Star RV pick up in Brisbane
The team at Star RV in Brisbane made our motorhome pick up experience smooth and pleasant. They were friendly and professional, the vehicle was clean and well presented, and we could do our ‘settling in’ under cover and unrushed.

Very nice staff, happy holiday happy RVs
We will be back
We had a really good experience renting from starRV for our New Zealand trip. The vehicle was a great size for us and was handed over in good condition. It also came very well equipped with pretty much everything we needed for the trip, including cooking utensils, bedding, plates and cutlery. There were even thoughtful extras like a toaster and wine glasses, which made living in the campervan very comfortable. One area that could be improved would be the handover process. We felt that it could have been a little more thorough, as we were mostly left to carry out the vehicle checks ourselves. Thankfully, we had come prepared with a detailed checklist and were able to clarify anything we were unsure about with the starRV staff. To their credit, the service staff were very helpful and patient in answering all our questions. We also would have appreciated having the option to choose the vehicle generation or model, rather than having one randomly assigned, especially since there can be differences between the newer and older vehicles. Overall, though, we had a positive experience with starRV. The campervan was comfortable, well equipped and suited our trip very well. I would definitely consider renting from starRV again for another New Zealand road trip.

This campervan experience was beyond…
This campervan experience was beyond expectations, with a fully contained van featuring updated technology including lane assist, adaptive speed control and plenty of space. I also quickly stopped worrying about energy consumption and charging capability as the battery lasted quite a while and I had no issues with charging devices. The bed was comfortable although I’m 6’5” so I got a bit tired of not fitting after a while. The petrol last a good while. Over 4000kms, I refuelled maybes 4-5 times. My only gripe was that the water and grey water tank digital meters were far from accurate, only providing a reading at the nearest 25% which would be skewed massively if I was on a slope.

Himani was so helpful before we even left for our trip, she gave lots of little tips and recommendations along the way. Would definitely use again, fabulous trip

Fantastic experience with star RV, great van and service! Best trip ☺️
Excellent service
Picking up our campervan at Perth Airport was seamless from start to finish, largely thanks to Coby. The pickup location made getting on the road completely hassle-free. Coby was fantastic—friendly, professional, and thorough. He walked us through every feature of the campervan, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure we felt 100% confident operating everything before we drove off. His local tips and warm service set a great tone for the whole trip. Exceptional service from Coby made all the difference—we would definitely book through this location again!

We had an amazing experience with Star RV! We travelled from Adelaide to Perth and covered nearly 4,000 km in the van. Everything went really smoothly, the van was great, and it allowed us to have an incredible road trip and visit some absolutely amazing places along the way. The Star RV team was fantastic from start to finish — super friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. A massive thank you to Kobe and his colleague who we met in Perth, you guys were legends! Thanks again to the whole Star RV team for helping make this trip such a great experience.

We had a great experience booking the caravan. Everything was well organised, and the caravan was clean, comfortable, and easy to use. A special thanks to Himani Shree Pokhrel, who did a great job as our guide. She was very helpful, friendly, and provided us with all the information we needed whenever we had questions. Her support made our experience even better. Highly recommended! 😊
It was amazing trip travelling around…
It was amazing trip travelling around in WA for 5 weeks. I was amazed that the Van (Hired under RVStar) had run very well which I have driven over 33.000km. I admitted I have wish to choose bigger size of the Van as the Van I hired was quite too small inside the Van for me but main thing the Van run very well to many places I had visited in WA. WA are truly amazing and beautiful country even the local people are quite friendly people.
Ease of rental
Ease of rental, great inclusions and more competitively priced than the likes of Britz/Maui etc
Campervan is a great way to see NZ
Campervan is a great way to see NZ. Our Star RV served the purpose very well. we had the 6 Berth Ivesco van and this drove very well. the van was comfortable. The team was wonderful to deal with, they seemed very focused on helping us to have the best experience possible, were happy to supply more linen 1/2 way through the trip. It was an easy pick up & drop off.

Really had the greatest experience with these guys Barbie and Himani (hope the spelling is right) were both lovely to deal with and so helpful. They made the process super easy and even though it was crazy busy at the time I arrived the still managed to help me and the other customers with everything. It was amazing and I would recommend to anyone

Rented the Polaris 2 for a trip to Geraldton, being 6'10 it was a tight fit but quite manageable. Bed was a worry before hiring but when using it I actually managed to fit with my girlfriend without any difficulty! Kobe provided excellent service and was a pleasure to deal with as well. Will be back.

