We have been working with Nella Fitzpatrick from Stegbar Helensvale to finalise a detailed quote to retrofit a lot of windows into an old house. Nella has been an amazing! Very professional, quick to respond, helpful with suggestions and alternatives and very thorough in all aspects of the quoting process.
Windows and sliding doors replaced most efficiently. Consultant Michael gave excellent advice and Shayne installed all windows and doors in one day. A really outstanding result... Can't believe the visual improvement to our unit.
I purchased a quantity of windows and had the pleasure of being served by Nella Fitzpatrick at Stegbar Helensvale. Nella was extremely helpful, polite and courteous and really helped my dad and me with purchasing the perfect windows and sliding door. She helped very much with making sure all the specifications were correct and processing payment when the system had an error. I couldn't recommend purchasing through Nella enough.
Peter Gallagher from Stegbar was engaged to supply a quote for replacement of our three shower screens. I wanted to take advantage of their 30% off sale celebrating their 80 th Birthday. Peter Gallagher bought along samples of the chosen finish which I was very pleased about as I was able to see exactly what I was ordering. Peter was very professional stated he would supply the quote that afternoon which was refreshing as that is exactly what he did. I accepted the quote the next day and he has already ordered our screens so no mucking around. It was really refreshing to deal with a professional who takes his job seriously and gave good advice. Thanks Peter.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy wheelchair access.
Peter Gallagher Was a pleasure to deal with. We love our showers and wardrobe. Great quality
Thank you Peter Gallagher for your prompt replies to my questions regarding our wardrobe quotes. He understood what we were wanting and was easy to deal with, especially since we are currently living interstate which makes it all the more important to have good communication with us. I look forward to the installation.
If it wasn't for the incredible service I was shown by Leah, I would never have had the outcome I should have had and was expecting. She listened to my problem with so much care & understanding and was extremely professional with this caring attitude toward me. She is absolutely 'the perfect person' for her role at Stegbar. She arranged 2 men to come over to Russell Island to install new Fly Screens for me. The 2 men were Steve & Brad from the Helensvale store. Not only were they the loveliest guys, their professionalism toward their job was above & beyond what I was expecting. Such great manners but both really enjoyed their work and could not have been more helpful even the way they cleaned up everything before they left. True gentleman. They all deserve 10 gold stars not 5.
Nella Fitzpatrick was outstanding with her knowledge, advice and friendly service. Nothing was a trouble for her in getting back to us with prompt and efficient quoting on several occasions. Her follow up with regards to detailed options and product knowledge made the whole process of selection one of absolute confidence. We could not recommend Nella highly enough to anyone wishing to purchase from what we believe to be a trusted and reliable Company. Many thanks again! Peter and Belinda
Peter Gallagher did an great job looking after my new home with complex specific requirements. Would highly recommend him to family & friends
Steve Thompson
Meaghan was very helpful and communicated via email and over the phone. Meaghans customer service was very good 👍
Norm Bradford
Had Steave and Brad come out from Steave bar service division to service my new install Windows they carried out the service and a very good manner. Very polite very clean behind them. When they completed the service they said is there anything else you’d like us to do any think you think is wrong and I said nope everything‘s fine now. The only thing was that the cuts on some of the aluminiums were sort of. They weren’t coded black, but that’s not the issue. It’s the companies.
Peter Gallagher was very helpfully with our shower screen and wardrobe would highly recommend him.
I have no concerns, I asked Peter Gallagher for a quote, he responded quickly and professionally. Completed site measure and forwarded final quote. Which I accepted and order is in place and progressing. Peter has proven to be reliable, knowledgeable and supportive.
We needed to continue a window upgrade to our house from 2 years ago and contacted Stegbar to complete these works. Meaghan Walker at Helensvale was really efficient, professional and accurate in revising and sending our quotation. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

