The process to obtain a battery was seamless. We did have an issue afterwards where we lost power in our oven. However once Smart Energy were notified they came and fixed it within hours. Great service. Abbey was fantastic and kept us in the loop.

Thank you Jimmy, our issue has now been sorted. 4 years on after installation our inverter has faulted, our electrician has been trying to claim warranty. Fronius won't help, so after spending approximately $20000, we would now gave to pay between 3-4000 more. Absolutely a waste of money. Never got our costs back. Said we would have a electricity bill, guess what we did!

Just had a battery and EV charger installed. The sales process was thorough and I was very well looked after. Only concern I had was that the installer had never installed an EV charger before and wasn't really across the detail but I was well supported by Smart Energy. Also had my solar panels installed by Smart Energy and their support is first class

The ordering and installation process for our new panel and solar battery went very well indeed. Each step was achieved in the time frame promised and was efficiently done. All we need know is for the sun to shine and fill the battery up with those rays. The only glitch was that a few conflicting emails arrived that cause some confusion, but was sorted out quickly through Customer Service

Quoted for 16 panels and only got 15. Couldn't get an itemized invoice to see the cost of a panel, and make sure I was charged correctly. Good customer service though, it was sorted out in the end.

We had extra panels and a battery installed with Smart Energy. Majenta from sales, is bubbly and friendly, she also answered our questions to our satisfaction. The whole process was easy and their customer service is great. The installers arrived in the time frame given. They were friendly and answered a couple of our queries, without too much technical jargon. They did a neat job and cleaned up after themselves.

The guys were very professional and efficient with the install, friendly and respectful too. I'm very happy with the end result. You can really see the difference between this install and the 2 older systems on my roof. Easy to communicate to and cleaned up after themselves very well. I recommend them highly.

Arrived on time installed system in place. Each of the workers had a job to do and done it well. Then when finished explained the system and did a test on it. Cleanup and took away all of the packaging nice neat job thanks
