a fantastic job with the wardrobe design which we love . She was able to make adjustments to fully use the space we had for our wardrobe. Very happy with the quality and functionality of finished product.
I needed the rear sliding door / side window / frame and a 1st floor window replaced. While I was initially confused as the door and frame delivered (before installation) weren't identical to what was being replaced, Noelle (the Installation Coordinator) and Josh (the Installer) looked into my issue (including outside of work hours - which I did not not expect, and had no right to expect) to clarify it, and put my mind at rest. Josh (the Installer) is a good tradesman, and it was great dealing with him, as he told me what he was doing and consulted with me, and made sure I was happy throughout the process. While I hope that I don't have to replace any other items in our home, if I have to I hope to deal with these staff members (as well as John, who started the process with the initial contact and quote) as they made an expensive and seemingly difficult project into a satisfying job, with a great outcome. Just had Stegbar windows fitted in my kitchen and a bespoke window that replaced an old wall mounted aircon. The whole process from order to install was seamless. Huge shout out to the installers Tory and Tom!!! Very friendly and ultra professional!! Went out of there way to make sure the trims on all the windows looked the best they could!!! Would highly recommend without hesitation!!!
Most Enjoyable Customer Service
I had two Stegbar windows and a door installed. The whole process from enquiry to final installation is a smooth and stressless experience. In particular, JOSH the professional window/door installer gave me a wonderful service experience over the entire two days. From the time of his introduction, he was friendly and approachable, and took time to answer my questions on installation, sealing and concerns. He allowed me to watch whenever I want to. He had to buy extra floor coverings to cover the whole path from the front door to the window so as not to dirty my carpets. He made many adjustments big and small to set my windows/door squarely on the existing house frame. He took pride in sealing the space between windows/door and the house structure, and instal the right size cover angles. Josh is like a friend throughout. He is a great ambassador for Stegbar. When I need to replace windows in the future, I am certain to ask for Josh if possible.

Having ordered four replacement double glazed windows from Stegbar Rowville I had some concerns after reading a number of their poor reviews. My experience has been very positive. The assistance provided by Vanessa in the Stegbar showroom was excellent with questions and emails answered promptly and comprehensive answers provided. The only 2 small matters were a slight delay in the delivery of my windows, which was advised a few days before they were due, and missing keys which have now been provided. I found Vanessa and the Stegbar delivery people excellent to deal with and the windows appear to be made to a very good standard. I'd use Stegbar again.

We have used Leigh from Stegbar and the team at Rowville to install shower screens and mirrors at house and I found them to be fantastic. They always contacted us the day before installation, and on the day the installer rang to confirm the time as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, our installer Adrian was on time, very impressed with both him and our new shower screen. Harry from Stegbar had measured it all previously, and true to his word, it was 8 working days until the showerscreen was installed. Thanks guys... great work. :-)
