After submitting my requested size for the windows, staff then asked about, clearance, to make sure the new windows would fit, did I want fly screens, type of wood, glazing for the inside, to reduce heat transfer.
John was great in his knowledge and skills- fixed few jobs for me within 30 min. Definitely recommend him
i got a reply to my email within 24 hours and issue is resolved. Wouldhave liked to have got an email stating that the delivery was only half delivered originally though.
Bi fold doors stack issue fixed
Warranty service conducted by Brock to fix my bi fold doors that were not stacking as they should, Brock fixed the issue and now the doors stack perfectly.

I would like to send my huge thanks to Stegbar for the outstanding customer service and support throughout our recent order and supply of windows. Robert Mitchell from your Newcastle showroom was so helpful and his customer service from start to finish and product knowledge is outstanding. Although only Phase 1 of our renovation and a small order this time, he always took the time to explain anything we asked and was patient with us while we decided on the final specs. Thanks Robbie. Production - from day one of placing the order we were kept up to date on the ETA and completely surprised in the fast timeframe. The windows arrived well in schedule. Delivery - your delivery driver kept me informed of the time he would be at our address and he was spot on. He was polite, helpful and cheery. Having dealt with a number of delivery drivers over the past few months during our renovation, this is an absolute breath of fresh air. Please send on my thanks to all in the team. I will have no hesitation in recommending Stegbar. This type of service is becoming hard to find.

Contacted Stegbar and sent through photos and some dimensions and am very happy with the result. Got dropped off as they promised . Local installer did a great job and now we have a terrace that is enclosed from the weather and a treat to sit in on a cold winters afternoon.Thanks Emily.

I was after a part for my Stegbar Door and contacted head office, who were not interested in helping me at all. I then contacted Ben from Stegbar at Kotara who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help and get the required part for me. I cannot recommend Ben at Kotara strongly enough, good work Ben and many thanks for all your efforts.

Great service from kotara store,super helpful with great knowledge on products. Product is great, have replaced all windows in existing building with these windows,and will definitely be using them for the extension renovations.

Explaining what option and choices I had, product details and the installation process. I even had a follow up call after we arranged installation to ensure I was happy with the product. Hi Just like to thank Ben for all his advice when choosing our house windows & sliding doors. I went to Kotara with certain sliding door & window tints in mind & came away with quite the opposite & am so happy that Ben was there to advise me & as a result I made a much better selection of tint (no cloud when looking through the glass) & a more suitable sliding door style. Renovating our 20 year old Stegbar double hung windows and broke the plastic U clip at the bottom of the window. Not only did Kotara Stegbar have the clips, they didn't charge me for them. Happy renovators here.
