First off this isn't for the faint of heart. It is an intense workout, but it makes you stronger not only physically but mentally as well. Don't be intimidated if the first few classes you feel lost, I've done 150 classes and still haven't mastered all the moves. This class allows you to amplify and modify moves for every fitness level and ability, it also focuses on doing the moves safely to get the best results. Lastly, with two locations, various times, and different coaches there are many opportunities to try it out.
This place rocks! Emily the manager and head coach is the best fitness instructor Ive ever met. Hard workouts go by in a breeze thanks to her infectious energy and passion. Love the workout. My body is stronger than its been its years. Highly recommend

The coaches are amazing! Truly an unreal community, everyone is so welcoming and kind. Is not a clicky environment like your typical boutique fitness. This workout is made for anyone into fitness. Always ways to make something more challenging or ways to modify. The best mega reformer workout in the area!
