We used Star RV for the Gympie Music Muster for myself and band, and the whole experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. I recently rented a Starv motorhome from Jucy and had an excellent experience. The check-in and pick-up process was smooth, with friendly and helpful staff making everything easy. The RV itself was top of the range—spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything working perfectly. We rented a camper for 5 people and the pickup went very easy. The documents and the camper were ready for us and within 20 minutes we were ready to leave. The service was very friendly. We would rent there again!

We had a great time with the Polaris 6. We’d never used a motorhome but it was made easy by Star RV. We’d book again.
I was dubious because of the other reviews on Google however, we had an absolutely excellent experience with Star RV Sydney. At the collection they were really busy but the staff were all friendly and helpful. We were travelling with our two young children and they sorted the car seats and kids chairs etc. The Fiat Polaris 6 we got was in excellent condition, clean throughout and it all worked well. We found we were missing towels and tea towels but we emailed the main Star RV helpdesk and they said to go and buy them and then at collection reimbursed us. All in all we had an amazing family trip.
Had a fantastic Road trip in the Star camper van that we hired. It had everything we needed for our trip and was extremely comfortable. The customer service we received at pick up and drop off was brilliant 🤩. We would definitely recommend Star RV Motorhome Hire for anyone planning a road trip.
이번이 호주에서 4번째 캠핑카 여행이었는데 이곳이 시내와 공항에서 가깝고 빠르게 친절하게 캠핑카를 인도해 주어서 감사했습니다. 전에는 1시간이상 기다려 인도받은 경험이 있어서 너무 실망스러웠는데 이곳은 아주 신속했습니다. 무엇보다 이번에 받은 캠핑카가 신차이고 편의시설이 완벽해서 아주 좋았습니다.

Wir hatten einen camper von Starrv für die Dauer von 3 Wochen gebucht. Der Van den wir bekamen war ziemlich neu, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Alle Angstellten mit denen wir Kontakt hatten waren super freundlich und bemüht uns schnellst möglich zu helfen. Ob es bei der Fahrzeugeinführung war, als wir die Bettwäsche in Brisbane wechseln ließen oder als das Bett einen technischen Fehler hatte. Man konnte telefonisch immer jemanden erreichen und es wurde für alles eine super Lösung gefunden. Wir können also nur von einer super tollen und entspannten Erfahrung mit starrv berichten. We booked a camper with Starrv for 3 weeks. The camper we got was fairly new, well equipped and clean. All the employees we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful, whether it was when we picked up the vehicle in Sydney, when changing our linen in Brisbane or when we had a problem with our bed. Problems were always solved as quickly and as best as possible. We can only report very positive experiences after our experience.
Great motorhome rental! We’ve rented a motorhome from Star RV while going on a 8 week trip with our twin baby’s. The camper was super spacious and easily fitted two car seats. Beds were very comfortable and the camper had all necessities you can imagine. As we were traveling through the outback, it was great that lots of groceries could be placed in the fridge and it had even a small freezer (super convenient with kids!). Make sure to stop at their other offices if you’re passing by to get fresh linen, great service! We would definitely rent with them again!
We just want to commend all the staff who attended to us, specially to our check in guy on 4th September noon - he single handedly did the registration and handover to us the 4 big RVs. Followed by some help of 2 other staff on the later part who are also very helpful. It makes our holiday even happier when attended by happy staff like them. The RVs are in good conditions. Highly Recommended.
