From the quoting to the install, all was well done and great communication at all times. After almost a year, the shower door started having an annoying noise. I contacted the office and Patrick James Spencer handled it in a prompt and professional manner, keeping me informed of the progress of my issue. It was fixed in a timely manner and under warranty Highly recommend this company and their staff.

We recently had our old sliding doors replaced with bifold. We can’t believe just how much this has open up our has, it really has brought the outside in, or the inside out.
Last week Stegbar returned to our property to do some warrenty work. The Stegbar installer was professional and keep us informed of the work he was doing. He was friendly and a pleasure to have in the house doing the work. Thank you.

New home shower screens. An issue occurred, which with the excellent help of Lisa was dealt with the best understanding and resolution I have come across in many years. Rep contacted me within the hour with news that the issue is scheduled to be rectified. FYI issue was not of Stegbar but the aluminum extrusion supplier.

Stegbar sales staff were very helpful when I ordered my new shower screen. I needed my installation sooner than they estimated since I am selling my property. I found out if I got a cheaper one it would be done sooner. They agreed to switch, went out of their way to measure up quickly and I had my installation in time to sell my property. The installer was very friendly and efficient, arriving early after checking that suited me. The shower screen looks very nice.
Renovation Project
We are doing an extensive renovation of our home and will be replacing all windows / doors. From the first meeting in the Showroom, Dave Bell was helpful, polite and thorough. He came to site (in the end 3 times!) which was really important to us as this is a large investment replacing all windows and doors, and he was able to answer all our questions clearly and honestly. We have chosen the Alumiere range for our home, and throughout the process Dave was patient with us and guided us through our selections. We have no hesitation in recommending Dave as it is his exceptional service and attention to detail which ultimately won Stegbar the job. I would have no hesitation recommending speaking to Dave for any window or door enquiries. 10/10, thank you Dave!

Incredibly helpful & kind. I went in with general questions regarding spare parts for our Stegbar windows that were installed before we purchased our home. Lisa went above and beyond to find answers and solutions to my 30 year old windows replacement parts, and even got someone else who was so kind to give me pointers on how to install the parts. Although the windows came with the house, I’ll definitely be coming back for any of our future needs. Thank you all again!

Tommy took the time to find the correct seals to replace the damaged seals in my bifold doors and then explained in great detail on how to install the new set which was very helpful. Really Great Job & Awesome Customer Service
Previously (2.5 years ago) had a new house build completed where Stegbar did a great job on the master bedroom walk in robe & built in robes. We liaised with customer service at our nearest branch at Maroochydore prior to the build & they were really good to deal with as we needed more information & wanted to get these robes just right. Recently, I needed to acquire a small length of hanging rail (900mm & fittings) for a small project in the laundry linen cupboard. I searched the internet, Bunnings, etc, but failed to find the same profile. Thought we would drop into the Maroochydore branch at the off chance they could help us. We got lucky as they had what we were looking for & were more than happy to give us an off cut & the end pieces to complete the task being past customers.

I’m extremely happy with my new splashback, it looks very sleek and professional. I’m also very happy with quality work during the installation. He was a friendly bloke that had 30 years experience and you could tell he was a professional installer.

My wife and I decided to replace our windows, We sent emails away to 3 company's, The only company that got back to us was Stegbar. Tim rang me and came up to have a look, Tim quoted the job and we accepted, Along the way we added a sliding door which was not a problem. The fitters were outstanding, they did a fabulous job and were so quick and helpful. The whole experience has been a good one and we would not hesitate in using Stegbar again. Fantastic service and superb quality
We were scratching our heads a little for a wardrobe to be done after an unfortunate initial conversation with a different supplier and it was only by chance that I thought I would pop into Stegbar. Katie was fantastic from the beginning, nothing was too difficult and she was helpful in all her ideas. We love our wardrobe and everyone asks where we got it from!

Mark provided excellent advice and great service in the shortest possible time right up to my acceptance of the quote. JELD WEN needs to do better in the delivery time. 4 weeks is too long. I hope you can get this order to me in 3 weeks or less, but I won't hold my breath.

The first company to follow up to see if we were pleased with the result. The installers were also very efficient, careful and respectful of our home. What a Difference!
Only dropped in to Stegbar Maroochydore as was in the area and thought would get a few ideas re Walk In Robe, really thought a new fitout would be too expensive. I was in for a pleasant surprise: 1. Katie was informative with plenty of great ideas, great customer service 2. Decided I would have a plan drawn up and once more the service from Katie was excellent going back and forth on plan changes 3. Pricing surprised me in a very good way 4. Fitout proceeded on day planned and fitters were polite, respectful of home and did a thoroughly professional job 5. Absolutely delighted with the fitout: -modern clean lines, maximized space, -fitted into my renovation theme of black and white......Thanks to Katie suggesting black drawer handles and hanging rails! -AND the price was much better than my expectation I speak on Customer Service at conferences so I know what great service looks like.....Katie and Stegbar Team rated 10/10 and deserve it!

I would normally not write a review but these guys were outstanding. From the person who held the door open for me to the receptionist who was just delightful...genuine warm and helpful, but the person l was there to see was AJ in sales. AJ couldn't have done more. I was after some parts to do a repair on my Stegbar semi frameless shower and I was a bit doubtful I would be able to get anything but AJ sorted it all out, he got the parts; arranged to have 2 extrusions cut to size and offered advice... Great product and a great team Thanks Andrew

Outstanding service in providing spare parts for shower door, and sliding door
First impressions are most important, and we were pleased that the receptionist who greeted us was courteous, efficient, with a high emphasis on Customer Service, that put us at ease for the rest of our visit At our request she guided us to the Spare Parts Showroom where we were introduced to AJ. I am a bit of a handyman, but must confess to knowing nothing of shower door seals, or sliding door rollers. I need not have been concerned, as AJ's product knowledge was all that could be desired,and coupled with this he had a clear and concise manner of passing on this info. He was understanding at my doubt, as to the suitability of the parts he offered us, but his description of how they fitted and functioned, filled me with the necessary confidence to carry out these repairs, which I am pleased to say were performed satisfactorily. Based on our experience with the service we received from these employees, we would not hesitate to recommend Stegbar to our circle of friends.

Having started to paint my home windows I broke several clips holding the wire screens. On approaching the sales people I was advised that if I could bring a clip with me the sales person (AJ) would endeavour to find me some. On arrival I was conducted swiftly to AJ's area and in short time he was serving my needs. He demonstrated exceptional customer service, gave helpful advice and was at all times pleasant.

He was patient and helpful with alternative designs and colours and was able to educate me in the considerations for installation. I would recommend this business. Great Quality Products & Service
We have recently had 3 sliding doors manufactured by Stegbar. One stacker door installed in 2018, and 2 standard sliding doors just delivered. We chose Stegbar for a few reasons: 1. Product features and quality when compared to competitors. 2. They matched the existing trouble-free windows and doors in our house of over 15 years. 3. The personalized service given to us by AJ Peirawan, the local sales representative. Although the Stegbar products are not the cheapest, the design features and build quality impressed us. For the most recent purchase, we were promised a quick delivery date; and they were delivered ahead of schedule. Can't get better than that!

One of the best aluminium windows i found in my 30 year old home ans still it seals and slides like new.
We bought a display home a few years ago which had Stegbar windows and sliding doors. Lately the sliding door has been loose and knowing that an 8 yr warranty was still current I contacted the Unley store for help. Nothing happened so rang the service number at Pooraka and was given instant help. Two days later Wally came and fixed the doors well. He was on time and pleasant so am now happy with the outcome. If further assistance is needed it is still available too.
