If it wasn't for the incredible service I was shown by Leah, I would never have had the outcome I should have had and was expecting. She listened to my problem with so much care & understanding and was extremely professional with this caring attitude toward me. She is absolutely 'the perfect person' for her role at Stegbar. She arranged 2 men to come over to Russell Island to install new Fly Screens for me. The 2 men were Steve & Brad from the Helensvale store. Not only were they the loveliest guys, their professionalism toward their job was above & beyond what I was expecting. Such great manners but both really enjoyed their work and could not have been more helpful even the way they cleaned up everything before they left. True gentleman. They all deserve 10 gold stars not 5.
Nella Fitzpatrick was outstanding with her knowledge, advice and friendly service. Nothing was a trouble for her in getting back to us with prompt and efficient quoting on several occasions. Had Steave and Brad come out from Steave bar service division to service my new install Windows they carried out the service and a very good manner. Very polite very clean behind them. When they completed the service they said is there anything else you’d like us to do any think you think is wrong and I said nope everything‘s fine now. The only thing was that the cuts on some of the aluminiums were sort of. They weren’t coded black, but that’s not the issue. It’s the companies.

Needed a new shower screen after breaking the door of my existing which Stegbar installed about 15 years ago. Their service was excellent, from initial contact (Leisel) to measure and quote, to arranging a date/time for installation, and final fitting of the screen. Very professional at every point, and pricing was good too. Very happy to highly recommend this company.

I’m writing a review for the amazing Nella Fitzpatrick. Nella has been my rep at Stegbar 2013. Nella has helped me on so many projects, from small renovations to million dollar new builds. On a few of these projects, we had some doors and a window or two, positioned in areas that other companies were saying it can’t be done, with a lot of phone calls, emails and site visits with Nella, we achieved what others walked away from. I shit you not guys, every time I rang Nella with questions or minor issues, Nella could answer 80% of them without hesitation, the small percentage she couldn’t answer, Nella would call me back within the hour every time, Nella is so knowledgeable with Stegbar products and it’s sad to see hear go. Nella I wish you the absolute best in your retirement and new adventures you will have. Thank you for all your help and support over so many years. Always with a friendly smile, Steve was very professional, polite and efficient at servicing my windows and doors. Steve came back a second time to fit a new strike plate and stick motifs on doors. Stegbar doors are brilliant! We ordered the Alumiere Stacker Doors - made in Australia and fantastic quality. Laura at Bowen Hills was super helpful with the order through to Scott B who organised our installation and Steve and Brad who did an amazing job fine tuning so the massive 2.7m high, 4m wide doors run like they are on silk!
Nella again has been of great. No matter the size of the order Nella is always quick to return quotes and place confirmed orders. She most deffinetly is one of the best consultants that I work with in the industry.

Very seamless process start to end. We had a glass sliding door with screen installed recently. The email communication is very clear and easy to understand. Hayley our Sales Rep was wonderful, very informative and clear about how it all works and the process. Hayley came out on 1st April and the door was installed on 27th May so it is a long wait time but the doors are made to order so it makes sense. We had Sam install our door. He came out on 24th April to do a final measure before they made the door. Door was delivered the day before installation. Sam gave us plenty of notice for when he was turning up. Really great workmanship on the install. Also had a Scorpio Screen fitted on the door as well, which happened a few days after the door install. That was all a seamless process as well. Scorpio Screens just called me once our door installation was booked in and they try and get your screen fitted as close to that date as possible. Overall we are very happy with our new glass sliding door! :)

Daniel Joyce was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to assist me. Is very professional. Always gets back to me in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better experience. I also went to the display center, I believe that the lady that assisted me was Nella. She was also very helpful. The experience with Stegbar because of both Daniel and Nella was second to none. I did get 2 other quotes (or try to) one company was OK but not Stegbar service equivalent and the other could not find the time to get back to me with the costs!! I chose Stegbar because of the assistance that Daniel provided and would happily recommend Stegbar to anyone.

Daniel Joyce was polite, punctual and very helpful. He suggested a couple of different doors and screens that would be suitable for use with the replacement door. Replaced our sliding door with a 3 panel slider. The door was delivered on a Friday and by the time they canceled and rescheduled install the door had been blown by the wind and the fixed panel was scratched and it fell damaging one of our outdoor chairs. After a bit of chasing the scratched panel and the broken chair were replaced. Great result. Looks fantastic.
