Had a great experience with Stegbar Penrith for some French Doors . Quite came back In a day or two , when I changed measurements the updated quote was sent back super fast . They even sharpened the price a little which was nice . Lead time was stated at time of the order and actual came in earlier than expected which was good .
We booked STEGBAR 16 years ago to help renovate all of our windows to french colonial and internal doors. That was a very successful project. Competitive pricing and execution was nothing short of perfection. Back then we didn’t do two sets of windows, which we have just completed with STEGBAR and we chose the same french colonial profile with LowE for better insulation in the winter time and repel the sun in summer time for the front facing large bay window. I did qualify the STEGBAR quote with 4 other reputable suppliers. We chose STEGBAR based on price, although at high end of quotes, but not out of range - but because of our previous experience. We had the same sales person, and the same installation team. They were great in the process. Once they finished, we noticed very dirty windows. I had a window cleaner come in and he wasn’t prepared to clean the windows - he said it’s silicone. Now, I am saying this, not to bring STEGBAR down, but to share their high level interest and intention to fix the problem immediately. At all times I felt that I had the right people involved in fixing the problem which was dealt with at a high level. I give credit to the technical director who came out on site the same day to review my qualms and spent 3 hours cleaning and reviewing every window pane. Sometimes, despite the most sophisticated engineering, manufacturing and workflow process, sometimes mistakes happen. With this in mind, Yasin, created a plan for a few window panes to be fully replaced because of small blemishes in the LowE film and silicone and I was ok with it all because he was honest and transparent in his intention and effort to fix the problem, no matter what. The same technical director, Yasin, was the same person who did our windows 16 years ago. He is very passionate about his work and his team and the customer experience. From that point the overall co-ordination and communication was with the Director of Customer Experience, Linda Kawarkis. I couldn’t have asked for a more committed, empathetic, professional and honest individual to help me with the end process of replacing the window panels that had some un-erasable marks, everyone should have a Linda in their team. She listened, acted and took control of the last phase which was important. Thank you to STEGBAR for our new windows and for standing by your reputation to be the best in industry!! He gave me a fantastic quote and made the whole process stress-free because he communicates so clearly. He knows his products perfectly and is happy to explain everything. I called into Stegbar at Chatswood to buy some replacement rollers for my Stegbar sliding door. The staff there were absolutely fantastic, not only did they supply the parts but without asking, they took the extra step of printing out instructions of how to install them for me . All of this was done with smiles and friendliness. What absolute heros and definitely a credit to Stegbar. If I ever renovate again, I will be buying Stegbar windows and doors because of these two wonderful people.

Because it was a frameless shower screen the representative came out, discussed, measured and I received quote within 48 hours. They sent me Tax Invoice and I paid up front as it was custom made. Within the quoted 10 days I received a phone call and booked the installation. Andrew texted to confirm and on approach. He was efficient, had a nice customer service ethic and explained it could not be used for 2 days. That was fine and now it works a treat, easy to clean, sleek and modern
Fantastic customer service from Brielle. She was highly knowledgeable, responsive, and provided great guidance on the best products. She also was very responsive when the delivered windows did not have the specified locks. I am very satisfied with my windows and the support provided.
Whenever I had a question or a request Donny was very quick to respond. The whole team were great at keeping us informed and even when we requested some amendments after completion it was no problem and sorted professionally. Very happy with our new wardrobe. Thank you.

Ryan was amazing working hard and getting everything done in a timely and organised manner. Unfortunately one of the ordered doors arrived wrong (mirror instead of plain) but it was quickly sorted and should be replaced quickly (although not yet). Peter Gallagher came to discuss new shower update options. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very informative regarding our options. We accepted his quote and now await installation.
After submitting my requested size for the windows, staff then asked about, clearance, to make sure the new windows would fit, did I want fly screens, type of wood, glazing for the inside, to reduce heat transfer.

Honestly my experience was fantastic the quality of the product the look of the product the colour detail was all high quality the delivery was professional and careful guys were great stand outs for me were Cody proves someone as high as his position genuinely cares about the little customer he was so professional kind and stopped at nothing just a genuine great human . Ben who heads service came out to check on product and delivery and just ironed out few issues from my installers not stegbar but he still fixed helped out and didn’t complain another great person . Yasmin who runs quality control well his next level attention to detail knowledge attitude and all round legend he made suggestions helped with a last minute window addition note none of it was his job but still went to the moon and back to assist and make the experience out of this world all round magnificent experience Thanku to stegbar but extra thanks to the legends listed . Being an owner builder is tough coupled with life’s everyday issues but thanks to these local legends I couldn’t be happier and satisfied with what they provided many thanks guys and I would genuinely do anything I could in the future if what I do helps anyone of you guys , last note even while being on leave after have another child congratulations Cody to you and your family he was still on the phone making sure my family was happy with all stegbar offered amazing service products and people thanku

We have used Stegbar a few times now for our projects and they are always great. We recently had some issues getting a glazing certificate but this was sorted out by Zoe. The cedar windows and bifold doors I purchased exceeded my expectations around quality and appearance. I was pleased that I chose Stegbar. I was also impressed with the service I received from Zoe when I processed a warranty claim for a DGU that developed a problem.

Fantastic quality service and attention from Stegbar once again. Have been using Stegbar products for over 30 years, never had any issues and always happy with their quality. I needed post warranty help with a large aluminium glass sliding door installed in our home a few years ago. Stegbar Lansvale sent Ray from their service division. Arrived on time on agreed service date, promptly dealt with the issue, was very considerate inside our home to respect our floors and furniture. Super polite. Tracey at Stegbar Lansvale originally took my service enquiry, organised for Technician (Ray) to attend our home, then followed up by phone with me after Ray had completed his work to check if everything went smoothly. My wife and I were very impressed with both Tracey and Ray in how professional they both were in their roles. Proved to myself yet again how important it is to choose and deal with quality suppliers - 30 years of Stegbar's consistent great service and on-time delivery of all our orders for doors and windows.

From providing a quote, to check and measure to installation Stegbar Lansvale was awesome. The Windows are fantastic and the installers (Shane and Shaun) did a perfect job plus they had the courtesy to lay out drop sheets throughout my place up the stairs and to the 2nd floor - they even cleaned up.
