Review from Pablo Sepúlveda and Maria Garcia: We hired Aquavets Company in Tucson, AZ 85730 area to install our rainwater harvesting system that included gutters and water tanks, and I’m very pleased with the outcome, the gutters are seamless and matched my home color, the tanks are well mounted and secured. From the beginning to the end the entire team assisted us with the best system option that meets our needs. The experienced crew keep good communication and adjust to any challenges they encounter while installing the system in a prompt and professional manner. We appreciate the hard and excellent work of the entire Aquavets Team, they treated us with dignity and respect, we recommend them without a doubt.

Fantastic service - both by admin, project management and installers! Couldn’t be happier! Would absolutely use them again!

I couldn’t be happier with the rainwater cistern system Sonoran Cisterns installed at my home. They added two 1,600-gallon and two 800-gallon tanks to my existing system, giving me plenty of capacity to supply water for my landscaping and gardens. Lynsi, Kat, and Javier were fantastic to work with. They did excellent work, communicated well throughout the entire process, and took pride in the installation. Everything looks great and the system is working exactly as I hoped it would. I’m very pleased with the quality of both the product and the installation. It’s not often you get great communication, quality workmanship, and a great end result all in one. I would definitely recommend Sonoran Cisterns!

Shawn was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help us find the correct thread size for the outlet on the 300 gallon tank we got. And gave us extremely helpful advice on how to hook everything up and what type of pump would be best to use.

You know it’s not every day you see a place with five stars and then you get the opportunity to find out why they have five stars had some questions and potential quotes for Sean answered at 9:04 which is always a great sign. I believe Sean is the owner, which is also great. Always nice to speak directly to the owner that kind of quarterbacks everything He was able to help with some information on how I could potentially do the job on my end as well as his recommendations, moving forward and how he could offer services for the job Just an overall great experience really seems like a pretty trustworthy guy

Shawn went above and beyond to arrange to show me the cistern I was interested in and, when I was ready to purchase, met with me and helped load it into my truck and secure it for my drive home near St David (85630). His mom was very kind to show me her set up with the same size tank. Really great customer service 👍

All good so far. I bought a 300 gal cistern and it as able to order, collect and pay for it within one day. Communications with Shawn were easy and pleasant. The plastic seems thin compared to other cisterns I’ve handled. So time will tell how well it performs.

We recently had a 800 gallon rainwater cistern placed. Now bring on the rain again! The process was easy and installation was fast and efficient.
Angela Federico
Excellent communication. Super easy accommodations to pick up the rain harvesting barrel even when Shawn was out of state. Getting ready to connect the gutters. I highly recommend Sonoran Cisterns!

We live in Catalina Foothills Estates #5, 85718, and wanted a rain harvesting system set up to provide water to our citrus trees and raised beds. Sonoran Cisterns / AquaVets did a good job installing the water harvesting system. They installed/replaced three sets of gutters, combined several scuppers together with pvc, and ran pvc above and below ground into three different tanks. They color matched the gutters and painted the pvc to go with the colors we had on the house and back patio. It looks great and blends in nicely. The owner, Shawn, was very responsive to phone calls/texts and had the attitude that "the customer is always right." Good, honest company owned/operated by a vet.

I called these guys looking for a 50 gallon barrel that I use to keep my horse barn dry. Too small a request for Sonoran Cisterns but they spent twenty minutes helping me solve my problem for next to nothing! I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable and helpful they were! We capture about 11,000 gallons of water with the rest of our catchment and these guys are the best place to go to do it right! I am very grateful!
Juanita Galaviz
I love the tank that I bought. We painted it for our garden. It’s beautiful.
Christopher Saar
Shawn was a great help. Very happy with the product and service.

I am so happy with my gutters and and my 2 rain barrels now we just need some rain on the desert PS sahuaros and other cacti are blooming more rain would make a great difference Thank you for the beautiful job ,well done

Sonoran Cisterns carries the best rainwater tanks for the intense Arizona sun. We had multiple tanks installed in the 85749 Tucson area (Tanque Verde Valley). The lighter color is so much better than black tanks that absorb and hold a ton of heat. We almost made the mistake of buying tanks from one of the larger internet tank companies. Sonoran has better products and better prices. Highly recommended.

