Always a great experience at solidcores!! The staff is always so great and helpful. My boyfriend attended his first class and they did a great job explaining it.

Super tough workout but plenty of modifications!

signed up thru classpass with a friend and we loved it!

in the beginning, took a bunch of intro classes.
now i feel like a pro.

my only recommendation is to pick a spot away from the front window when it is hot outside because that nook can get hot.

great workout, great instructors, clean studio!
what more can you ask for??

parking is tricky so i arrive early enough to find a spot which im always able to find street parking.

Second time at [solidcore] and it kicked my butt again!! Parking on Platte Street is significantly worse than their RiNo location (well, I guess it depends on the time of day) but I managed to find a meter just in time for class. Since I was the last one there, I shared a reformer with the instructor. Not sure if that was due to an oversold class or the fact that it was an introduction class. Either way I didn't mind, as a fitness instructor myself. Still another great experience and workout that's accessible for everyone!

Best workout and the instructors are so helpful with form. I see a noticeable difference in my stomach when I go for just a week

OMG hardest thing ever. Is not even possible to do this class. I look around and 3/4 of the class can't even do it. I really do not understand the hype and price. 350 unlimited per month. This is more than Soul and Barry's combined, Just go to boost pilates down the road.

Had a great first time here. Signed up for Classpass and threw myself into Solidcore. I lived nearby, so I walked. It seems that they have ample street parking, but since it's in LoHi it really depends when you come here.

Note that the entrance has a code and the code only works 15 mins before class, so don't come too early. Since it was first time, I emailed them for the code otherwise, it should be on their app.

Cute little space with lockers and Elkay to refill your water. Brandi was really nice and informative knowing that it was my first time. I had no idea what I got myself into, but she worked the crap out my body! It felt really good, but at times I was shaking so much that I had to take a knee before I fell off, hehe. I had an amazing time!

I have taken three Solidcore classes and I am hooked! I went to the Solidcore Vernon Hills location inside the beautiful Mellody Farms, and it is amazing! The studio is gorgeous, and the coaches are the best! I have met four of the coaches and they are all so well trained, knowledgable and inspiring, making sure you feel confident and safe as you go through each move on their incomprable "Sweatlana," which is what Solidcore lovingly calls their equipment. Sweatlana seriously provides the most amazing workout ever, and the studio's dim lights & great music adds a nice comfort level too. After doing so much cardio, I needed a satisfying workout that was low-impact, and Solidcore is the perfect answer. It tones and strengthens every muscle in your body in the most amazing way! I highly recommend Solidcore Vernon Hills!

I tried Solidcore for the first time in Vernon Hills and absolutely absolutely loved it. If you live or work near the area definitely check it out. The instructor was so nice, accommodating, and encouraging. I've tried other mega reformer classes and Solidcore got it right for the following:

- no socks!

- They dim the lights

- Not pretentious

- Encouraging environment

- Focus on two body parts at time

- Planks planks planks - truly works your core

The studio itself is clean and spacious. The price is very comparable to other mega reformer studios but the overall atmosphere here makes them unique and above all!

Check it out & don't be afraid to try it. No one will make you feel like the newbie.

So I came here while I was in town visiting my boyfriend's parents who live nearby. I read about Solidcore from an interview of Michelle Obama who swore by it. I have never heard of it before as I live in LA and there isn't one here.

In LA we have a ton of fitness classes. I will tell you I have never tried a class like this! I do spin 3-4 times a week and hot vinyasa yoga 3-4 times a week. I work out almost everyday and I had trouble with this class being as fit as I like to think I am. This works an entirely different part of your body with focus on strength and conditioning. I love it cause it TONES.

I am also very uncoordinated and failed a pilates class in LA so was worried I couldn't do this, but I was fine. You hold poses for several minutes and there isn't a ton of movement. I took 2 classes with Nicole who was patient, supportive and had such great energy. I loved her! She corrects your poses and is so encouraging. If you have done Soul Cycle- the energy and music are similar but you are on a machine holding poses.

I can't recommend this place enough and hope Solidcore opens a branch in LA. Parking was a breeze and the place is new and clean. They followed up a day after the class to make sure you are ok, doing well or have any questions. They seem to really care about their clients. Try it if you can!
