Stagbar have been brilliant! I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else for windows and doors. Cathy has made the whole ordering process for our new home an absolute dream. After visiting their showroom, seeing the quality of their products firsthand, and experiencing the amazing customer service, they have made one part of the building process so much easier. New home shower screens. An issue occurred, which with the excellent help of Lisa was dealt with the best understanding and resolution I have come across in many years. Rep contacted me within the hour with news that the issue is scheduled to be rectified. FYI issue was not of Stegbar but the aluminum extrusion supplier.

Stegbar sales staff were very helpful when I ordered my new shower screen. I needed my installation sooner than they estimated since I am selling my property. I found out if I got a cheaper one it would be done sooner. They agreed to switch, went out of their way to measure up quickly and I had my installation in time to sell my property. The installer was very friendly and efficient, arriving early after checking that suited me. The shower screen looks very nice.

Incredibly helpful & kind. I went in with general questions regarding spare parts for our Stegbar windows that were installed before we purchased our home. Lisa went above and beyond to find answers and solutions to my 30 year old windows replacement parts, and even got someone else who was so kind to give me pointers on how to install the parts. Although the windows came with the house, I’ll definitely be coming back for any of our future needs. Thank you all again!

Excellent service for spare parts. Jacquie initially listened to what I needed and then put me in touch with Tommy. Tommy took the time to find the correct seals to replace the damaged seals in my bifold doors and then explained in great detail on how to install the new set which was very helpful. Highly recommend Stegbar because they are local, product is excellent and they back up their product.

I would normally not write a review but these guys were outstanding. From the person who held the door open for me to the receptionist who was just delightful...genuine warm and helpful, but the person l was there to see was AJ in sales. AJ couldn't have done more. I was after some parts to do a repair on my Stegbar semi frameless shower and I was a bit doubtful I would be able to get anything but AJ sorted it all out, he got the parts; arranged to have 2 extrusions cut to size and offered advice... Great product and a great team Thanks Andrew

Outstanding service in providing spare parts for shower door, and sliding door
First impressions are most important, and we were pleased that the receptionist who greeted us was courteous, efficient, with a high emphasis on Customer Service, that put us at ease for the rest of our visit At our request she guided us to the Spare Parts Showroom where we were introduced to AJ. I am a bit of a handyman, but must confess to knowing nothing of shower door seals, or sliding door rollers. I need not have been concerned, as AJ's product knowledge was all that could be desired,and coupled with this he had a clear and concise manner of passing on this info. He was understanding at my doubt, as to the suitability of the parts he offered us, but his description of how they fitted and functioned, filled me with the necessary confidence to carry out these repairs, which I am pleased to say were performed satisfactorily. Based on our experience with the service we received from these employees, we would not hesitate to recommend Stegbar to our circle of friends.

Having started to paint my home windows I broke several clips holding the wire screens. On approaching the sales people I was advised that if I could bring a clip with me the sales person (AJ) would endeavour to find me some. On arrival I was conducted swiftly to AJ's area and in short time he was serving my needs. He demonstrated exceptional customer service, gave helpful advice and was at all times pleasant.

I was super impressed with my experience at STEGBAR Pooraka. AJ Peirawan was the consultant that helped me with window options. He was patient and helpful with alternative designs and colours and was able to educate me in the considerations for installation. I would recommend this business. It was a pleasant surprise to get wonderful customer service. I hope my product turns out well and on time.

Great Quality Products & Service
We have recently had 3 sliding doors manufactured by Stegbar. One stacker door installed in 2018, and 2 standard sliding doors just delivered. We chose Stegbar for a few reasons: 1. Product features and quality when compared to competitors. 2. They matched the existing trouble-free windows and doors in our house of over 15 years. 3. The personalized service given to us by AJ Peirawan, the local sales representative. Although the Stegbar products are not the cheapest, the design features and build quality impressed us. For the most recent purchase, we were promised a quick delivery date; and they were delivered ahead of schedule. Can't get better than that!

One of the best aluminium windows i found in my 30 year old home ans still it seals and slides like new.
We bought a display home a few years ago which had Stegbar windows and sliding doors. Lately the sliding door has been loose and knowing that an 8 yr warranty was still current I contacted the Unley store for help. Nothing happened so rang the service number at Pooraka and was given instant help. Two days later Wally came and fixed the doors well. He was on time and pleasant so am now happy with the outcome. If further assistance is needed it is still available too.
