This was my very first class at solidcore and it was absolutely unforgettable. Coach Kailyn was incredible her energy, clear instructions, and motivating attitude made me feel comfortable and challenged at the same time. She explained everything so well and kept the class fun and engaging while still pushing us to give our best effort. The workout was intense but in the best way, and Kailyn’s guidance made it flow so smoothly. I left the class feeling stronger, inspired, and already looking forward to coming back. Such a memorable first experience – I can’t wait to take another class with her! 💙

Tracy and Kailyn are my fav trainers at the Addison location. Their workouts are always pushing you and their verbal ques are the best. They pay attention to form and give direction whenever needed.

Alyssa was so motivating!! Had a way of challenging the class but was very sneaky about it so I didn't even realize I was pushing myself further physically. My mental stamina wasn't running out before my physical stamina if that makes sense. Loved her coaching style. Will be looking forward to more classes!

Hailey was extremely professional and tried her best despite feeling super anxious for her 5th training course. I did not realize that she was having a difficult day at all until she had to stop the class early. She was very apologetic and maintained her professionalism throughout the entire ordeal despite her feeling overwhelmed. I will definitely look forward to attending her classes! Excellent explanations as well and her demo was very informative. Also provided a lot of info on which muscles we were using. I am glad I got to meet Hailey!
I like this location, my only thing is I wish they had core + obliques + upper body days! It seems they only have the core + obliques for lower body 🥲 my lower body needs a break sometimes 😅
Excellent time and excellent workout! Keep up the great work!

Julie is a 100/10 instructor. You’re first time you will definitely think “Wow, the instructions are really fast and I don’t know what I am doing” but with Julie as your instructor she makes all the effort to stay nearby, change the weights for you, and guide you to perfect form each time. Wasn’t and issue for me as I appreciated the workout, but the studio is quite small, the music was also not my style (but you will zone out because of the intensity of the workout and not even care about anything but survival lol), the front desk staff is not as attentive or welcoming as other places I have been, and also there aren’t complimentary sweat towels. Also, FYI, the garage does have signs that say “pay in advance” but do not pay, once you get the studio validate your parking then.

The hardest core workout I ever had in my life and I used to do tournament taekwondo! Feel like I had a month’s worth of core workouts in 50 minutes, very hard but rewarding. Coach was encouraging and great

Loved this instructor! Constantly giving corrections that helped make the class even more worth it!
Took my first class today with Tracy and it was awesome. She took the time to get me acquainted with the machine and gently guided me in adjustments while also encouraging me through the movement. Fun class and great staff!
I took the Starter50 with Erica - she’s incredible and I highly recommend if you’re new to solid core! Also took Signature50- total body with Samantha. Energy and exercises were both excellent! Make sure to get there about 10 minutes early for proper set up and talk with your coach. Can’t wait to come back!