Needed a new shower screen after breaking the door of my existing which Stegbar installed about 15 years ago. Their service was excellent, from initial contact (Leisel) to measure and quote, to arranging a date/time for installation, and final fitting of the screen. Very professional at every point, and pricing was good too. Very happy to highly recommend this company.
Peter Gallagher did an amazing job looking after us with windows and security screens! made the whole process effortless. would highly recommend him 10/10.
Stegar wardrobes. Quality and price point of the product 5 stars. Quick turn around . Installer Greg was fast and very knowledgeable also.
I ordered sliding doors and a full house of windows through Peter Gallagher. Peter’s service was excellent. Responded to all my emails / phone calls promptly and kept me informed of delivery times throughout the process. Will definitely work with Peter again on any projects in the future.
Nice and quick with the quote and simply process, rep Peter Gallagher had the right suggestions for us and the price was excellent for the custom windows we choose
Peter Gallagher’s site consultations are always professional, thoughtful and informative when describing products and services to clients. The quick response time for booking a consultation and delivery of quotation is very fast and is greatly appreciated. Thanks Peter
I’m writing a review for the amazing Nella Fitzpatrick. Nella has been my rep at Stegbar 2013. Nella has helped me on so many projects, from small renovations to million dollar new builds. On a few of these projects, we had some doors and a window or two, positioned in areas that other companies were saying it can’t be done, with a lot of phone calls, emails and site visits with Nella, we achieved what others walked away from. I shit you not guys, every time I rang Nella with questions or minor issues, Nella could answer 80% of them without hesitation, the small percentage she couldn’t answer, Nella would call me back within the hour every time, Nella is so knowledgeable with Stegbar products and it’s sad to see hear go. Nella I wish you the absolute best in your retirement and new adventures you will have. Thank you for all your help and support over so many years. Regards Mat Rose Owner and Builder of Elite Construction SEQLD P/L
Peter Gallagher has provided great customer service, responsive to phone calls and email in a timely manner. Our experience has been seamless to date. Thank you Peter.

Professional customer service received from Scott Flint. He visited my premises on a maintenance call. He made sure I was happy with the fix and asked if there was any other concerns to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the call-out. Thank you Scott!
As an owner/builder, there are inevitably many questions & unforeseen issues along the way, and having a supplier that's genuinely willing to help makes a huge difference. From helping me with work through initial Energy ratings, which had a significant impact on the design of my home. To the team on the road being available to come to site and work through issues, proactively identifying anything that wasn't up to the 'Stegbar standard'. And the service team being so responsive and helpful with requests and changes. Your customer service has been exceptional. Bonnie - Palm Beach, QLD.
I had a great experience dealing with Peter Gallagher from Stegbar. He promptly replied to all my emails and messages, took the time to understand exactly what I needed, and clearly advised whether it was achievable and the best way to proceed. His guidance made the whole process straightforward and stress free. I would highly recommend him for an easy and efficient experience.

