The best instructor ever!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ had a not so good experience at another class (it ended with me running to my car in tears) so it was a relief with how detailed, kind, carrying and attentive Juan was!

Such an amazing class with an incredible instructor! Shavai is always so motivating, full of energy and positive vibes. As a beginner to solidcore and reformer Pilates, I’ve never felt more comfortable in a class. Plus my glutes and abs are on fire! 🫶🫶🫶

My first Solidcore class was with Juan and he is the BEST!!! So positive, uplifting, and genuinely wants everyone to shine. He made the reformer feel less intimidating and created such a fun, judgment-free space. I’d go back just for him!

Grayson was amazing! This was my first class and getting the hang of the callouts/ movements was a bit tricky but she was super patient and attentive helping me through out! Definitely kicked my butt but in all the best ways!

Jaz is an absolute powerhouse at Solidcore! Her fire and confidence radiate through every class, pushing you to dig deeper and become stronger - physically and mentally. She's truly stepped into her own as a coach, creating an enviroment where everyone feels seen, supported, and capable of "reaching failure". If you are looking for motivation, energy and results, Jaz's class is an absolute must!

Brandon is possibly the best Solidcore coach I’ve ever had! He made the class easy to understand but also pushed me to try harder exercises. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a coach.

Class was GREAT for beginners! Juan did a great job explaining the machine and giving ample time for demos. Studio staff was welcoming and I appreciated receiving hands-on correction which I haven’t experienced at many other studios!

Loved my first class with Erin! She showed each move beforehand and did little countdowns so I knew what was coming, which was super helpful as a beginner. She is kind, encouraging, and corrects form in the nicest way. I was nervous but it really was beginner friendly. I cannot wait to come back!

I absolutely love Solidcore. I’m surprised of the low ratings of this place. I’ve been coming here for years and have nothing but positive things to say! The instructors are extremely helpful and give hands on corrections when needed. The class itself is tough. I’ve done Pilates at previous places but Solidcore is my favorite hands down. I love a tough workout and to feel like I’ve actually done something. I would highly recommend this place to someone who wants to make changes in their body and likes a challenging workout!

I tried [Solidcore]for the first time today. London greeted me with a warm smile and the instructor Erica, was fantastic. She was motivating and took the time during class to make sure my equipment was properly adjusted. I had a great workout and will definitely be back! Great job! 5/5 stars!

Instead of spending hours in the gym, 50 minutes truly is all you need for an effective, total body workout. Been going here for more than 2 years after getting hooked from a third-party fitness class app. Even as a collegiate athlete, I never had defined arms or abs. [solidcore] classes changed that, and I find myself wearing stomach- and arm-baring clothes now, I feel so confident. Coaches are supportive, encouraging and are focused on safety. They get to know your name, so it's a welcoming environment. It's expensive, but they have quarterly challenges, pop-ups and great swag, so you get what you're paying for. Door entry can be confusing if you booked via third party -- download the [solidcore] app (third-party booking should still appear if you use the same email on both accounts) so you can find the code/easily enter. And yes, they will lock you out if you're more than 5 minutes late and the fee is hefty. Traffic sucks/things happen, but I appreciate that 1. Late people don't interrupt class and 2. It's also a safety thing -- if you're not on time to do the warmup, you're more likely to get injured. Depending on the membership level, it includes one free "late" pass for such situations. You will sweat -- bring a towel, water and sticky socks ... and tenacity, as this is a challenging workout. No showers, but they do stock products in the bathrooms to freshen up. While they offer beginner classes, this is best suited for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. If you have questions, I highly recommend texting the studio, as they tend to be the most responsive that way.

I did the full body class with Jennifer R. and it was tough! ... But in a good way. Although challenging, I really enjoyed the core exercises. I could feel my obliques transforming in the process. Jennifer was amazing and has such a bubbly personality. It was a Reggaeton themed class and her playlist was fire! Definitely worth another class with her.

It was really good for my first time! I usually do HIIT and this was really hard for me but in a good way. The instructor was friendly and the workout made sense. I don’t know what the negative reviews here are about, studio was friendly even though I took a class through ClassPass.

Heather is amazing! One of the best teachers at SolidCore. She's so kind and does verbal adjustments during class to help make improvements to your posture. Love taking her classes & will continue to go back! Ps. She also teaches at Knox Henderson location!

We were really stepping outside of our comfort zone doing this workout. But I'm so glad we did! Shelby Diviney pushed us, encouraged us and gave us the best workout!! I left with my whole body shaking!! I will definitely taking Shelby's class again!!

I went to this location (first time at solidcore in TX) a couple times while I was visiting home over the holidays. It's very spacious and of course, an amazing and ridiculously killer workout.

Both instructors I had were so great and really pushed all of us to reach our full potential while still staying safe. I love the workout as it really targets all the little muscles, I actually have abs now thanks to this class. I've never had a class at any location that was not fantastic, nor an instructor that was anything less than perfect!

I am a huge cardio/HIIT buff, but I love mixing in a class here with a run or spin class to get everything in. You won't regret coming in!

This is a nice change up if you're used to HIIT classes like I am. I consider myself to be in moderately good physical shape. But I was challenged here. This is basically a high resistance band work out that forces you to work on balance and core strength throughout. It's the Pilates reformer machine so if you're not familiar it's a moving "carriage" between to stable platforms. Various resistance bands are hooked on. You can change your resistance by adding or subtracting springs. It becomes more understandable once you see the machine and how it operates. It's an intimidating machine but I went into this knowing I don't know how to use this thing very well and will just have to humble myself and learn. The instructors will help you with the resistance choices. If you're looking to lose weight you'll need to add in some cardio elsewhere. But this is excellent for toning I suspect and will be back for sure. Your muscles shake for a good 15 minutes after the work out. I read a review somewhere that after just three classes you can start to see your body change. I thought that sounded ridiculous but after doing this workout I can see how it may be true.

I took one star off because as a first-timer I had some trouble knowing the moves and when you're down in plank position it's difficult to see what the instructor is doing across the room. Not sure how to fix this. I was able to watch a few of the ladies near me who were more experienced and pick up most of the moves that way.

Shelby is awesome!!! I had my baby 4 months ago so this is my first attempt at legitimately getting back into shape. It’s one of the toughest workouts I’ve done but could actually feel a difference in my posture by the end of the week. You’ll be sore for about 4 days after but it’s totally worth it!