She’ll smile while your abs cry and somehow you’ll thank her for it. Her energy’s electric, her coaching’s killer, and every class feels like a turbocharged hug… with planks. 10/10 would shake again.
I’ve been on a self-improvement journey this year and at the urging of a friend, I joined her for a class here. The front desk staff and instructor were aware of it being my first time trying solidcore. I struggled immensely (through no fault of theirs). This was not a beginner only class. The workout was intense and fast paced. Sydney (the instructor) was very clear and repeated instructions multiple times to make sure I understood everything. She was extremely kind and helped me set up my equipment multiple without making me feel dumb or calling out my struggles. Being the only guy in a class could feel intimidating, but this was not the case. When the dust settled and the lights came on, wore out and drenched in sweat after physically struggling with all of the techniques, Sydney with all her positivity was there to give me a high five and congratulations. I will definitely be back.
Great workout and friendly staff. I took an intro class with Erica and I highly recommend doing an intro if you haven't been to solidcore before. They explain a few moves with demos and it's slower paced. It's very helpful with setting a bit of a foundation before taking a typical class. The studio is clean and organized. I took the class with a friend and had a good time. I went back for my first signature workout and wasn't super lost. It takes some getting used to with the pace of the class but I'm definitely coming back.
Took a class with Grayson at Solidcore and she’s such a vibe! Her energy was on point and the music? Totally my vibe too. Loved the entire experience — tough but so worth it. I’ll definitely be back for more!
Jillian at the front desk and Kailyn as an instructor are both amazing, sweet and super helpful. I was only in town for a couple of days and they made my Pilates experience a fantastic one!
Love this Addison studio!!! The coaches at this studio are actually the best. Tracy, Erica and Sophia are absolute gems! I live downtown and make the drive to this studio just for the coaches- they’re motivating, have great music and keep the lights low which the Dallas studios don’t do :/ Great workout, great location and even better team!!
Took my first class today and it was a great experience. The check-in staff was super friendly! Coach Kailyn helped me out a lot and gave me great tips to ensure I got the most out of the class. She was super personable too (she was greeting each and every one of us.) Though it was hard, I would do it again!
Hands down, one of the best [solidcore] studios I’ve been too. The coaches, especially Kailyn and Erica, are absolute gems and will always give you a good butt kicking in class! Highly recommend!
I just started solidcore last month and I highly recommend. I don’t enjoy working out but I enjoy the classes here as they make it fun and upbeat! All of the instructors are super knowledgeable but I have 2 that are my absolute favs: Erica and Kailyn! These two rock as they are there to support you and look out for how they can help improve your form and get you the max results you’re looking for during the workouts. Download the app cause it helps you find classes that sits you, who you want as your instructors and what focus muscles is it for the week! I think the best deal they had was $89 for 2 weeks unlimited.
I have greatly enjoyed being a member at this studio! The facility is always clean and the front desk attendants are consistently kind and helpful. There are two bathrooms and a changing room, which is extremely helpful for those of us rushing to class after work. The coaches are incredible, and all offer a challenging but achievable class for all fitness levels with clear instruction! Solidcore as a corporation is very clear with their branding, offerings, and expectations to set for people that are new to the format- if you are newer I recommend reading over their website and asking questions to your coach prior to class. Keep up the amazing work, Addi Baddies!!
Tried Solidcore for the first time today and it was amazing! I was scared as I’ve never took a group workout class but everyone was so friendly! Also my instructor Victoria F. was very friendly and made me feel comfortable! It’s not to hard to follow along if you’ve never done it before, and you’ll learn the movements eventually if it’s not perfect and your instructor will also help! Wonderful experience, I will be back!
This place is amazing! It is a very intense version of Pilates. I go to the gym about 3-5 times a week but this place killed me (in the best way possible) I woke up feeling so sore from Lori class ❤️ thank you! Would recommend to anyone but it is a lot more intense than regular Pilates.
Great place but very intense workout and pricey. I took the beginners “intro” class through ClassPass and still struggled a lot. Make sure you’re in shape before you start here! It will be too difficult if you haven’t worked out for a while. I’ve slowly been starting to take different classes to build my way up to here. This place is Pilates inspired but not the same as Pilates.
I did the full body class with Jennifer R. and it was tough! ... But in a good way. Although challenging, I really enjoyed the core exercises. I could feel my obliques transforming in the process. Jennifer was amazing and has such a bubbly personality. It was a Reggaeton themed class and her playlist was fire! Definitely worth another class with her.
Heather is amazing! One of the best teachers at SolidCore. She's so kind and does verbal adjustments during class to help make improvements to your posture. Love taking her classes & will continue to go back! Ps. She also teaches at Knox Henderson location!
