Our rental was written off the day before were due to collect. Another had to be bought from Adelaide that night so we ended up setting off 4 hours later than had hoped. But, the lengths the team went too to make sure we had a vehicle was exceptional and greatly appreciated.

The loveliest people ever! Me and my friend were very unsure about driving such a large vehicle but Karen and Andrew were so sweet about it! Andrew took us both for a test drive around the centre making sure we were comfortable at every stage! Karen showed us everything we needed to know inside, super helpful! Thank you so much :)

Karen and Andrew were so unbelievably helpful with sorting out our RV (we were both a bit scared to drive something so big). Karen gave us an in depth tour of the inside, sorted the paperwork and was so kind and patient with us (thank you Karen!!) and Andrew took us each for a test drive and explained all the mechanics. Thank you both so so much for you kindness and patience, it’s made the world of difference! :)

I recently rented a brand-new, latest-generation camper van from StarRW, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. All the agreements were fully respected, and I felt protected and safe thanks to the option of purchasing insurance that reduced my liability in case of damage. Had a Polaris 2, Fiat Ducati, Gen 3. Pick up from Melbourne and drop off Sydney. Traveled all along the coast and what a ride. Great country. The van was the best I’ve traveled in to date, comfy, perfect setup inside and the automatic bed (push button to store it away for the daytime), swivel front seats. Double door to the toilet/shower. Also, access to the gas from inside van. The drive was a very smooth and comfortable. All in all, drop off and pickup were seamless and quick. Very good staff on both ends. Already looking forward to the next trip. If you’re reading this, the answer is yes. Book it straight away and enjoy.

We had amazing experience at Jucy's Tullamarine depot when picking up our RV. Alannah was very warm and hospitable. She explained in details on how to handle, use and every information that we need to know about the RV. The process was very fast too. Would love to come back to Australia and drive StarRV or Jucy again soon.

Having good experience and have been renting for 3rd time in this year. The most best experience will be airport transfer without any charges or further comments. Although they are some side defects internally but is manageable and did highlight to them to take actions. My suggestions to rent with full coverage so that do not worries of any faulty or damages to consider.

Loved dealing with Star and Jucy people. They were always helpful and answered quickly. If you take a Polaris 2 always ask for the 2nd generation not the third. I tried both and the newer one is badly designed IMHO. The basin is small with no filter water tap. The TV is in an unwatchable position. The toilet shower doors are very creaky and wake up everyone, the shower is not as nice as there’s no shower head just a pull out hose. The bed moving up and down is ridiculously high to get into with no foot step provided. Finally the gen 2 fixed bed had lots of clothing room whereas the gen 3 had lots… under the power lift bed! I would use these guys again if I got the fixed bed version and I have to say they were very accommodating to changing plans due to flooding.

We picked up our camper here. The staff was really friendly and answered all our questions and explained all the details of the camper. We rented a big 6 person camper, so there was a lot to explain, but they really took their time and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The camper was super clean, so that was a good start of our trip. Along the way we had a minor issue with our fridge, but it was quickly solved. We also had a flat tire because we drove over a nail, but the roadside assistance fixed it within 1 hour, so that was solved quickly as well. Driving the camper was actually really easy, the big mirrors and camera help a lot. (even though the view from the camera wasn't that wide) It’s great having your own shower and the big bed and seating area were both really comfy. We used this 6 person camper only for ourselves as a couple, so it was great to have so much space during our road trip trough Australia.

Booked our RV for 6 days and it was nothing but splendid! The team was very responsive to our queries. My friends and I enjoyed our trip especially with the RV. The RV was clean and well-maintained. The StarRv team at the Melbounre branch are world class ! Super friendly, helpful and welcoming. They are a real asset to the organisation. Special shout out to Janette for her assistance. The van itself was mostly amazing. We had a slight niggle with our water tank, however the team went above and beyond and communicated with us at every step. We totally understand things can go wrong outside of your control at times, but it’s how you’re dealt with and the communication that really shows the tire colours of an organisation, and we were so impressed with Star and their team. We are definitely looking at renting another motorhome from StarRv Melbounre next year ! Thank you team
