Buying the wardrobe Galleria kits is worth it. The quality of material is pretty decent, all Polytech with quality drawer mechanisms, the cnc'ing is a bit botchy at times. Delivery is when they said it would be. I would recommend them, but note this isn't your standard IKEA diy, you'll need your own drills/saws etc.

Had a great experience dealing with Hayley from Stegbar. Rather than simply quoting the original specifications, she went beyond and suggested I run some changes past our energy assessor to see if we could achieve a better SHGC result. Her suggestion resulted in achieving energy compliance without needing double-glazed windows, saving more than $15,000. Other suppliers simply quoted based on the information provided, so I really appreciated Hayley’s experience, initiative and willingness to find a smarter solution. We got bifold doors which we love. After about 3 years the indoor lock broke. I emailed Stegbar not aware the door was out of warranty but luckily they decided to do a good will act and said they’ll get somebody to replace it. Thanks Leah!

Very seamless process start to end. We had a glass sliding door with screen installed recently. The email communication is very clear and easy to understand. Hayley our Sales Rep was wonderful, very informative and clear about how it all works and the process. Hayley came out on 1st April and the door was installed on 27th May so it is a long wait time but the doors are made to order so it makes sense. We had Sam install our door. He came out on 24th April to do a final measure before they made the door. Door was delivered the day before installation. Sam gave us plenty of notice for when he was turning up. Really great workmanship on the install. Also had a Scorpio Screen fitted on the door as well, which happened a few days after the door install. That was all a seamless process as well. Scorpio Screens just called me once our door installation was booked in and they try and get your screen fitted as close to that date as possible. Overall we are so happy with our new glass sliding door! :)

Very happy with my new sliding doors wardrobe. They came up with a solution exactly like I wanted for a rental property, and then installation was done really well. They even honoured a promotional discount that was in market after I had already been quoted on the job earlier in the year.
I engaged Stegbar Fortitude Valley to put new deck bifold doors in at my house. Sam completed the job, and I can’t speak highly enough of his and Stegbar’s professionalism and service throughout the whole process. Sam went above and beyond to complete the job, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Highly recommend!
Close to Christmas a very busy time however an installer came back and remedied the minor locking issues with the doors and magnetic latch

Excellent aftercare service from the Stegbar team on two occasions now. In both cases they supported with identifying the replacement parts and provided a quick delivery service with advice and options on how to install on our bi-fold windows. Quality product backed by quality service.

A great experience with the install of our new shower screen from Stegbar. Reece the installer contacted us the day before via txt to confirm the install time, he was on time and completed the job within an hour. The new shower screen looks great.

Exceptional Service
We used Stebar windows and doors in our recent renovation and we were so taken back by their service that I decided to do something I usually do not do, and that's post a review. From the beginning to the end we could not fault their service, nor the quality of their product. They were not the cheapest nor were they the dearest in the market, but that old adage, "you get what you pay for", has never rung truer for us and confirms the other equally old adage, "cheap is not always the best"! To top it all off, after the windows were installed by our builder, we found some scratches on 2 panels of glass. We contacted Stebar expecting that typical finger pointing game of, "well we didn't do the install", which never happened. Shortly after sending the initial email they were out replacing the panels. Exceptional service that just has to be recognised and acknowledged at a time when good service is in short supply. Well done to the Stebar team.
