I knew exactly what I wanted--a pair of Burkenstocks in brown. I was also in a real hurry. Your associate was amazing: prompt, courteous, and efficient. Perfect for a U-turn shopper like me; "U-turn" meaning I prefer to get in and out promptly. I will definitely to Brown's Shoes in Southcentre Mall when I need another pair of shoes or sandals.

I am very pleased with my new ON shoes and they arrived very quickly at their store!

Had such a great experience with Browns Socialhouse TD Core thanks to Delaram Jahangiri. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment we walked in. Her positive energy, warm smile, and attention to detail made the whole experience feel comfortable and high-end. She handled everything with patience and confidence and made customers feel truly valued. Exceptional customer service like this is rare. Definitely one of the reasons I’d come back again.

I was looking for a certain pair of boots for 3 days, i stepped into this store yesterday and was met with a very friendly good morning. I got exceptional service from a lady named Min. She was amazing at her job and even got me with her upsell for wipes for my new amazing boots she helped me find. I love when you get good service. Thank you for that Min, I'll definitely be back. 🙏

Very attentive service. The frontline staff are very nice. My kiddo and I were waiting for Mom to find her shoes, and she asked me if she could get a drink of water. Unfortunately, we left her water bottle in the car. In a few moments, here comes the staff with a cup of cold water. Amazing! Thank you

I went in to try a couple pairs of a style I wanted to buy. The staff were friendly and greeted me immediately. Gordon got me a few sizes of a shoe I liked, and as I was trying them on he picked up my very ratchet and worn timberland boots and started CLEANING AND POLISHING THEM. THIS IS AMAZING. Thank you so much Gordon, some of the best service I’ve ever had!

Have bought three pairs of men's shoes from this location previously and have been satisfied with the customer service. As I haven't been in for while we happened to just stop in while in Southcenter mall and ended up buying two more pairs as Yulia(sales person) was very knowledgeable about the quality and style of the shoes we were looking at. As we looked at and picked quite a few shoes and styles she was able to answer every question we had about a variety of shoes and based on the Yulia's in-depth knowledge we selected two pairs to purchase. Yulia's customer service was excellent! It is my opinion that if more employee's in the customer service industry were like Yulia there would be little to no negative feedback/experiences.
