I took my first solidcore class tonight with Devon & I truly enjoyed it! She was encouraging the entire 50 minutes and took her time to demo each individual workout so everyone was doing their best. Cannot recommend Devon’s classes more! 10000/10

This instructor and class really pushed me to my limits but for a 30 minute class it was a great workout! I was drenched in sweat halfway through and goes by so quick great if you have a busy day and need to hit a workout :-) will definitely be back

Brandee is amazing! I always feel the burn so much in just 50 minutes and feel noticeably stronger and more stable in my core for days afterward. Plus, it’s always such a fun time! Early sessions like this are amazing and the only ones I can take since I teach classes too right after. It’s the perfect way to kick off my Saturday ✨

A great experience for a first timer.

Let's start with the basics, parking was easy and convenient (free too for anyone unfamiliar with the area).
The young lady at the check in desk was very sweet. They have lockers positioned in the front, which is convenient for you to put your things in there. They sell water and energy drinks if needed. The studio is very clean and very well kept as well.

Amanda was my instructor and what a joy she was.
I was very nervous as it was my first time taking a Pilates class. Not to mention , I signed up (unbeknownst to me at the time) one of the harder classes. I thought to myself, yikes! Maybe I should come back to a beginner's level class. But Amanda was so encouraging, and informed me I could modify some movements, and she mentioned that she would position me near some folks who are pretty seasoned and would be able to help if I needed some guidance.

I didn't know exactly what I was expecting, but that class kicked every ounce of my butt, but in the same breath, I will also say it's probably the best workout I have ever done.
I worked parts of my body that I didn't even know existed lol! There were so many moments throughout the class that I thought to myself... Can I make it through? But Amanda was right there cheering me on and motivating me every moment of the way.

This definitely exceeded my expectations for a first time Pilates experience.
As difficult as the workout was for me... I made it through :) and since I was so proud that I did, I booked myself another class next week.

I have to give another kudos to Amanda, I think having the right instructor when it comes to any workout class, plays a big part on your ability to push yourself through.

I had my first class on Monday & Adriana our Instructor did a great job for newbies such as myself. Her pre-class instructions were clear which made following her quick prompts during class easier to navigate.

Over the past week, the additional classes I took had the same great & some intense Instructors with the same objective of pushing you to finish strong. One Instructor had me say a few choice words to myself after class, yet all with love & light. & only after the next day of recovery - LOL. The encouraging emails after your class simply rock...or should I say glide?

I give myself a B- for showing up & returning with no shame in taking breaks during class to recalibrate my lower back/core, hence why I'm here.

Agreed that the membership prices are a little steep. However, the 2 Week Unlimited offer is the right opportunity to learn a new fitness regime & boost your overall health before making any commitments.

Regardless of which Instructor is at the front desk everyone is welcoming & engaging while motivating you not to walk out the door - *smile*.

Very good client service across the "Sweatlana" board.

Took my first beginner class. I learned so much about the reformer and what to expect in a faster pace Pilates class. The ladies at this facility were super nice and willing to answer any questions. I look forward to progressing in my Pilates journey here.

This is exactly what I was looking for outside of my weekly gym workouts. I love the various classes they offer through the app. It's a slow pace class, room is dark with dark blue lights, music is loud and the instructors talk the whole time and will help correct your form. The studio offer plenty of lockers, change room, and bathroom. Although you can put your stuff under the reformer. I give one less star because the music is way too loud for me, especially since I like going 2-3days/week. They do offer free disposal ear plugs but I bring my own. I personally love taking classes with instructor Jada- she has great taste in music and takes the time to show almost every movement during class. If you are new, come to class early and the instructors will show you how to use their reformer and what moves to expect during class. Better yet, take their foundations class first.

Solidcore is located in the Publix shopping center. There's plenty of parking.

Prices are a bit steep for a membership. They do offer discounts for healthcare professors, and you can easily find classes off ClassPass.

These classes are intense and are worth every penny. I love the workout I get from these classes. They offer plenty of classes throughout the day and so many trainers. I wouldn't recommend these workouts for people starting out but for more advanced athletes. You can literally feel the shakes from your muscles and feel the workout even days after.

The clean space provides all the necessities from hair ties to dry shampoo.

Love this place!

I have been taking Lagree classes in Atlanta for the last 6 years and this by far is my favorite studio! Amazing workout and down to earth staff members. Get ready to be challenged. They are the absolute best.

I've been coming to Solidcore for some time now - but this is my first time to this particular studio. This DC Solidcore studio is slightly smaller than most I've been in and has some pillars and random places, but otherwise is super clean and spacious just like most others.

As far as the workout, it's a new muscle focus for upper (shoulders, chest, back, arm wrap) and lower body (outer thighs, inner thighs, center glutes, outer glutes, leg wrap) each day, and two other mainstays: center core and obliques. Some class formats may differ. But you'll work hard no matter what. This is a difficult workout! But it's worth It!

I took Coach David R at 14th and U. He was great!

Really love Solid Core and this class was great. I was there on Sunday this week

Solid Core is excellent because they specialize in isokinetic muscle training. That means the emphasis is on burn out, muscle failure, and muscle building. Buyer beware -- because this class is so effective, you are bound to be sore the next day. Grab a Friday or Saturday class and be sure to get enough sleep the night after your workout. Hence the nickname, "Solid Sore." My abdominals are a real washboard at this point!!!!!!

I hope they expand class price options with the investments from Equinox -- something great so that all parties win. The company has a huge commitment to Black Lives Matter and the Me Too (Women's Rights) Movements, so I'm sure with all of that Equinox money they're going to be even better in the future. Equinox are you listening?

The 10 minute window before classes can be tough to navigate -- I was a few minutes late and the class started without me!
