Very happy with Stegbar value and responsiveness in finalising our requirements. Extremely pleased with the installation process and the quality of the installation by the Stegbar contractor. Great attention to detail and ensuring everything was finished well.
I have been dealing Peter Gallagher for a couple of weeks now to organise quotes for a reno. He has been very helpful and quick to respond to my enquires. Prices were also very competitive.
Peter Gallagher is the Northern Rivers rep for Stegbar and has overseen 3 sets of sliding doors and 2built in wardrobes. The whole process was quick and seemless. I highly recommend him.
Great service from Peter Gallagher, he arrived as scheduled to complete a measure and quote which we recieved same day, we are really happy that our order is underway and should be installed in the next few weeks. I would rate Peter highly for his promptness, attention to detail and fantastic communication. We are looking forward to seeing the end product soon.
I use Stegbar Tarenpoint for all of my door and window jobs. I’ve always dealt with Alison Reid since the start of my business. She has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Having someone like Alison, feels as though she’s an extension of my business and an asset, this makes it a lot easier to continue coming to stegbar tarenpoint for all of my door and window jobs.
Peter Gallagher came to discuss new shower update options. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very informative regarding our options. We accepted his quote and now await installation.
After submitting my requested size for the windows, staff then asked about, clearance, to make sure the new windows would fit, did I want fly screens, type of wood, glazing for the inside, to reduce heat transfer.

Honestly my experience was fantastic the quality of the product the look of the product the colour detail was all high quality the delivery was professional and careful guys were great stand outs for me were Cody proves someone as high as his position genuinely cares about the little customer he was so professional kind and stopped at nothing just a genuine great human . Ben who heads service came out to check on product and delivery and just ironed out few issues from my installers not stegbar but he still fixed helped out and didn’t complain another great person . Yasmin who runs quality control well his next level attention to detail knowledge attitude and all round legend he made suggestions helped with a last minute window addition note none of it was his job but still went to the moon and back to assist and make the experience out of this world all round magnificent experience Thanku to stegbar but extra thanks to the legends listed . Being an owner builder is tough coupled with life’s everyday issues but thanks to these local legends I couldn’t be happier and satisfied with what they provided many thanks guys and I would genuinely do anything I could in the future if what I do helps anyone of you guys , last note even while being on leave after have another child congratulations Cody to you and your family he was still on the phone making sure my family was happy with all stegbar offered amazing service products and people thanku

We have used Stegbar a few times now for our projects and they are always great. We recently had some issues getting a glazing certificate but this was sorted out by Zoe. She was super helpful and took control of the situation. We got the glazing certificate straight away. Very impressed with her efforts!

The cedar windows and bifold doors I purchased exceeded my expectations around quality and appearance. I was pleased that I chose Stegbar. I was also impressed with the service I received from Zoe when I processed a warranty claim for a DGU that developed a problem.
Excellent service from Tracey and Ray - Stegbar Lansvale
Fantastic quality service and attention from Stegbar once again. Have been using Stegbar products for over 30 years, never had any issues and always happy with their quality. I needed post warranty help with a large aluminium glass sliding door installed in our home a few years ago. Stegbar Lansvale sent Ray from their service division. Arrived on time on agreed service date, promptly dealt with the issue, was very considerate inside our home to respect our floors and furniture. Super polite. Tracey at Stegbar Lansvale originally took my service enquiry, organised for Technician (Ray) to attend our home, then followed up by phone with me after Ray had completed his work to check if everything went smoothly. My wife and I were very impressed with both Tracey and Ray in how professional they both were in their roles. Proved to myself yet again how important it is to choose and deal with quality suppliers - 30 years of Stegbar's consistent great service and on-time delivery of all our orders for doors and windows.

From providing a quote, to check and measure to installation Stegbar Lansvale was awesome. The Windows are fantastic and the installers (Shane and Shaun) did a perfect job plus they had the courtesy to lay out drop sheets throughout my place up the stairs and to the 2nd floor - they even cleaned up.
