We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service we received from Riley at Stegbar Windows Rowville. We recently installed an Alumiere stacking door in an outdoor entertaining area and were absolutely delighted with both the look and the quality of the product. We were so impressed with the result we decided to extend our renovation to include a matching Alumiere fixed portrait window, and the final outcome is truly exceptional. From start to finish, Riley’s communication, follow-up, and attention to detail were first class. He made the entire process completely stress free, even while we coordinated closely with our builder to meet a very strict installation timeline. We’ve been purchasing windows from Stegbar for our cladding projects for quite some time, and I have to say they’ve really turned a corner since Riley Rosse became our point of contact. As a cladding installation company, we rely heavily on suppliers being organised and responsive. In the past, if there was a missing part or an issue with a window, it could be incredibly frustrating to get it resolved. Communication was poor, and at times the only way I could get action was by withholding payment on future orders. Since Riley took over, the experience has been completely different. Windows are delivered on the dates promised, communication is clear and proactive, most quotations come back within 24 hours, and any amendments are re-priced quickly. On the rare occasion we do have an issue on site, Riley organises a service call straight away and gets it sorted without the runaround. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely takes ownership and understands the importance of keeping projects moving. Riley has made Stegbar a supplier we can rely on again, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended.

Riley was amazing, along with the rest of the Stegbar team. The project's cost was good compared to others, and it did not sacrifice quality. I had minimal issues after installation. The issues I highlighted were promptly and professionally addressed. Can't recommend Riley and Stegbar any higher. Also, my brother used them for his home and has the same view.

We had a new shower screen installed which replaced a 30 year old screen. Sallam came and suggested different idea's, then measured up, at the time we agreed on. There was a very small delay in manufacturing but we were kept informed along the way. Garth then did a good job installing the new screen.