Our Star RV Polaris 6 was great for 3 adults to enjoy a trip from Adelaide to Perth. Both depots are close enough to each airport to make it very convinient to collect and drop off the van. It was an older van but mechanically we felt very safe and had no problems on the trip. There were no hitches when booking the van and when we needed to change drop off dates the staff accomidated us professionally and witout any hassles. They were great to del with all round. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Unfortunately we aryvd somewhat late to pickup our "Juicy" we had phoned ahead to explain we were running late and th staff were vry understanding. Kobe was very kind and stayed back to complete th handover. Our "Juicy" was great to drive and fully equipt for our 2wk. tour to Karinjini, we had no mechanical problems and a wonderful trip all round. On our return both Morena and Kobe were there to welcome us back and ask about our trip. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company. Cheers Robert& Tashi.
Such a great van you won’t want to give it back
We were able to collect the van with ease and drop it off at a different location. It was reliable and easy to drive. It had everything in we required for an amazing holiday. It really added to our wonderful experience and allowed us to see so much of the east coast.
great RV
our Polaris 2 was clean, well-maintained, and everything was ready to go. I also love the easy and quick pickup and dropoff process at the Melbourne branch.

Superb experience traveling on Star RV motorhome. Excellent customer service indeed. Staff members are so helpful and friendly. We got ourselves 6 berth motorhome that was running at top notch. Picking up and returning the motorhome were seamless. Shuttle is not available from airport but you can just get on a Rideshare for about 20$. Equipped with Digital TV, hot bath, stove, media system, microwave oven, oven & a lot more that can uplift your roadtrip experience!

We had a wonderful journey with our Star RV campervan! The motorhome was well-equipped and provided incredible convenience for our road trip across New Zealand. The check-in and hand-over process went smoothly. Just a couple of minor points for improvement:1. We encountered a slight issue with draining the grey water/waste water hose at times. 2. The side awning was not functional during our trip. Overall, it was still a fantastic rental experience! Thanks for making our New Zealand trip so memorable.

The whole Star RV experience was awesome
Quick easy pickup and drop off but unfortunately no airport service and used DidiVery easy to go through pickup routine and simple clear instructions RV was clean and easy to move around and had a cold fridge and a heap of storage I found it easy to drive and pretty economical on fuel and drove to Hervey Bay and back on less than a tank of fuel The double bed was very comfortable and I slept well The electronic controls to turn on/off shower , water pump etc was very easy The two staff at pick up were very friendly , multilingual and helpful and return was even easier !!!!
So easy to book
So easy to book! Staff friendly and willing to help! Fast and easy check in system! Van clean and everything we needed
The Polaris 2. Winner.
The core of our experience was the vehicle itself, A Fiat based Polaris-2 fitted into normal parking bays, handled like a sports car and was in off grid setup. This gave us proper independance while exploring the Daintree out of the Cairns depot. 1st class experience.
김김가연
The staff was kind but some details were missing such as where is the remote controller for the TV and how to operate the TV and fridge. But overally it was satisfying .
BNE to SYD and back
We had an amazing trip, and every single experience made it memorable. The motorhome was beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed, making our journey enjoyable from start to finish. I do have a couple of suggestions that could make the experience even better. Firstly, the grey water drain hose was too short. We stayed at six different campgrounds, and it only reached the drain at one of them, so a longer hose would be very helpful. Secondly, the pick-up process took quite a while. Having more staff available during vehicle collection would help reduce waiting times and make the experience much smoother. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend Starrv to others.

It was an amazing experience. I had one problem with a battery but they were so quick to fix it. Customer service was very great, pick up was quick, and drop off was quick too. They didn't go over every little thing as I expected from a rental company. They were very chill. The campervan itself was great too and came with a full manual but most were self explanatory

Best service in town
Best service in town! Pick up was so easy, late return easy to amend. Just a little bit confusing on the guideline as the late drop off should be more details, as the gate is closed already we we arrive, but we manage to park in front of the office (even we thought is not quit secure)

I was worried by the comments here at the beginning. But overall everything were functionally. Items are bit old but workable
Last minute RV cancellation
We made a RV booking with Star RV through Ratpack travel and sadly 2 weeks before arring in Australia had to cancel due to middle east travel restrictions . Both Ratpack and Star RV were fantastic with us when we cancelled. Our deposit understandingly was not refundable but Ratpack travel and Star RV have offered to hold our deposit for 2 years allowing us to use it on a future trip next year . Brilliant service from day 1 and wonderful customer service .

