Our first time RV experience with Star RV was good. Got Fiat model RV which was good. Service was nice and they refunded Ad Blue oil filled by us. Only drawback is that there should be early check in (before 8am) and late drop off facility as we needed to return by 2:30pm. Overall we enjoyed
All staff have been attentive and helpful. Very happy with this company so far.
We picked up our motorhomes from Perth and road tripped to Exmouth
It was fantastic to go with family and friends in a small convoy
Being able to go wherever you like and take everything with us was so much more fun and flexible
We really loved being able to have a shower after a snorkel and be able to make lunch or just get out of the sun and heat for a break

The pick up was so easy and the two young ladies knew a lot about the van and gave us a lot of confidence also whilst travelling the helped with a simple question to make things clear could not have received any better service
We hired a fiat Campervan for 16 days via Star RV in early march. The whole process was seamless at pick at drop off with May and the other staff at the Perth depot going out of their way to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. The vehicle itself was in top condition and well stocked. We would thoroughly recommend Star Rv to anyone thinking of seeing WA via a Campervan experience.

Nous avons loué un Polaris 6 pendant 10 jours environ. Nous n'avons pas eu de temps d'attente pour prendre le motor home. Le monsieur nous ayant accueillit a été très agréable, gentil et nous a bien tout expliqué. Nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes techniques avec le véhicule, tout ce que nous voulions utilisé a bien fonctionné. Nous n'avons pas eu de problemes lorsque nous avons rendu le véhicule. Tout a été parfait. Merci.

Today I'm finishing a 10-day road trip with the Polaris 6, and it's a very well-equipped, spacious vehicle, ideal for 3 people or more. The staff at star RV, especially May, are very welcoming, smiling, explain everything you need to know and make sure you have everything you need to start your adventure. I recommend this rental agency 👍🏼

We explored South West Australia with the Polaris 2 and had an unforgettable time! Picking up the camper went super smoothly and we were helped so kindly. Everything was explained very clearly. The Polaris 2 is truly the most beautiful motorhome we have traveled with! The motorhome is compact but nothing is missing and every detail has been thought of. We enjoyed our trip so much and would definitely rent our motorhome from Star RV again next time!

Nous avons loué le Polaris 6 pour 1 mois et c'était génial. Il a tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer une super séjour (même une clim pour supporter les fortes chaleurs du nord de l’Australie) Nous avions un peu peur de la taille du véhicule au début mais ça se conduit très facilement. Par rapport aux vans classique qu’on a l’habitude de louer on se sentait clairement dans un véhicule de luxe 😊 Nous avons pris le véhicule à Darwin et rendu le véhicule à Perth, dans les deux agences l'équipe de Star RV était au top, le ramassage et le dépôt se sont déroulés sans problème.
My husband and I rented the Polaris 2 for the weekend, and we went down south of Western Australia - Busselton. We have an absolutely blasting of a weekend in this well equipped and well designed van. It has everything you need to go on the road trip. From the essential toilet, shower, gas cook top to the luxuart items - TV, air-con and plent of storage. I simply can't praise it enough. I will definitely recommend it to any 2 people wanting to have a lovely time away.
Only two minor moans, 1, the mattress could have been thicker and 2 , I was told the water tank was filled but it was empty which I found out on my first night which was a wild camp, fortunately I had bought along bottled water. Other than that, the van ran faultlessly, and the staff were amazing. Cost represented excellent value !

I didn't personally rent a van from Star RV, one of my friends did. He lives overseas, and when he got home, he realised he had left an item of immense sentimental value in the van that he rented. It took a few calls to arrange (understandably), but the team at Star RV (notably Maria and Flavia) were extremely helpful and arranged for the item to be mailed to me in Sydney. They went above and beyond to return the item, so we just want to make sure everyone knows how awesome they are. Thanks again.
The motorhome was perfectly equipped for my adventure. I drove from Perth to Brisbane. It has all the commodities you might need for this kind of journey. The vehicles and equipment are in very good conditions. The team was super friendly and helpful, you felt welcome from the first step you put in the branch in Perth. It was great to do this journey with an StarRV!
We hired the Polaris 6 for 2 weeks, and it was brilliant. It has an air conditioning unit within the van, and an awning on the exterior (both of which aren't clearly outlined as being available on the GoSee website we booked through). We added extra camping chairs and a table which was all included with the stress free insurance package (which I'd recommend getting). We had 6 adults in the van, and it was ideal for somewhere to sleep at the end of each day. I wouldn't particularly want to spend too much time in the van with all 6 of us in at one time, but you rarely would be doing that anyway. Thanks to the Star RV team, they were smooth on pickup and drop-off.
Really good experience, we had the Polaris 6 it's a modern motorhome with lot of features included, good condition and clean. Very comfortable to sleep in, we were a group of 4 adults for 10 days and it was fantastic. If I had to highlight a minor disadvantage I would say that the water heater was too small but no big deal. Thank you Star RV, you are a lovely team.
Went here and meet superb friendly staff who want to help us in any way. The rv we rent also fantastic altough there are some issues but it was minor. I would recomend to rent again next time we go to Perthagain

We are a family so hired a 6 berth polaris 6. Was huge to drive and park, but got used to it fast and turned out easy to drive. we drove 4000km in 2 wks. comfortable and easy to set up beds etc.
I was worried having read many poor reviews, but we had a great experience. drop off and pick up was fast and painless.
the Van had 2 leaky windows, which I siliconed up, and a couple of minor bugs, but nothing major. it had 38,000km on it. was clean and everything functioned fine.
Thankyou to the team at Star RV in Perth for an awesome pick up and drop off experience. The guys there were super friendly and helpful and the vehicle was excellently presented. We arrived right on opening time, were dealt with immediately and were able to get moving quickly. Return was easy too. Shout out to Gilberto especially for great service. Dave