Steve has visited my property on two occasions so this is two reviews in one, both 5-star. Always with a friendly smile, Steve was very professional, polite and efficient at servicing my windows and doors. Steve came back a second time to fit a new strike plate and stick motifs on doors. He took his boots off at the door without even asking if I minded and I really appreciated that. Great guy and great service. Steve is an asset to your company. Thanks Steve and thanks Stegbar
The sales rep Peter Gallagher is very friendly and helpful, he provided us the wardrobes quote on the same day as the measurements are done. We are very pleased with the service.
Peter
Stegbar doors are brilliant! We ordered the Alumiere Stacker Doors - made in Australia and fantastic quality. Laura at Bowen Hills was super helpful with the order through to Scott B who organised our installation and Steve and Brad who did an amazing job fine tuning so the massive 2.7m high, 4m wide doors run like they are on silk!
Nella again has been of great. No matter the size of the order Nella is always quick to return quotes and place confirmed orders. She most deffinetly is one of the best consultants that I work with in the industry.
As a young and less experienced builder I have a chance to communicate to Nella at Stegbar Helensvale to help me order windows and doors for my job. She is professional and very clear on details to help me order what I need to and not to make mistakes. In building construction time is very valuable.
Nella - an incredible support when it comes to prompt quote and technical input. She lend her hand to an extra mile to ensure products are delivered on time which is key for my building projects
I have been dealing with Nella Fitzpatrick on two major renovations, my last renovation is still going and she has been nothing but helpful and easy to deal with.
Very prompt quotes and fantastic service. Stegbar have been my preferred supplier for many years.
Very seamless process start to end. We had a glass sliding door with screen installed recently. The email communication is very clear and easy to understand. Hayley our Sales Rep was wonderful, very informative and clear about how it all works and the process. Hayley came out on 1st April and the door was installed on 27th May so it is a long wait time but the doors are made to order so it makes sense. We had Sam install our door. He came out on 24th April to do a final measure before they made the door. Door was delivered the day before installation. Sam gave us plenty of notice for when he was turning up. Really great workmanship on the install. Also had a Scorpio Screen fitted on the door as well, which happened a few days after the door install. That was all a seamless process as well. Scorpio Screens just called me once our door installation was booked in and they try and get your screen fitted as close to that date as possible. Overall we are very happy with our new glass sliding door! :)
We have used Nella Fitzpatrick for quite a few years now for all of our window needs. Nella is always super responsive and great to deal with.
Have dealt with Nella Fitzpatrick since 2019. Pricing, quality and service is First Class
Nella Fitzpatrick is the most helpful and pleasant rep I have the pleasure of working with. Stegbar is my only supplier for doors, windows and screens because of the easy quoting and order process, build/delivery lead times and overall product quality.
We recently worked with Peter Gallagher from Stegbar Yatala for the design and measure of our custom wardrobe, and the experience was outstanding. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, offered valuable design advice, and ensured every detail was carefully considered. His professionalism and expertise made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. What stood out most was how efficiently and smoothly everything was handled. Hi there, I just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Steg Bar. I ordered my doors over the phone, and I have to say, their communication was fantastic right from the start. The team arranged a prompt measure service, which went smoothly, and my doors arrived exactly when promised. The installers who came out were truly impressive—meticulous, neat, and tidy. Honestly, they were probably two of the best trades I've ever had in my home. I couldn’t be happier with both the quality of the doors and the installation itself. I’m absolutely ecstatic with the results and would highly recommend Steg Bar to anyone looking for great service and quality workmanship
from start to finish the entire process was professional. I was really impressed with the end product. Very happy and would certainly recommend them.

Daniel Joyce was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to assist me. Is very professional. Always gets back to me in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better experience. I also went to the display center, I believe that the lady that assisted me was Nella. She was also very helpful. The experience with Stegbar because of both Daniel and Nella was second to none. I did get 2 other quotes (or try to) one company was OK but not Stegbar service equivalent and the other could not find the time to get back to me with the costs!! I chose Stegbar because of the assistance that Daniel provided and would happily recommend Stegbar to anyone.
I had many questions about shower screens and Leisel was able to answer them all for me promptly, she was friendly and lovely to speak with from the moment we entered to when we left she was dedicated to helping us we were able to organise a rep to come out and my experience has been 10/10 so far

Daniel Joyce was polite, punctual and very helpful. He suggested a couple of different doors and screens that would be suitable for use with the replacement door. I'm having renovations that completely changed my outlook on how much the entrance played. Daniel was so helpful. Pointing out the different doors and the way they looked and how they interacted in both rooms. His knowledge and patience was so easy to understand. I look forward to seeing the quote.

Replaced our sliding door with a 3 panel slider. The door was delivered on a Friday and by the time they canceled and rescheduled install the door had been blown by the wind and the fixed panel was scratched and it fell damaging one of our outdoor chairs. After a bit of chasing the scratched panel and the broken chair were replaced. Great result. Looks fantastic.
