A few months ago, I took the Solidcore Into class and absolutely hated it. The music was great, the instructor was awesome but the workout kicked my butt and I walked out thinking I'd never be back..
Fast forward a few months and my friend became an instructor! So naturally I had to retry it and I am HOOKED!
The lights, the music, the instructors are all amazing! They ask beforehand if "on hand adjustments" are acceptable which is so nice because not everyone wants to be touched. I am all about fixing my form!
While I still do wonder my life choices during class, I feel so good after a workout so much so I pulled the plug and signed up for a membership!

This class is amazing! Brian is a great instructor who gave me lots of help through my first class which was an intense workout that made me sweat. I reached parts of my core I haven't worked before...I'll be back for more!
