The Stegbar team were excellent. Nathan gave us excellent advice on the project we wanted completed. As a result, the windows and doors ordered were timely and have met all our needs. The workmanship and follow up on questions we had were resolved promptly and to our satisfaction.

Absolutely stoked with our new windows from Stegbar! From the first conversation right through to installation, Riley R. was fantastic to deal with. He was professional, responsive, and always happy to answer my questions throughout our owner-builder journey. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his advice made the whole process incredibly easy. Now that the windows are installed, I honestly couldn't be happier. The quality is outstanding, they look absolutely amazing, and they've completely transformed the look of our home. The finish and attention to detail are exactly what we were hoping for. A huge thank you to Riley R. and the Stegbar team for delivering such a great experience. It's rare these days to find a company that combines a quality product with genuinely great customer service. I went to the Rowville store to specifically see if Stegbar window winders could replace the poor quality brand used on my windows. Amanda at reception assisted me. To the team on the road being available to come to site and work through issues, proactively identifying anything that wasn't up to the 'Stegbar standard'. Our stacker doors have just been installed. Great to have Stegbar measure, size and install again. Turnaround was as per schedule. Both Hayley and Sam were both helpful and did a great job.

Peter Gallagher is the Northern Rivers rep for Stegbar and has overseen 3 sets of sliding doors and 2built in wardrobes. The whole process was quick and seemless. I highly recommend him.
I have been dealing with Nella Fitzpatrick on two major renovations, my last renovation is still going and she has been nothing but helpful and easy to deal with.

Very seamless process start to end. We had a glass sliding door with screen installed recently. The email communication is very clear and easy to understand. Hayley our Sales Rep was wonderful, very informative and clear about how it all works and the process. Hayley came out on 1st April and the door was installed on 27th May so it is a long wait time but the doors are made to order so it makes sense. We had Sam install our door. He came out on 24th April to do a final measure before they made the door. Door was delivered the day before installation. Sam gave us plenty of notice for when he was turning up. Really great workmanship on the install. Also had a Scorpio Screen fitted on the door as well, which happened a few days after the door install. That was all a seamless process as well. Scorpio Screens just called me once our door installation was booked in and they try and get your screen fitted as close to that date as possible. Overall we are very happy with our new glass sliding door! :)

Nella continues to be the reason I buy windows and doors from Stegbars. She always goes above and beyond to attend to every detail. Recently, the fire rating we were awarded with our energy report meant the glass in our bi-folds and windows was not clear. Nella made sure I came into the showroom so that she could show me the glass in different samples, as it has a grey tint. Nella spent the time explaining how my bi-folds would look with the width of the sashes we required, and showed me the different sill and framing options. As I wanted colonial bars in a particular pattern on my bi-folds, Nella spent the time measuring out each detail on the shop bi-fold sashes to ensure I could see where the pattern started and ended and the overall aesthetic was what I wanted before she ordered them. Every other window and door supplier I approached, asked me to provide all of these details without any explanation. None of these sales staff go to the lengths Nella does to attend to every detail ensuring I understand what the final product will be, and making certain it meets my vision and expectations. Nella, you are such an EXCEPTIONAL employee and I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL to have found you in my building journey. THANK YOU for all that you have done for me.

Daniel Joyce was polite, punctual and very helpful. He suggested a couple of different doors and screens that would be suitable for use with the replacement door. I'm having renovations that completely changed my outlook on how much the entrance played. Daniel was so helpful. We recently had our old sliding doors replaced with bifold. We can’t believe just how much this has open up our has, it really has brought the outside in, or the inside out.
