We were looking for cabinet makers and came upon Stegbar and were impressed with their quality of workmanship at their Rowville Branch display (Geelong on Renovation). Shaun gave an on-site solution on how to optimise the space with his customised design (Well experienced and knowledgeable) and quoted us. Pricing, we never took another quote as we were fixed with Stegbar due to their quality and always support local bussiness which has an display! Dave was in communication with the logistics and arrival time for the trades. Sukh and his team came on-site for installation, took his shoes off (Good Tradesman), ran us through the design again and installed the cabinets laying the drip sheets, not an mess and cleaned up all the dust Would always use them for future Alfreco and Stacker Doors

He understood what we were wanting and was easy to deal with, especially since we are currently living interstate which makes it all the more important to have good communication with us. I called into Stegbar at Chatswood to buy some replacement rollers for my Stegbar sliding door. The staff there were absolutely fantastic, not only did they supply the parts but without asking, they took the extra step of printing out instructions of how to install them for me . All of this was done with smiles and friendliness. What absolute heros and definitely a credit to Stegbar. If I ever renovate again, I will be buying Stegbar windows and doors because of these two wonderful people.
If it wasn't for the incredible service I was shown by Leah, I would never have had the outcome I should have had and was expecting. She listened to my problem with so much care & understanding and was extremely professional with this caring attitude toward me. She is absolutely 'the perfect person' for her role at Stegbar. She arranged 2 men to come over to Russell Island to install new Fly Screens for me. The 2 men were Steve & Brad from the Helensvale store. Not only were they the loveliest guys, their professionalism toward their job was above & beyond what I was expecting. Such great manners but both really enjoyed their work and could not have been more helpful even the way they cleaned up everything before they left. True gentleman. They all deserve 10 gold stars not 5.
Nella Fitzpatrick was outstanding with her knowledge, advice and friendly service. Nothing was a trouble for her in getting back to us with prompt and efficient quoting on several occasions. Her follow up with regards to detailed options and product knowledge made the whole process of selection one of absolute confidence. Because it was a frameless shower screen the representative came out, discussed, measured and I received quote within 48 hours. They sent me Tax Invoice and I paid up front as it was custom made. Within the quoted 10 days I received a phone call and booked the installation. Andrew texted to confirm and on approach. He was efficient, had a nice customer service ethic and explained it could not be used for 2 days. That was fine and now it works a treat, easy to clean, sleek and modern
Fantastic customer service from Brielle. She was highly knowledgeable, responsive, and provided great guidance on the best products. She also was very responsive when the delivered windows did not have the specified locks. I am very satisfied with my windows and the support provided.
Whenever I had a question or a request Donny was very quick to respond. The whole team were great at keeping us informed and even when we requested some amendments after completion it was no problem and sorted professionally. Very happy with our new wardrobe. Thank you.

We got bifold doors which we love. After about 3 years the indoor lock broke. I emailed Stegbar not aware the door was out of warranty but luckily they decided to do a good will act and said they’ll get somebody to replace it. Thanks Leah!
We needed to continue a window upgrade to our house from 2 years ago and contacted Stegbar to complete these works. Meaghan Walker at Helensvale was really efficient, professional and accurate in revising and sending our quotation. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

I’m writing a review for the amazing Nella Fitzpatrick. Nella has been my rep at Stegbar 2013. Nella has helped me on so many projects, from small renovations to million dollar new builds. On a few of these projects, we had some doors and a window or two, positioned in areas that other companies were saying it can’t be done, with a lot of phone calls, emails and site visits with Nella, we achieved what others walked away from. I shit you not guys, every time I rang Nella with questions or minor issues, Nella could answer 80% of them without hesitation, the small percentage she couldn’t answer, Nella would call me back within the hour every time, Nella is so knowledgeable with Stegbar products and it’s sad to see hear go. Nella I wish you the absolute best in your retirement and new adventures you will have. Thank you for all your help and support over so many years. Ryan was amazing working hard and getting everything done in a timely and organised manner. Unfortunately one of the ordered doors arrived wrong (mirror instead of plain) but it was quickly sorted and should be replaced quickly (although not yet). The installer was polite and tidy and worked well. Thanks.
I purchased some gorgeous double glazed doors from Stegbar one year ago. Upon removing the doors i damaged the screws and coriander replace them locally. I rang and spoke to Amanda Kendall. She got me to send photos and had the correct screws delivered free of charge. She was friendly, knowledgeable and got back to me in a timely manner. I will definitely use Stegbar in the future. The Stegbar team were excellent. Nathan gave us excellent advice on the project we wanted completed. As a result, the windows and doors ordered were timely and have met all our needs. The workmanship and follow up on questions we had were resolved promptly and to our satisfaction.

Absolutely stoked with our new windows from Stegbar! From the first conversation right through to installation, Riley R. was fantastic to deal with. He was professional, responsive, and always happy to answer my questions throughout our owner-builder journey. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his advice made the whole process incredibly easy. Now that the windows are installed, I honestly couldn't be happier. The quality is outstanding, they look absolutely amazing, and they've completely transformed the look of our home. The finish and attention to detail are exactly what we were hoping for. A huge thank you to Riley R. and the Stegbar team for delivering such a great experience. It's rare these days to find a company that combines a quality product with genuinely great customer service. I went to the Rowville store to specifically see if Stegbar window winders could replace the poor quality brand used on my windows. Amanda at reception assisted me. As an owner/builder, there are inevitably many questions & unforeseen issues along the way, and having a supplier that's genuinely willing to help makes a huge difference. From helping me with work through initial Energy ratings, which had a significant impact on the design of my home. To the team on the road being available to come to site and work through issues, proactively identifying anything that wasn't up to the 'Stegbar standard'. Peter Gallagher is the Northern Rivers rep for Stegbar and has overseen 3 sets of sliding doors and 2built in wardrobes. The whole process was quick and seemless. I highly recommend him.

Very seamless process start to end. We had a glass sliding door with screen installed recently. The email communication is very clear and easy to understand. Hayley our Sales Rep was wonderful, very informative and clear about how it all works and the process. Hayley came out on 1st April and the door was installed on 27th May so it is a long wait time but the doors are made to order so it makes sense. We had Sam install our door. He came out on 24th April to do a final measure before they made the door. Door was delivered the day before installation. Sam gave us plenty of notice for when he was turning up. Really great workmanship on the install. Also had a Scorpio Screen fitted on the door as well, which happened a few days after the door install. That was all a seamless process as well. Scorpio Screens just called me once our door installation was booked in and they try and get your screen fitted as close to that date as possible. Overall we are very happy with our new glass sliding door! :)

I visited Stegbar Pooraka to purchase new seals for existing Stegbar shower screen . The sales representative Patrick Spencer was extremely helpful in ensuring Stegbar supplied the correct pieces at good price. His customer service and thoroughness was greatly appreciated by my wife and myself. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
