Mahie was so kind and attentive! This was my first Signature50 after taking a few Starter50s. The class flew by and she helped me maintain my form throughout, especially on some of the newer moves I had not tried yet. I would definitely book her class again!

I came back to working out regularly after several years of starts and stops. I took the beginner class to acclimate myself to the fast pace and machine and now I’m addicted! It’s an effective workout for me that focuses on building strength and stamina which is so important for healthspan. I enjoy all of the instructors and get a lot out of their individual approaches. I can feel and see a big difference in my body after 30 classes. I started out with twice a week, then moved up to 3x, now starting 4x a week on the committed+ plan which I can also use in other solidcore locations when I travel. Love this location and this approach.

I’ve taken a lot of Solidcore classes, and Drew’s class is the perfect mix of challenging, motivating, and fun. He pushes you in the best way — the burn is real, but his energy makes you want to keep going. He’s funny without being distracting, and somehow cracks jokes right when you need them the most. If you want a class that will kick your butt and make you smile through it — book Drew. You’ll hate him during the pulses and thank him afterwards. 💙💪

I tried skipping the review three times but the system wouldn’t let me. I went to Matty’s class. I didn’t have a great experience because he talks so fast that I had no clue what was going on, though I was able to follow the people next to me. Was overall still a great workout.

I originally bought a new customer four-class pack to try out this workout because I had heard pilates-type workouts are good for hypermobility. I discovered that to be true and got so much more out of it! As a slightly chubby and not-all-that-fit newbie, I have found the coaches for the Starter50 classes to be friendly, kind, and helpful. They are great about explaining the machine, modifications, and correcting form. I am visibly trans and queer and I was never treated any differently. Genuinely, I have never had better coaches for an exercise class. Even better, the workout has been quite effective in tandem with the dietary changes I had already made. After just four classes over three weeks, I am already noticing my strength increase and my body composition changing. I really enjoy the challenge of the classes and the endorphins afterward are unmatched. I am hooked!

Coach Francis was super helpful, giving clear instructions and offering thoughtful posture corrections. The music and atmosphere in the studio were lovely. It was a great workout—I definitely got my sweat’s worth!

Michelle is a great instructor. The studio doesn't have any changing rooms and the lockers are facing a heavily trafficked street with no window coverings. If you need to change you have to go in the bathroom. The whole situation is a little uncomfortable.

Solidcore always kicks my butt!

This location is perfect, it's so close to my work I can fit a workout in, in between meetings! :)

The studio is super clean as always, the staff are super nice and I loved Kenna as my instructor!

Kate was an awesome coach. Super fun and personable. She made it seem like she was right there to support all of us through every move. The class was pretty full and she managed it flawlessly. She was subbing and normally teaches at other locations, 10/10 recommend finding her at other studios.

I've been to this solidcore location a handful of times and almost always had a great experience. In one instance, it was my own bad...I had some health problems and shouldn't have signed up for such an intense workout. On the rest of the times I've visited, I've had a tough, fun, challenging workout. I will say that the instructors are sometimes a little hard to understand if they don't enunciate and/or if the music is really competing with their microphones.

First time! It was rough but I had a good workout! I took the foundations class and even then I thought it was a bit fast pace for me but I was a beginner and just starting out. You can go at your own pace so there is no pressure to keep up so I was able to take a break when I really needed to. The instructor was very nice and helped to correct my form if I was doing it wrong and helped to explain the equipment and its settings before the class started. I was sore the next day so I know I worked hard and it was fun too!

We all spend so much money on food/ alcohol that harms our bodies, spending a small fraction of that to support our personal health is a great trade off. Had my first solidcore class today and it was amazing! Cheyenne was a great instructor and was extremely helpful with correcting form and technique. Loved the vibe in there -- I've been to plenty of Pilates and lagree studios and this one is definitely the best! With the neon lights and great R&B/Hip-hop playlists. Will definitely be coming back.

Wow, what an insanely good and intense workout. I do a lot of strength training, pilates, barre, hiit, and swimming, and this was probably the best workout I've done. It's definitely my preference over Orange Theory. But, as a note, it requires a lot of balance and doesn't have traditional cardio (although my heart rate hit 170).

Waking up early for a Monday 5am class is tough. But Michael made it so worth it! If waking up early is tough for you and Mondays even more so, starting your work week with Michael’s Monday 5am class is a great way to kick things off! His humor, music, and overall presence made the experience so much fun. If you’re thinking about trying it, this is your sign to just do it! You won’t regret it!

My daughter and I went here twice on our Seattle trip.

The first day, the instructor was upbeat, helpful, friendly.
He was nonstop demonstrating movements, walking around, correcting our form. I couldn't slack because he was paying serious attention to everyone.

Facilities were clean.


Class was fun.


Second class was good but not as challenging or fun.
It wasn't bad, just not as fun as the first class.

i deducted one star for Solidcore's annoying door code system.
The first day, the instructor was iin the lobby area and let us in. He explained the check-in system, door code, etc.

The second day, the door code didn't work, and there was no one visible to let us in.
We didn't wait too long; so it wasn't a big deal. just very annoying.

(I couldn't get into the Fidi solidcore in New York because of the stupid door code either so this seems to be a common occurrence.
And before you say it's user error, there was another girl there with us who also couldn't unlock the door Lol)

I understand the doors are locked for security.
it would be nice if they at least installed a doorbell.

I have been going to classes for a little over a month now, and could not recommend solidcore more!! I have seen massive improvements in my physical strength, especially in my core and lower body (much more than any workout classes I have tried before!). The workouts are fun and interesting with great coaches and music, making it easy to get up and go workout. Thank you solidcore team!!

Fun, hard class with instructors that are a good balance of encouraging and challenging. Always clean. If you get sweaty, bring a towel

My girlfriend and I are always looking for a way to workout together and [Solidcore] has been our spot.

We can be next to each other and hype each other up, the blue lights are so aesthetic and we leave SO SWEATY!

You can also feel the coaches actually care. With hands on corrections and shouting out your accomplishments by name, it feels good to work hard!

Hands down the best workout and worth every penny. It's the hardest and most effective workout I've ever done! Glad I went to more than one class to truly get an idea of the workout, all the coaches and the results. I will never leave!

Workout you love to hate! every minute well spent!! The class will make you shake like no where else! I do CrossFit for workout and I use Solidcore to cross train my small stabilizing muscles that I don't really get to train them. And the class is fun as the coaches are so motivating!

Decided to try Solidcore while I was visiting Seattle. Yesterday I took a class with Zahra and this morning I took a class with Camille. Really loved the workout and both instructors were great! The location is also super convenient if you're in the city. Only problem was that they don't have any towels and I was a sweaty mess.
