Our technician built a neat surround for the battery placement so that I could have it exactly where I preferred. He was friendly and chatted away as he worked. He was tidy making sure to collect up any rubbish so the property was left as found. He was great at walking me through rebooting the system if needed and the app functions.

1st time I spoke to Beth from smart energy, she explained everything clearly and she made sure that everything was in order and on time. If I had a question, it was a matter of pick up the phone and call and she answered promptly. During the process she was in contact to make sure everything was going smoothly. I did not have to do a thing, Beth was there. Here we are in 2 weeks time maybe less the system is installed and running. Couldn't be more satisfied. I recommend Beth to any one who ask me about my new solar system ( Smart Energy). Also because of her English accent 😊👍
