Vehicle was very clean & ready at pick up. It was easy to drive & comfortable. Plenty of storage for food & clothes. We didn't use the shower or toilet as we stayed in caravan parks & the space was quite small. Air conditioning is a good idea & was efficient & quiet. A good vehicle for a week. Drop off was quick & easy.

We picked up our Polaris 6 camper van in Adelaide and dropped it off in Brisbane. There were a few issues like cabinet knobs coming off in your hand, the remote for the airconditioning having leaked, crusty batteries and when the air conditioning did eventually work (Thanks to a stop at Starrv in Sydney) turning it on full meant holding a bucket underneath for excess water! All in all we have fond memories of our 2 week trip. The Mercedes was a joy to drive albeit some of the big city roads are quite narrow.

We rented their Polaris campervan for 65 days, and were so sad when it ended. The van is really designed well for 2 people on an extended trip, and StarRV made it easy (although we booked through Motorhome Republic). Highly recommend this method of visiting the National Parks in Australia.

Where do I start?! Right from booking, staff were very helpful and assisted with our initial enquiries They answered every (little and often silly!) enquiry and made the whole process very easy right through to departure. Staff were fantastic on making us feel comfortable and confident with our van. All the big and little details were discussed, including a walk-through with our van. The van kept us very happy, safe and sound for 14 days as we went right up to the top end. With 40+ degree days the van kept us very cool - She didn't skip a beat! The van supplied everything we needed for a family of four, just like our caravan. It was very comfortable and spacious with two teenagers. Highly recommend StarRV for your next adventure. The service, safety of the van and quality really stood out for us. Just what you need for a hire doing long km's and ensuring your precious family is safe and happy. 10/10 for us.

We hired the Polaris 6 from Perth to Adelaide via Broome and Darwin and we didn't have one single glitch, even driving nearly 15,000km over two months! This is literally a home away from home with so many incredible details that you will really love - especially the shower, sink, a/c, and so much more. Honestly, we couldn't have done this big trip without Star RV! If you're wondering whether to book with them, do it!! So so amazing!