We very much appreciated Shawn's help in getting our project completed. He offered to help us submit the project plan to Tucson water for the rebate. The end product, a rain barrel and a gutter turned out great but it often felt like I had to constantly be in contact with Shawn to make sure the project plan got submitted and the receipt wasnt sent for a week and a half. The reciept is required for the rebate. Throughout the process I have felt like a project manager and not a customer. I was actually unsure if the team would show up to do the job based on the lack of communication. However, they did and it turned out okay in the end. Unfortunately, there are no screens on the water tank from the gutter so everything just goes right in the water tank and it is a terrible mosquito breeding ground.
Gregory Lange
Shawn at Sonoran Cisterns was very helpful in telling us about the rain harvesting tanks they offer, which helped us make the right choice. We live in Pearce, AZ and needed delivery which was not a problem for them despite being located in Tucson. Having it delivered was not a problem and we were greatly appreciative because we had no way of getting it here. We are definately going to get another tank from them shortly and daisy chain them together. We highly recommend Sonoran Cisterns.
Stevie Sherman
This company is awesome! I was in desperate need of a 2800 gallon tank today! There are zero options here in St. David. 85630 especially on a weekend. When I called, the owner answered! Even though they were closed he still went out of his way to not only answer but ensure someone could be at the store for us to pick one up! The guy even helped load it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks for saving the day!!

This rainwater harvesting system was installed by Aquavets at my house in Rio Rico (85648). The estimate process and install all went smoothly and the installers communicated well. I called around to inquire about reusing our pool water which apparently is nearly impossible. Most places just gave me short negative responses. However, Shawn at Sonoran Cisterns actually listened and understood my concern. He gave me great advice on what we could do to slowly drain and “recycle” the pool water. It is so refreshing to speak to someone that is more concerned about human connections and the environment than just making money. When and if we need to make use of Sonoran Ciaterns, I will do so without hesitation!
David Duderstadt

I shopped all the recomended outlets for tanks. By far the best price was Sonoran Cisterns. I ordered the 800 gallon model and it was delivered to the site for $51. It is operational and have applied for my rebate. Absolutely a source to consider. 5 Stars from start to finish

Great company and friendly people! I especially appreciate that we were able to get everything delivered and installed just before the rain. I can't wait to see the new cistern in action. Thanks again and highly recommend to anyone looking to get a rain collection cistern locally.

We live in a very rural area and called Sonoran Cisterns to help us with our rainwater harvesting system, which had fallen into disrepair. Shaw. answered right away and had someone meet with us same day, which was incredible. His installer, Michael, was really helpful, and gave us several pointers for improving our system. The tank we bought from them was the best price by far compared to any other place we checked out. We highly recommend Sonoran Cisterns and will use them again when we get the other side of the house set up!
Kathlene Prosser
Shawn and Mike are the best! Never had to call back for any slip jobs from this Company! Been using them for 3 plus years and they are our “GO TO” Guys always. Thanks guys for everything! And being super affordable!
Jeff Wilner
Although I have no need to harvest water at my location, I can say that I had gutter work performed by the affiliated company-Aquavets- and their work is superb. You should expect the same if water harvesting is your need!
Jerry Tilton
We purchased a 150-gallon water tank to harvest rainwater from Sonoran Cisterns. Shawn was so helpful and promptly scheduled a meet time to view their inventory. Price was half of what the gutter install company quoted! Highly recommend!
Bill Poloway
This company did a first class job for us at a fair price within a reasonable time. Shawn, the operations manager, was always available for consults, planning and advice. Michael and his crew were hard working, professional and went out of their way to accommodate us. I would recommend them without reservation.

Thanks for helping me get rainwater tanks. They're the cheapest I could find, and local to Tucson, at $1 a gallon! Not a bad deal. And great people to work with. Thanks for everything.

We couldn’t be happier with our rain harvesting system. We installed three 800 gallon tanks and filled them all with the first rain. The quality of our tanks is top notch and they look good too.
Ross Eppelheimer
Awesome product at an amazing price. We purchased two 800 gallon tanks under the Tucson rainwater harvest program that I will install myself. The tanks appear to be 100% light shielded. Some of the other quotes we received for similar size tanks were almost double what we paid. They were very knowledgeable with helpful tips on how to install the product. And on top of that, they were incredibly fast with the tanks delivered a little over a week later. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone trying to set up a rainwater harvest system.
Laura
Friendly, professional service. Shawn worked with us for a closer more convenient pick up. The 800 gallon tank seems like great quality and good color to blend with the desert. Would definitely recommend!

Have literally recommended the Sonoran Cisterns folks to everyone we know after getting our tank from them! They were recommended to us by the Tucson Rainwater Harvesting Coop folks, as their preferred tank provider and we couldn’t be more grateful for that recommendation because they were even better than described. Their tanks are a wonderful value and the customer service was wonderful. Thank you!!!
