Amazing experience at Brown Shoes, Square one shopping centre. My wife and I bought two pairs of on cloud shoes and wore it for a day; however, our shoes were really uncomfortable and it was hurting our feet. Despite wearing it, they gladly agreed to exchange it. The manager was an amazing guy. He helped and assisted us in selecting right size and exchanged it with new pairs. Unlike other stores, their whole staff is very cooperative and assists you. I highly recommend this store if you want to buy shoes and they have a wide variety at their store.

Came to Browns thinking it’s just another shoe store but I was happily surprised. The service was amazing, Anita was so friendly and helpful with any questions and got me multiple sizes to try on. We had an amazing experience at this store while shopping for winter boots on Nov 9, sunday. Even though the store was busy, an associate—I think her name was Anita—checked on us right away while my wife was trying a pair. She was SO attentive, checking on us multiple times without us even asking, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit. My wife is a size 6 but had picked up a size 8, and she made sure we didn’t end up buying the wrong size. Instead of upselling, she educated us on proper sizing, guided us through the best options, and even helped us place an online order for the perfect pair. I came in with my girlfriend today to get her a pair of Dr Martens for our anniversary. We found the pair she wanted and asked for a size. Aneeta was the rep that helped us out and she was amazing! She brought out two different sizes and then some insoles to make sure the shoes were comfortable and a proper fit. Aneeta also gave us advise on using the mink oil with the Docs to make sure they were properly taken care of. We ended up going with the pair of Docs and insoles she suggested! Aneeta is super knowledgeable, sweet, and always kept checking in with us during our entire visit. Thank you so much, Aneeta!

I had a really good experience shopping at Browns. I was being pretty picky, looking for blue loafers, and Anita was amazing throughout the whole process. I tried on several pairs, left to check out other stores, but ended up coming back because the selection at Browns was the best. Anita was super patient, running back and forth to get different sizes and styles, all while staying friendly and smiling. She answered all my questions and made the shopping experience so much easier. I ended up buying two pairs that I’m really happy with! The whole staff was nice, and although the music was a bit loud for my taste, it didn’t take away from the experience.

I recently purchased the Hoka Ora Recovery Slide 3 in grey and they’re superior in stability, cushioning and support, the best recovery slides ever imo. I’d highly recommend sizing down one full good size for a comfy snug fit as they run a bit large. I had a very pleasant experience at the store with one of their associates (an aged gentleman). He was really helpful and patient enough to answer my queries. They didn’t have the size/colour I was looking for, but assisted me by placing the order online which was delivered to me within 24 hours. Great shoe selection for men and women. From practical to trend you are sure to find what you are looking for. The online ordering service is excellent. No hassle returns at any store as long as the item hasn’t been worn. I bought a pair of shoes that had a manufacturer defect (one shoe squeaked within a few hours of my first use). The manager ordered me another pair which was delivered to my home (from their Toronto Premium Outlet location). This isn’t a budget shoe store. If you want quality shoes for men and women at trend, casual, practical or high fashion with competitive pricing, this is a great place to go. Their Wishbone line is my favourite. I love the Brown’s line as well. Their sales are great. Sales associates know the shoes well and are really helpful if you want assistance.

I accidently bought the wrong shoe size i am a 8.5, but when I went the sales lady really recomended size 9. So I bought it, when I got home tried it walked around it hurt from the back alot. So I went to go and exchange it, for the size that was better. But the manager said they were worn, which was ultimatley my fault. She tried her best to get me insoles that would tighten it up but it still hurt. She was kind enough to let me have store credit. The salesperson there did mess it up for me and waste my time because of recommending wrong size. But the manager is so nice there, I know if it was someone else they would have said keep them we cant do anything about it. I hope the manager reads this, you made someones day❤️ 190 dollars is a lot for me, and I was gonna cry if they were no use for me. One tip for the store, please tell the customers that if we wear them even in our home you cannot return because its a lot of money...

I have to say, it was my first experience ever purchsing shoes from this amazing store in my 24 yers of life here in this beautiful country on planet Earth. I loved the shoes but they were not fitting well in my feet. After wearing them for a week or so, I went back to the store and explained the situation to the store manager Steve. Not only he gracioulsy accepted the return and offered me a full refund but he personally went and helped me WITH EVEN A MUCH BETTER SHOES AND CHOICE THAT I LOVE MOOOOOOORE.
