The installation was quick and trouble free. The battery has had one error which was quickly resolved by following instructions emailed to me. Zero regrets.

Everything has been easy with this process. It’s the best thing I’ve done to my house, plus if I rent it out, any tenants will benefit too. They are able to detect any problems remotely and get in touch. I basically pay only for poles and wires (after solar it works out to be about $30 a month). Do it - it’s a long-term investment but worth it.

I’m very happy with the solar battery I purchased through Smart Energy. The company was easy to communicate with, installers were great, and set up was easy. All was arranged through smart energy. Power bills have been greatly reduced to around 30 dollars a quarter. Very happy with the overall experience of purchasing the battery.

Nathan Gondelle was my contact at Smart Energy and was fabulous. He calculated my quotation and liaised we me through the whole project. After the quote was accepted he gave me a date when the site work would be undertaken, and everything went like clockwork throughout the installation. Jack and his team carried out the installation and were very friendly and capable. On completion Jack downloaded the Anker App onto my phone so I could track the PV generation and the storage levels in the battery. I could not have asked for a better service than we got. EDIT: After some initial difficulties with communication detailed below, Smart Energy supplied a resolution to my issues which I am satisfied with. There were some extenuating circumstances that lead to the miscommunications and I understand Smart Energy have taken steps to ensure this does not reoccur. The Solar System is working well in general and I am satisfied. Original review: The sales guy was quiet helpful, but tellingly everything after signing the contract has been pathetic. They changed the system design without consultation, didn't correctly set up my access to the monitoring app, didn't discount my bill after changing the system design as was agreed, still haven't supplied correct documentation so compliance isn't complete, and have been difficult to contact, wanting to phone me rather than respond to emails.

I was very impressed with Rhyss presentation. If there was information he was not sure of he contacted someone else to verify. Correspondences haven't been overwhelming and information staggered. With having a power outage recently my battery kicked in giving me power to my fridge and microwave.
