We had an excellent experience with Star RV New Zealand. The campervan was modern, clean, and very well equipped, making our road trip around New Zealand comfortable and stress-free. The vehicle was easy to drive, fuel-efficient, and had everything we needed for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful in explaining the vehicle's features. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, ample storage space, and reliable onboard facilities. Throughout our trip, the campervan performed perfectly and gave us the freedom to explore New Zealand's stunning scenery at our own pace. We would highly recommend Star RV to anyone planning a campervan holiday and would happily rent from them again.

It was a great experience at Jucy Queenstown branch. Had multiple times travel with Jucy/Star RV, always happy about their customer service. This time I was served by Suneeta (If I remembered the lovely Indian lady's name correctly), not only had she help me check out the RV in a fast and professional manner, but also shared a number of useful information and heads up to ensure our journey safe and smooth. We had a great experience. we picked up in Queenstown and dropped in Christchurch. Easy to drive vehicle. Had a few agrat yes but no major problems. We had a great family holiday even that the weather was not the summer we expected.

We hired a motorhome to explore the South Island with the whānau, and honestly, Star RV made the whole trip smooth as. The van was clean, spacious, and packed with everything we needed, comfy beds, full kitchen setup, heaps of storage, and even USB ports for the kids' tablets (lifesaver!). Booking was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pickup/drop-off process was a breeze. It became more than just transport, it was our home on wheels and the base for all our best memories. If you’re keen on a road trip with comfort and zero stress, I 100% recommend Star RV. Chur team, you made our NZ adventure next level!

The service at the location in Queenstown was very good! We picked up our Star RV Polaris 2 in Christchurch, but had a problem with it (check engine light went on) on the way from Te Anau to Queenstown. We arrived at the rental station in Queenstown only a few minutes before closing, but still the employees made it possible to take care of the Problem. Our Polaris 2 should not be driven further according to the mechanic, therefore we had to change vehicles. There was no equal vehicle available, so we got a Polaris 4 instead. The very nice employee took care of everything, showed us all functions of the other vehicle and closed the station over an hour later, than normal! The additional costs for the already booked ferry from Picton to Wellington, due to the larger dimensions of the motorhome were also refunded at the dropoff in Auckland! The whole dropoff process in Auckland was also very easy and quick! We were very satisfied with the customer service at both rental stations. Picking Star RV as Motorhome rental company was a really good decision!