I absolutely love [solidcore]! My very first class was at a Chicago location and I died. Not sure what exactly inside me wanted to do it again, but I looked up locations and saw they had one in Dallas! I've never taken a Pilates class before I came here, so I'm not sure how it is in comparison to actual Pilates classes, but I hear this is probably the hardest of the hardest. The coaches are absolutely awesome and will help fix your form and guide you the entire way. The 50 minutes flies by and you're always dripping in sweat by the end. I highly recommend if you want to do a low impact class that will completely destroy you!
Effective workout-definitely worked all the muscles and there was enough variety to keep me engaged the entire time. For first timers there was not a lot of clear direction what to do- there was an empty desk but it wasn't for checkin and no one to point out where basic things like where storage, restrooms or water were. Would have liked to have the instructor correct me more since I am pretty confident I was not doing things 100% correct but did appreciate her remembering my name.
This place is seriously legit. I take pilates at a studio nearby and one of the ladies told me about [solidcore] saying it was the "toughest workout" she's ever done.... so I had to give it a try. She was right! I lift weights as my workout of choice my favorite way to workout, and I was really surprised how shaky I got in this class, it's completely different than any other workout I've done. I love Katie!! She's an awesome instructor. I'm hooked on [solidcore] and honestly seeing more definition in my shoulders after a couple weeks. Prepare for about 15 minutes of core/plank work. The instructors push you but also let you shake it out if you need to.
We were really stepping outside of our comfort zone doing this workout. But I'm so glad we did! Shelby Diviney pushed us, encouraged us and gave us the best workout!! I left with my whole body shaking!! I will definitely taking Shelby's class again!!
I went to this location (first time at solidcore in TX) a couple times while I was visiting home over the holidays. It's very spacious and of course, an amazing and ridiculously killer workout.
Both instructors I had were so great and really pushed all of us to reach our full potential while still staying safe. I love the workout as it really targets all the little muscles, I actually have abs now thanks to this class. I've never had a class at any location that was not fantastic, nor an instructor that was anything less than perfect!
I am a huge cardio/HIIT buff, but I love mixing in a class here with a run or spin class to get everything in. You won't regret coming in!
Review is simple - I love solidcore, and I'm so pleased that Dallas has two locations. I mainly workout at the PHV location, but every time I have come over to this Knox Heights location, I have not been disappointed. The coaches here are very knowledgeable, and parking is easy. (Do not be fooled - the fine print under the "reserved" signs in the garage say reserved for retail!) You can either wear grip socks or go barefoot. Bring a water bottle, they have a place you can refill.
I will love solidcore to my dying day - give it a chance!
Solidcore Knox Heights, near Knox/Henderson is one of more than 50 Solidcore studios nationwide. The location has "retail" parking in the garage of the Knox Heights building it's housed in, and is easy to get to. I've been going to Solidcore workouts for a few months now, mainly in NYC, and the workout is no joke.
Knowing that I can get the same workout in NYC as I can in Dallas is a huge bonus. The instructors create the energy in the room, and Matt, the studio manager, gave awesome classes and was able to adjust to the needs of those taking the class, whether it was your 1st Solidcore class or your 50th. With only 12 spots in the room, he can help give you pointers, add springs/weights, or remove them based on your level for the day.
Like every Solidcore studio, showers are *not* provided here. But they have your water bottle fillers, changing rooms and bathrooms, and a few amenities to boot. The music can be loud, so they do offer earplugs. The lights are low and in a cool blue. And the attitudes are always positive and supportive of one another. In fact, that's the Solidcore way.
All in all, I love this workout and intend on coming back to Solidcore Dallas anytime I'm in town visiting family, and continuing to strengthen and improve my body with each class I take.
This is a nice change up if you're used to HIIT classes like I am. I consider myself to be in moderately good physical shape. But I was challenged here. This is basically a high resistance band work out that forces you to work on balance and core strength throughout. It's the Pilates reformer machine so if you're not familiar it's a moving "carriage" between to stable platforms. Various resistance bands are hooked on. You can change your resistance by adding or subtracting springs. It becomes more understandable once you see the machine and how it operates. It's an intimidating machine but I went into this knowing I don't know how to use this thing very well and will just have to humble myself and learn. The instructors will help you with the resistance choices. If you're looking to lose weight you'll need to add in some cardio elsewhere. But this is excellent for toning I suspect and will be back for sure. Your muscles shake for a good 15 minutes after the work out. I read a review somewhere that after just three classes you can start to see your body change. I thought that sounded ridiculous but after doing this workout I can see how it may be true.
I took one star off because as a first-timer I had some trouble knowing the moves and when you're down in plank position it's difficult to see what the instructor is doing across the room. Not sure how to fix this. I was able to watch a few of the ladies near me who were more experienced and pick up most of the moves that way.
