We have received our windows just in time as organised by our sales rep Alison Reid, I was very worried about an urgent window required before our kitchen installation and Stegbar pulled through and had our windows on time. A big thank you to Alison as all my calls were answered and she has been very helpful throughout. She is knowledgeable and professional. Honestly my experience was fantastic the quality of the product the look of the product the colour detail was all high quality the delivery was professional and careful guys were great stand outs for me were Cody proves someone as high as his position genuinely cares about the little customer he was so professional kind and stopped at nothing just a genuine great human . Ben who heads service came out to check on product and delivery and just ironed out few issues from my installers not stegbar but he still fixed helped out and didn’t complain another great person . Yasmin who runs quality control well his next level attention to detail knowledge attitude and all round legend he made suggestions helped with a last minute window addition note none of it was his job but still went to the moon and back to assist and make the experience out of this world all round magnificent experience Thanku to stegbar but extra thanks to the legends listed . Being an owner builder is tough coupled with life’s everyday issues but thanks to these local legends I couldn’t be happier and satisfied with what they provided many thanks guys and I would genuinely do anything I could in the future if what I do helps anyone of you guys , last note even while being on leave after have another child congratulations Cody to you and your family he was still on the phone making sure my family was happy with all stegbar offered amazing service products and people thanku

We have used Stegbar a few times now for our projects and they are always great. We recently had some issues getting a glazing certificate but this was sorted out by Zoe. She was super helpful and took control of the situation. We got the glazing certificate straight away. Very impressed with her efforts!

Had an issue with the multiple orders. 1. Incorrect specifications 2. Order delays. Very unhappy with the level of support from the Kotara sales team. No sense of urgency and lacked empathy. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with the customer support team in particular (Zoe H) who took the time to undertand the problem and actively work on a solution. She was able to resolve production issues efficiently and reduce the delays to meet agreed timelines. I went from requesting a full refund to writing a glowing review thanks to Zoe and her manager Molly K. Perfect example of a customer centric approach to customer service. Thank you.

Had windows being delivered today and I wasn't able to get to site to take delivery personally. Pouring with rain. The Stegbar drivers carried the windows into my garage and kept them undercover for me. What fantastic service!

I want to thank Nikki Johnson, Customer Support Agent, for her excellent work in arranging to have the handle on our door replaced. Our exterior door handle was replaced, free of charge, by a Stegbar technician. Thank you for the reliable, prompt and friendly service. Below, is my request for assistance (2025): I purchased a pair of timber doors from you in October 2016. Recently, the door handle jammed with the door in the closed position. I want to purchase a new handle. I have attached a relevant copy of our Order Form so you can match the part numbers for the handle. I am not expecting this will be a warranty issue - I would just like to purchase a matching handle.
Keith visited our house and carried out all the repairs successfully. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Keith was very polite and has outstanding abilities in completing the repairs.
As soon as Brock arrived he instantly knew what the issue was. I had sent photos and videos to my builder last April showing what the problem was. My kitchen fixed window rattled and moved, especially in high wind. Brock coukd instantly see there was no seal and fixed the problem immediately. He offered to look at any other windows as well. After a very long process I finally have a window that is safe. This is a new build.
Fast, friendly, and quality service - Had some outstanding issues with a sliding door and window alignment on a new build. Keith and Alan were able to resolve the issues without any hassle, with some useful tips, all under warranty.

New Town house - requied warranty check on windows and as well I requested the reversal of large floor to ceiling bi-fold doors in our kitchen area. Office staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. Tradies who undertook the work were excellent - We were very happy with the work. Have previously used stegbar products in our first home - Always proved to be an excellent company who stands by their workmanship. Would recommend them to anyone considering windows their home.
Quality timber windows and doors with good customer service
The cedar windows and bifold doors I purchased exceeded my expectations around quality and appearance. I was pleased that I chose Stegbar. I was also impressed with the service I received from Zoe when I processed a warranty claim for a DGU that developed a problem.
Excellent service from Tracey and Ray - Stegbar Lansvale
Fantastic quality service and attention from Stegbar once again. Have been using Stegbar products for over 30 years, never had any issues and always happy with their quality. I needed post warranty help with a large aluminium glass sliding door installed in our home a few years ago. Stegbar Lansvale sent Ray from their service division. Arrived on time on agreed service date, promptly dealt with the issue, was very considerate inside our home to respect our floors and furniture. Super polite. Tracey at Stegbar Lansvale originally took my service enquiry, organised for Technician (Ray) to attend our home, then followed up by phone with me after Ray had completed his work to check if everything went smoothly. My wife and I were very impressed with both Tracey and Ray in how professional they both were in their roles. Proved to myself yet again how important it is to choose and deal with quality suppliers - 30 years of Stegbar's consistent great service and on-time delivery of all our orders for doors and windows.

From providing a quote, to check and measure to installation Stegbar Lansvale was awesome. The Windows are fantastic and the installers (Shane and Shaun) did a perfect job plus they had the courtesy to lay out drop sheets throughout my place up the stairs and to the 2nd floor - they even cleaned up.

I would like to commend both Sam and Joe at Stegbar Lansvale for their outstanding service above and beyond the call of duty. Sam's passion and enthusiasm combined with Joe decades of experience equates to a harmonious exceptional customer service team. As part of a renovation project I decided to restore a large number Stegbar Cedar doors, windows and internal sliders to their original stained finish. Installed in the 80's, but along the way they had been painted. I should add 40 years on, all are still in excellent condition and working order. The timber once sanded back and stained is stunning. Simply quality products. Unfortunately during the renovation, misplaced some of the 80's hardware, rollers, tracks... and had exhausted all avenues for replacement. On a whim, as a last ditch effort, I went to Stegbar at Lansvale. I walked in unannounced, hoping at best for a referral to a potential supplier. I was greeted by Sam (sales) whose enthusiasm for the project exceeded mine. Sam obtained the assistance of Joe (40 years at Stegbar). Within 24 hours they had sourced and/or adapted current hardware for me to complete the restoration. I then asked for the bill and I was told, no charge, don't worry about it. Outstanding after sales service, 40 years on.
