We used Ratpack to book our vehicle. They helped us pick the perfect vehicle for us and our needs.They highly recommended Star. Our vehicle was very clean, very easy to use, very easy to drive, and set up each night was a breeze. We will use Star, and Ratpack again!

We hired a Star RV for a road trip from Busselton to Port Hedland and back, and it was fantastic. The RV was quite new, very comfortable and had great functionality. We booked through Ratpack Travel which was a great way to navigate all the campervan options that are available. We had a couple of minor issues on the way (eg. automatic cruise control kept turning itself off) but these were minor and didn't detract from a great experience overall. This was our first time hiring a campervan and I woud recommend Star RV to others wanting to do a road trip in WA.

Our first time RV experience with Star RV was good. Got Fiat model RV which was good. Service was nice and they refunded Ad Blue oil filled by us. Only drawback is that there should be early check in (before 8am) and late drop off facility as we needed to return by 2:30pm. Overall we enjoyed

We picked up our motorhomes from Perth and road tripped to Exmouth It was fantastic to go with family and friends in a small convoy Being able to go wherever you like and take everything with us was so much more fun and flexible We really loved being able to have a shower after a snorkel and be able to make lunch or just get out of the sun and heat for a break I highly recommend traveling like this The team at star tv were helpful and easy to deal with An awesome holiday with memories that will last a lifetime Bringing on next years adventure with Star Rv

We hired a fiat Campervan for 16 days via Star RV in early march. The whole process was seamless at pick at drop off with May and the other staff at the Perth depot going out of their way to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. The vehicle itself was in top condition and well stocked. We would thoroughly recommend Star Rv to anyone thinking of seeing WA via a Campervan experience.

We explored South West Australia with the Polaris 2 and had an unforgettable time! Picking up the camper went super smoothly and we were helped so kindly. Everything was explained very clearly. The Polaris 2 is truly the most beautiful motorhome we have traveled with! The motorhome is compact but nothing is missing and every detail has been thought of. We enjoyed our trip so much and would definitely rent our motorhome from Star RV again next time!

My husband and I rented the Polaris 2 for the weekend, and we went down south of Western Australia - Busselton. We have an absolutely blasting of a weekend in this well equipped and well designed van. It has everything you need to go on the road trip. From the essential toilet, shower, gas cook top to the luxuart items - TV, air-con and plent of storage. I simply can't praise it enough. I will definitely recommend it to any 2 people wanting to have a lovely time away.

Only two minor moans, 1, the mattress could have been thicker and 2 , I was told the water tank was filled but it was empty which I found out on my first night which was a wild camp, fortunately I had bought along bottled water. Other than that, the van ran faultlessly, and the staff were amazing. Cost represented excellent value !

I didn't personally rent a van from Star RV, one of my friends did. He lives overseas, and when he got home, he realised he had left an item of immense sentimental value in the van that he rented. It took a few calls to arrange (understandably), but the team at Star RV (notably Maria and Flavia) were extremely helpful and arranged for the item to be mailed to me in Sydney. They went above and beyond to return the item, so we just want to make sure everyone knows how awesome they are. Thanks again.

The motorhome was perfectly equipped for my adventure. I drove from Perth to Brisbane. It has all the commodities you might need for this kind of journey. The vehicles and equipment are in very good conditions. The team was super friendly and helpful, you felt welcome from the first step you put in the branch in Perth. We hired the Polaris 6 for 2 weeks, and it was brilliant. It has an air conditioning unit within the van, and an awning on the exterior (both of which aren't clearly outlined as being available on the GoSee website we booked through). We added extra camping chairs and a table which was all included with the stress free insurance package (which I'd recommend getting). We had 6 adults in the van, and it was ideal for somewhere to sleep at the end of each day. I wouldn't particularly want to spend too much time in the van with all 6 of us in at one time, but you rarely would be doing that anyway. Thanks to the Star RV team, they were smooth on pickup and drop-off.

Really good experience, we had the Polaris 6 it's a modern motorhome with lot of features included, good condition and clean. Very comfortable to sleep in, we were a group of 4 adults for 10 days and it was fantastic. If I had to highlight a minor disadvantage I would say that the water heater was too small but no big deal. Thank you Star RV, you are a lovely team.

Overall very good. We are a family so hired a 6 berth polaris 6. Was huge to drive and park, but got used to it fast and turned out easy to drive. we drove 4000km in 2 wks. comfortable and easy to set up beds etc. I was worried having read many poor reviews, but we had a great experience. drop off and pick up was fast and painless. the Van had 2 leaky windows, which I siliconed up, and a couple of minor bugs, but nothing major. it had 38,000km on it. was clean and everything functioned fine.