Good quality vehicle
Ease of pickup and drop off
Good experience
We booked the Polaris 2 through Ratpack Travel, to drive from Brisbane to Cairns. We had to wait around a hour for the camper to be sorted on pick up despite booking a pick up time. The camper van was fairly clean and in a good condition, modern and exactly how it was advertised. Unfortunately we didn’t check our electric cable before we left and when we got to our first powered campsite it was partially melted. It was resolved by a phone call to the emergency number who stated we’d be reimbursed for buying a new cable, which we were. Just make sure you check the state of the camper before you leave the pick up location, check the cables and watch the help videos that they have. Overall we had a great experience.
Travelling with twin toddlers - Polaris 6 had all the space we needed
We picked up the Polaris 6 for our 7,5 week road trip from Auckland, staff were friendly and helpful. The camper is very spacious and we had plenty of room with the 4 of us. Along the way we stopped at the other locations of StarRV to swap our linen, which is a great service when your on the road for so long. If your planning on doing a road trip with a family of 4 or 5, then definitely check out the Polaris 6 of StarRV.

(Translated by Google) The agency was incredibly helpful. Despite a two-hour delay in picking up the campervan, they lent us a car and offered us a goodwill gesture. The vehicle wasn't very clean, but it was functional. Even better, the agency representative called a taxi for me on the return trip using her own phone and tracked the taxi order until it arrived. Thank you again to her. (Original)

I had a very positive rental experience with Star RV overall. The staff were professional and friendly, the pickup and return process was fast and smooth, and the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. From a service and vehicle perspective, everything met my expectations. I recommend Star RV to others based on the quality of their vehicles and the professionalism of their staff. I appreciate the overall service provided and thank the Star RV team for an otherwise smooth and enjoyable rental experience. 🙏🌷

I had a wonderful experience, pick up was great even though it was very busy, the van Was immaculate and looked and performed fantastic as we certainly did many kilometres without a hiccup. Drop off was a breeze with great customer service. We had an incredible holiday thanks so much to Star RV Perth
Super Camper
Spacious RV for a young family!
We’ve had the best time with our Polaris 6 RV! It was perfect for our family of 4 (two adults and two toddlers). The RV was super spacious. The bed in the back of the RV was easily converted from table to bed. The large fridge and separate freezer could store enough for a couple of days and the RV had enough storage space for all our belongings (our double stroller even fit in the back). The minor issues we encountered were rapidly fixed with great service! Super convenient that they allow you to change your linnen and towels if you pass one of their offices. It has been our second time taking a RV of StarRV on the road, and we will definitely continue to do so 🙌
Louise Gray
As first timers, my husband and I had the most wonderful adventure on the road in our RV. We loved the convenience of not having to transport our luggage from a car every time we got to a new destination. We hope to explore a different destination in another Star RV in the future.

We hired a Star RV for a road trip from Busselton to Port Hedland and back, and it was fantastic. The RV was quite new, very comfortable and had great functionality. We booked through Ratpack Travel which was a great way to navigate all the campervan options that are available. We had a couple of minor issues on the way (eg. automatic cruise control kept turning itself off) but these were minor and didn't detract from a great experience overall. This was our first time hiring a campervan and I woud recommend Star RV to others wanting to do a road trip in WA.
Hamza Ahmed
Our first time RV experience with Star RV was good. Got Fiat model RV which was good. Service was nice and they refunded Ad Blue oil filled by us. Only drawback is that there should be early check in (before 8am) and late drop off facility as we needed to return by 2:30pm. Overall we enjoyed

We picked up our motorhomes from Perth and road tripped to Exmouth It was fantastic to go with family and friends in a small convoy Being able to go wherever you like and take everything with us was so much more fun and flexible We really loved being able to have a shower after a snorkel and be able to make lunch or just get out of the sun and heat for a break I highly recommend traveling like this The team at star tv were helpful and easy to deal with An awesome holiday with memories that will last a lifetime Bringing on next years adventure with Star Rv

The pick up was so easy and the two young ladies knew a lot about the van and gave us a lot of confidence also whilst travelling the helped with a simple question to make things clear could not have received any better service

We hired a fiat Campervan for 16 days via Star RV in early march. The whole process was seamless at pick at drop off with May and the other staff at the Perth depot going out of their way to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. The vehicle itself was in top condition and well stocked. We would thoroughly recommend Star Rv to anyone thinking of seeing WA via a Campervan experience.

