I had solar panels installed by smart energy and from start to finish it was handled very professionally. All people involved were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. All paperwork was done so easily and easily understood, great job guys.
We had a excellent experience with Harry very nice happy cheerful guy helpful and explained everything well, nice having a chat with ya mate 👍 and thank you for everything 😀 and a thank you to Jesse for guiding us into look at a battery system 👍
We had a great experience, they kept us in loop with all processe. They were on time for the installation, the guys were polite and friendly, they did a excellent service. They cleaned up, would recommend them 100% thanks again.
Alannah was not only professional but also friendly, and able to explain the product and process in easy to understand terms. I had never really considered solar because I hadn't done much research into how it would help not only the Earth, but also my household. Once Alannah had explained the advantages, and walked me through the entire process, from installation, to repayments, etc, I knew 100% it was the right decision to get solar power. Thanks Alannah

Adam is a humble man with a great mind, his company is helping the planet and the future become more sustainable. The companies customer service is also wonderful as I've had personal experiences and installations myself, the process is very easy and granted reduction of your carbon footprint. Would rate 10* but 5s the limit haha, keep on killing it out there Smart Energy !!
Smart Energy Solar we’re fantastic. Jasckson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The install team were great on the day and happy to answer any questions. The after service team have also been fantastic with various follow up calls to ensure all is going well. Overall, absolute quality.
Jaiden was very good at his job everything I ask him he explained it very good for us to understand that's when we got battery he explained the different battery and with his advice. The guys who fitted the battery were very good and Courteous we are very happy with Jaiden and Smart Energy thankyou

Every interaction with Smart Energy has been a positive experience. From our first meeting, with Adam whose depth of knowledge was evident and his ability to explain all aspects of Smart Energy's package was outstanding.
The Installers were extremely efficient - our old panels and the new system installed in within 3 hours.
We are extremely happy with the system and would highly recommend to any end user thinking of installing a solar panel system.

Sarah your representative called into my house to explain Solar Panels to me. She was very friendly and I liked her instantly. She explained everything to me and I ended up signing for Solar then and there. She continued to keep in touch with me until my Solar was installed. The installers of my solar panels were very efficient and had them installed in no time. I would recommend Smart Energy to everybody.

Very pleased at the workmanship of the guys lol forgot their names me bad. But very good stuff because it wasn’t a simple job the house being two storey with some panels positioned on the shed also thank you 😊
