Daphne is killer love her so much- best coach in every way
Love Lovee love Brandee. Showed up to class with just me and her but she still accommodated and made the class fun and intense. She’s an amazing coach
Katherine was so helpful and kind. I couldn’t keep up lol but it just motivates me to want to keep taking the class.
I did my first Pilates with Katherine. She made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed her a lot.
Allison was great , I was a tad bit late to class but she didn’t even hesitate to walk over and help me into positions and make sure I was doing it right . She was giving amazing affirmations/praise during the whole duration of class . She made it feel like a private class lol
Rely on Tyler’s classes for a good burn! I think she’s one of the newer instructors but she as good as some of the seasoned instructors! She provides hands on assistance as needed and she’s been a tremendous help in making these classes challenging and fun to return to feeling stronger.
i liked the class ambiance, the instructor was very uplifting and positive. As a first timer she was very helpful explaining modifications to the workout so it could be attainable to everyone. Aside from that she was very sweet and the class structure flowed well!!
My daughter joined this location in February 2025 and is not missing a day of training. She loves the environment and the couches are very professional. I highly recommend this location!
Solidcore has completely changed my fitness journey, I’ve never felt as happy with the results I’ve seen in my body from a workout until I joined Solidcore. The coaches are incredible and really push you to be your best. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, and I love how supportive the environment is.
Truly the best work out classes! I’ve been going consistently for almost a year now and I love it every time. The coaches are all so nice and encouraging. I see results from the classes and enjoy the work out itself too!
I have been going to solidcore for almost a year and recently switched to the Avalon location. It is the best! Daphne and Sarah are the coaches I take the most and they are so encouraging. Solidcore makes working out fun and something you want to continue doing.

First time at this (not Pilates) thing today, thought it was gonna be light work but it was pretty hard and good. Wowww Manali was very nice and made sure I was learning what was going on even though I was slow and confused 78.9% of the time. The gym seems pretty welcoming, every time I felt weak and looked down I saw the notes on the floor. Greg recommended.
Very good experience with the intro class. I had never done any type of pilates before and Katie gave great instruction. It can definitely be challenging but is a great workout. Well be back again
I recently joined [Solidcore] and I've been enjoying it, but struggling a bit at times to follow along or hit my stride. Today I had my 8th class, and it was my first time with Coach Jermaine. Holy cow, he was incredible!!! He was clear with instruction, gave relatable examples, moved at the perfect pace, and really made me feel like I belonged. I felt like I finally got it. I'm so excited and will be booking as many of his classes as I can from now on!
Great workout every time, the best instructors I’ve experienced in any class type setting, always challenging and many option to modify or intensify your workout.
I have heard about Solidcore from my friends and love that it got added to my onepass membership. I've been going to this location for about a month now and really like it! I usually go to the early morning classes on Friday since it is always easy to find parking. There's two decks located close to it, and this is located behind Lululemon. I've taken classes with Daphne and Allison so far and really like the instructions they provide along with hands on assistance to correct form. Since this is a relatively new studio, the equipment is pretty new. There are two bathrooms at this location which are really nice along with lockers to store your stuff. If you do stop by, make sure to bring a towel and water bottle because you can easily break a sweat during class.
High energy fun classes; Great intensity level and knowledgable instructors! I feel stronger and leaner just after a few classes.
The best studio! It’s so clean and the staff is so helpful! I love Catherine and Daphne’s classes! They are great!

Best 50 minute workout anywhere. If you want to be fit and strong,while being kind to your body, give it a try!
I loved class SO MUCH. m not even sure I know what my name is after that class. What an amazing experience. The instructor was a gem and incredibly helpful. Even though I had no idea what I was doing I felt comfortable and confident bc of the instructor (thank youuu). Im so excited to keep going and see where this solid core journey takes me!