We explored South West Australia with the Polaris 2 and had an unforgettable time! Picking up the camper went super smoothly and we were helped so kindly. Everything was explained very clearly. The Polaris 2 is truly the most beautiful motorhome we have traveled with! The motorhome is compact but nothing is missing and every detail has been thought of. We enjoyed our trip so much and would definitely rent our motorhome from Star RV again next time!

(Translated by Google) We rented the Polaris 6 for a month and it was fantastic. It has all the necessary equipment for a great stay (even air conditioning to withstand the intense heat of northern Australia). We were a little worried about the size of the vehicle at first, but it's very easy to drive. Compared to the classic vans we're used to renting, we definitely felt like we were in a luxury vehicle 😊 We picked up the vehicle in Darwin and returned it in Perth. The Star RV team at both locations was excellent, and the pickup and drop-off went smoothly.

My husband and I rented the Polaris 2 for the weekend, and we went down south of Western Australia - Busselton. We have an absolutely blasting of a weekend in this well equipped and well designed van. It has everything you need to go on the road trip. From the essential toilet, shower, gas cook top to the luxuart items - TV, air-con and plent of storage. I simply can't praise it enough. I will definitely recommend it to any 2 people wanting to have a lovely time away.

Only two minor moans, 1, the mattress could have been thicker and 2 , I was told the water tank was filled but it was empty which I found out on my first night which was a wild camp, fortunately I had bought along bottled water. Other than that, the van ran faultlessly, and the staff were amazing. Cost represented excellent value !

I didn't personally rent a van from Star RV, one of my friends did. He lives overseas, and when he got home, he realised he had left an item of immense sentimental value in the van that he rented. It took a few calls to arrange (understandably), but the team at Star RV (notably Maria and Flavia) were extremely helpful and arranged for the item to be mailed to me in Sydney. They went above and beyond to return the item, so we just want to make sure everyone knows how awesome they are. Thanks again.

The motorhome was perfectly equipped for my adventure. I drove from Perth to Brisbane. It has all the commodities you might need for this kind of journey. The vehicles and equipment are in very good conditions. The team was super friendly and helpful, you felt welcome from the first step you put in the branch in Perth. It was great to do this journey with an StarRV!

We hired the Polaris 6 for 2 weeks, and it was brilliant. It has an air conditioning unit within the van, and an awning on the exterior (both of which aren't clearly outlined as being available on the GoSee website we booked through). We added extra camping chairs and a table which was all included with the stress free insurance package (which I'd recommend getting). We had 6 adults in the van, and it was ideal for somewhere to sleep at the end of each day. I wouldn't particularly want to spend too much time in the van with all 6 of us in at one time, but you rarely would be doing that anyway. Thanks to the Star RV team, they were smooth on pickup and drop-off.

Really good experience, we had the Polaris 6 it's a modern motorhome with lot of features included, good condition and clean. Very comfortable to sleep in, we were a group of 4 adults for 10 days and it was fantastic. If I had to highlight a minor disadvantage I would say that the water heater was too small but no big deal. Thank you Star RV, you are a lovely team.

Overall very good. We are a family so hired a 6 berth polaris 6. Was huge to drive and park, but got used to it fast and turned out easy to drive. we drove 4000km in 2 wks. comfortable and easy to set up beds etc. I was worried having read many poor reviews, but we had a great experience. drop off and pick up was fast and painless. the Van had 2 leaky windows, which I siliconed up, and a couple of minor bugs, but nothing major. it had 38,000km on it. was clean and everything functioned fine.

Thankyou to the team at Star RV in Perth for an awesome pick up and drop off experience. The guys there were super friendly and helpful and the vehicle was excellently presented. We arrived right on opening time, were dealt with immediately and were able to get moving quickly. Return was easy too. Shout out to Gilberto especially for great service. Dave
